United starter and alternator is close. It is no longer at this location

The owner gave me a specific time to pick up my repaired starter. The starter was not repaired when I returned. (Lets come to a resolution/ what is the new time frame)The owner hadnt checked to see if he had the necessary parts in stock to complete the repair.I explained it was a 40 mile round trip for me to patronize his business.With that knowledge, the owner told me he had personal business that required his attention prior to working on my starter.I asked for my old starter back. The owner began swearing at me in the most unprofessional manner. He returned my starter in pieces, minus some minor parts.Everyone has a bad day, but his lack of professionalism, combined with potty mouth was uncalled for.Thankfully I left the kids in the car and they didnt hear his profanity.I found a new starter online for less than the cost of the rebuild.

Did a wonderful job great price and even stayed open late to help us out!!

I praise God that he made himself available on a Saturday and was able to fix my starter in a few hours!
