Amazing experience. looking for an apartment its easy to forget questions you may want to ask but overall the team answered every question i could think of as well as gave additional information. the grounds of the complex were beautiful!! the model was amazing to look at and get an idea for myself on how i would work the layout. overall it was an amazing experience and a top choice.

Justin was a great help in scaffolding me in the application process. He was very professional, well mannered, and treated me with respect. He went above and beyond to help me out. I am greatly appreciative of his service and leadership.

Can’t say enough good things about living at Walden Crossing. We have been here for almost two years and as transplants from another state I am happy that we found this place. The office staff is always helpful and Shannon in maintenance is kind, prompt, and goes the extra mile in fixing issues. The gym is open by scheduled reservation only and I love this! It allows a good workout alone without health concerns of others around you during covid. The grounds are always kept clean and pretty. Over all it is not the newest built apartments in the area but it feels safe, well cared for, and has a great location.

The team here at Walden Crossing has always been a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have lived here for a year and just moved into a different apartment in Walden Crossing with a roommate. Griffin dealt with my new lease agreement and was very on top of everything, making the transition smooth. Great value and very nice apartments.

I have lived here for five years. The maintenance is timely and professional. I feel safe here and enjoy the amenities. Derek has also taken care of my questions and inquiries and always gets back to me swiftly. He has also worked with me regarding questions about my lease and been transparent when answering my concerns. They also have worked with my sleep/work schedule for maintenance issues and have completed all reasonable requests. Very friendly and professional staff. The grounds are clean and pretty. I enjoy living here as it is also a great location.

I have never lived anywhere in this world at a place as perfect and beautiful as Walden Crossing Apartments. This is, to me, a small piece of paradise on earth. Nothing else can compare with the beauty, peace, kindness and scenery around my beautiful home. My baby boy, little Zeus, loves his first beautiful loving home. This is the best, most well-managed apartment in the area. Of all the places I toured, this was by far my favorite. I am glad I chose to call this place home.Josue has been very helpful with everything I needed. I ordered some furniture the other day but was worried because it was going to come in a large truck. Josue went out of his way to communicate with the driver and open the gates for him so he could easily enter and exit the property. Any time I’ve needed something fixed, he quickly entered the request and communicated it with maintenance. The maintenance here is extremely knowledgeable and has been very helpful.It’s people like Josue and the maintenance that make this a special place. Top notch people. This is what makes this an amazing place to call home.

I just filled out an application here the gentleman named Justin, showed me around and talked and I will say he was straight forward and was very easy to deal with 5/5 in my opinion.

My sister and I were looking for a quiet and safe place to live and we’ve found it! Everything is great and whatever problems we’ve had the guys from the leasing team have been super helpful. Walden crossing has been the best complex weve lived in yet. Been here for several years and expect to stay many more. Derrick the manager is very accommodating and caring. Shannon the maintenance manager is the best theyve had yet. The grounds are always clean and tidey and maintenance requests are handled promptly.

My husband and I were unsure how living in an apartment complex would be but Derek and his team have made this transition so enjoyable.They are our neighbors and Derek especially goes above and beyond to make you feel like youre apart of the community not just living in it.Derek is very responsive if we ever face an issue, is so kind, and always goes above and beyond!We have to move in 2021 due to my husband being a pilot and we always joke that we wish we could move Walden crossing and Derek’s tram with us because we cant imagine another community even coming close to Walden.Thank you all so much and special thanks to Derek and Shannon! 💕

Visiting friends for the week that live here and they warned me of their roach problem, but knowing how particular they are about keeping things clean and organized I figured they were exaggerating the issue immensely. Man was I wrong. Management here must have zero pest control plans in place. Something seriously needs to be done ASAP.My friends are very non-confrontational, but I know if I lived here I would be blowing managements phones up until the issue was resolved.Ridiculous.

The complex is very clean and at a very decent location . I would like to thank Joshue for being so caring and honest . Definitely consider this place, If you would like to move in that area .

From start to end the staff at Walden crossing in Canton Ga was nothing but accommodating and made my move absolutely seemless. The gentlemen i spoke to over the phone, who i believe his name was Griffin was the most polite and knowledgeable person i believe i could have delt with, every question he was their to help and made me feel more than welcome. Once i got down here i was shocked by how new and nice all the accommodations were and fell in love with my new apartment the community amazing as well, not a a single bad thing to say. But hats off to the guy i spoke to over the phone he really sealed my moving down to Canton and would certainly deal with him again

Highly recommend you look elsewhere. Management sent us a copy of our lease agreement to read over in advance to help save time on the day of signing. Everything in advance indicated a 12 month lease - I verified several times. They changed the lease period on the final copy of the agreement to 18 months, which I only realized 12 months afterward. (Picture attached)Of course, it’s technically on me for not verifying on the final copy. But you better believe it was no less slimy on their behalf to bait and switch like that.I realize this was several years ago; that does not matter. I lost thousands of dollars because of their nasty switcheroo.Not to mention that the place had lots of defeaters for wanting to live there, like maintenance staff entering unannounced. Yuck. Or like the obvious roach problem. Also yuck. It’s a shame these seem to be the nicest apartments in Canton.Edit: I see Walden Crossing’s response. I provided a screenshot of a scan of my leasing agreement including my real name and dates I lived there; and they responded by saying they have no record of me. This is demonstrative of their integrity. And to their suggestion that I have mistaken them with another community- no, I paid you thousands of dollars as a result of you changing your leasing agreement at the last second. I remember very well who those checks went to.

It is a quiet and comfortable place. I feel very safe. in the office they are very efficient

I was hesitant to move into an apartment but I love it here at Walden. Clean, well managed, very nice and helpful staff.

If you’re looking for a perfect place to live....pick Walden Crossing! I have been here over a year and a half and can’t say enough positive things! The staff are fantastic! The front office staff are friendly, personable, and cater to your needs! The maintenance staff is always on time and fix my (minor!) issues in a timely manner. They’re super dog friendly which is a key reason I moved here. They even have 2 dog parks! The grounds are spectacular and just walking through the complex you can see the beauty and care and time they have put into making this truly feel like a place I can call home. The residents are friendly and quiet. The new pool and deck are a place you will want to relax in the warmer months. They plan all kinds of events and it’s a nice way to speak with the staff and get to know you’re neighbors too. Can’t go wrong with Walden!

We have lived at Walden Crossing for 8 months now. Its been a wonderful experience. Weve only had 1 maintenance issue, needed a new dishwasher, and it was taken care of promptly and professionally. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The complex is very animal friendly and the residents do a good job of cleaning up after their pets. Management is wonderful to work with and when the summer arrives again, I cant wait to enjoy the pool. Overall its a great place to live, very conveniently located and I would recommend it highly if youre looking for a new place to call home.

We moved into Walden Crossing apartments for a brief time between houses, and it was a wonderful experience. We had a long drive, and the property manager was literally waiting at the door for us with our keys and bottled water. They accommodated our needs and were prompt and professional in responding to all our questions. The property itself is beautiful, and super quiet! If it had been closer to work we would have stayed. This apartment was a great experience.

My family and I have lived here for a year and we have nothing but wonderful things to say! When we first toured the apartment, Derek stayed well after closing hours, to show us an apartment and helped us with the application process. Since then, he has always been so willing and available any time that we have needed him. We also think very highly of Cynthia, Kendall, and the maintenance team as well. We have had to call the maintenance team twice on a weekend and he always showed up without any issues. He’s very thorough, kind, and an expert in his field. The apartments themselves are also wonderful. We have ample space & storage, it’s updated & well kept, and the grounds are always in great condition too. The pool is gorgeous & the gym is very spacious as well. Rent for this apartment is fairly priced based on market value & it did not sky rocket at our renewal time. All in all, we are very pleased with this complex and hope to be here for years to come. Thank you guys for all that you do! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for their next home.

I’m just a kid but they are super nice to everyone. They offer a “study room” mainly used for kids who get off the bus there and can’t get in there apartment. So they can do there school work. But everyone can use it. Staff is great, everything is always clean. All they ask is you respect the people around you and the thing you are given the chance to use that way others have a chance too.

I moved here in Oct 2018 and right from the start I felt this was home.This is August and I feel like Ive lived here for years the office staff has been so nice to me and has helped me out so many times. Whenever I need help or find something isnt working in my apartment they are on it right away and maintenance couldnt be nicer and have always completed the work in a timely manner.After looking at other locations and newly built ones I find Walden Crossing has the best kept grounds, privacy and apartments are spacious.I plan on staying here for a long long time.

The office wants to nickel and dime for every mark on the wall or carpet stain when you leave. We lived in 2 apartments here. We were charged over $500 for crayon marks on one wall. In the second apartment, we were charged $700 for a carpet stain in the livingroom. The apartments also grow mold in the window sills. The office manager told me that corporate will never pay to have the windows updated. Since the apartments are 20 years old. How sad that a business thinks that people should live in apartments that condensate and grow mold on windows. And how ridiculous that the apartment wants me to replace all of the carpet in the entire aprtment for one stain. Run far away.

My roommate and I have only lived here here for a couple of months but we have loved every minute of it. The front office staff are very helpful and welcoming. Maintenance are always on top of issue in a very timely manner. No complaints so far!

Decent place to stay; several in-unit repairs were needed during our stay (dishwasher busted pipe, installation of gas ventilation pipe, etc.) which was inconvenient. Pigeon damage on deck; deck needed painting & care; hallways needed pressure washing & were very dirty.When we moved, we were excessively charged over $300 for minor paint chips from hanging pictures; we asked before we left if we should do anything but were advised that it was acceptable so no need. After we moved out, they charged us the fees. We paid on time every month and were a good renter....so beware; management cannot be trusted.

The women running the office has lost my rent more than once and has charged me with late fees because of it. I even had a receipt for my rent. I never ever will suggest this place to anyone. Run away

As we drove up the lovely, tree-lined driveway to look at Walden Crossing Apartments, my husband and I were wondering if we couldadjust to living in an apartment.We had not lived in an apartment since we were newly weds and that was years ago! It would be for a year—while we looked for a house!As we crested the hill, we were up above the sounds and smells of traffic! The entire landscape was well groomed and clean. We were delighted to see those big iron gates! It was a very lovely place to live!To make a long story short—our one year turned into twelve years! We have loved living in Walden Crossing! There is absolutely nothing that I would criticize. The staff is incredible, totally dedicated, kind, and gracious—a pleasure to deal with!The complex has an unmatched maintenance program! The men are skilled and adept at their work and committed to “a job well done!” There is very little turnover. There is no “here today and gone tomorrow” situation! We know them and they know us!So, Walden Crossing, thank you so much for all that you do to provide such a lovely place to live!

Excellent place to live! Quiet community with a lot more active adults (which is certainly not a bad thing). Staff are always friendly, understanding, and great overall. They communicate any issues immediately, which is greatly appreciative. Maintenance is always friendly and available to resolve issues. I experienced a few issues during the early part of my move-in, which were later resolved within a timely manner. I havent experienced any pest issues at all and have only had pest control come in only a few times since I moved in. I would normally have pest control every week in my last apartments but that hasnt been necessary here. The insulation of the buildings appear to be great because my neighbors have a dog that I only hear when exiting my apartment. The grounds are always clean. Overall, my experience living here is 5 stars!!!

The apartments aren’t new, but are clean and kept up very well. The staff have been amazing. The one bedroom floor plan is large. The pool is really nice. Good prices, but will probably be higher next year.

Im writing this review late; primarily because renting where I currently am, I miss Walden even more. I lived in Walden Crossing from mid 2017 to late 2018. Beautiful and very quiet place; a one minute drive to 575 which was very convenient. Its also only a 2-3 minute drive to a huge shopping center (target, lowes, kohls, lots of place to eat, etc) The apartment we lived in was very nice, felt newly renovated. The staff in the office was very nice, and the maintenance workers were also very nice and also were always there very quickly to fix the very few problems we had while there. Definitely wouldve loved to live there long term if I didnt have to relocate for my job.

Me and my now wife had lived there for a little over a year this was a year ago. The complex was always kept up to date,clean and the grounds kept very well. I never had any issues living here. Neighbors were good, had an apartment with a great view off the porch. It was pretty quiet around there surprisingly. Never noticed any crimes or anything bad happen while we lived there. Id recommend anyone looking for an apt to move there. The managers were very helpful as well.

Clean, safe apartments at reasonable prices. We moved from out of state and needed a 6 month lease while we looked for a house. The management and staff were always helpful and friendly. Derek and Cynthia really went above and beyond to get our apartment ready on short notice. They always answered any of our questions promptly as we adjusted to apartment living. We didnt have any maintenance issues, but if we needed something or had questions-they were responsive and professional. Our overall experience was positive and we would recommend Walden Crossing to anyone.

I love living here! I moved in fall of 2016 with plans of only being here 6 months. Im going into my third year with Derek and his team at Walden and I have to say that I am so impressed by everyone here. Its extremely quiet, gated, well maintained, and communication is superb. They come pick up trash in the evenings as well. I like that it is well hidden off the main road. They email me when packages arrive and are available for pick up. Its really really close(5 minutes or less) to all nearby shopping/dining options(Target, Walmart, Starbucks, Gyms, etc.). I am surprised by some of the reviews because my experience has been excellent. People need a reminder that its not Trump Tower--its an apartment complex, and comes with everything that entails.

Decent Prices and amazing management. Kendall was great with getting information to me and also getting the paperwork done quickly. Maintenance is spectacular and if you have to wait more than a day for something to get fixed it, then something else is seriously wrong somewhere else.

HORRIBLE, ROACHES IN THE APARTMENTS, PEST CONTROL CAME OUT SAID ITS AN ONGOING PROBLEM IN ALL THESE APARTMENTS. PEST CONTROL TOLD ME THAT THESE APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED.MOLD AROUND ALL THE WINDOWS THAT MADE MY ASTHMA HORRIBLE.

I didnt get the chance to come in town prior to my move. I had to do everything over the phone, sight unseen. Came in, signed the lease, moved in, and everything went smooth. Much better than I would have expected. *Side note, the lease is very long; youll need to plan extra time for that on your move-in day.

This is worst place I have ever lived. Run by a property manger so wildly incompetent its bizarre. Things I pay for but do not get, garbage service, working stove, non-leaking windows, working shower, fitness center, laundry room, car care service. Seriously a chimp could do a better job running this place. The only reason this place is not complete anarchy is the support staff.April 2018.Its been a week since the person in the apartment next to me suffered what seems to be a self inflicted tragic event; severe enough to require police, fire, EMS to forcibly enter the dwelling. management has not said anything. This should tell you all you need to know about how this place is run. This place doesn’t deserve any stars. Truly abhorrent excuse for people.

Do not move here!!By far the worst decision we have made. I couldnt be happier our lease is about to be up. We were told our rent would be cheaper because someone had passed in their sleep. We agreed. Later we found out the person had committed suicide. We emailed the office asking why we werent told. We asked what happened and were told he passed in his sleep. We confronted the office staff and the manager said he was there when we were told and they did make us aware, and it was a he said/ she said situation. NOT TRUE !! Everything is cheap here, too cheap for what we pay monthly. Everything shows on the paint, our stove is constantly breaking. Our power bill was outrageously high. Come to find out they didnt even put the air filter in. Our apartment was not ready when they said it would be. Doors werent hung properly. Paint on everything. Along with rust. MOLD is a huge issue with our unit. It was in the bath tub, window seals door frames. they half ass everything. Do not move here!! And Yolanda in the office is rude as can be. With everyone

Run far away! We rented here while we started the process of building a home. They will tell you whatever you want to hear prior to signing your lease; however, once you are moved in, management is completely done with you. Ask about the windows. They are cheap and single pane. The humidity was so high in our apartment, mold grew on the window seals and the wood and material around the windows grew mold and was so soft, we could push through it. Well, they will come out and say its mildew. Spray it with bleach and leave. We even had mold start to grow on our personal property like coats and shoes. We had mold grow inside a bottle of pure maple syrup. I have never ever had that happen. We would report this every single time. Nothing was done. Nothing remedied. We sent off specimens to a company, and they confirmed that it was mold growing. Once we informed management of this, they replaced the damage, and put little plastic around the window. WAter would still pour from the window as condensation and mold would grow. We were constantly sick. No one cared. We gave up on building a house, paid to break our lease and bought a home that was not a new build. That is how bad it was. We literally gave up on our dream of building a home because of this apartment. Most people move in in the summer, so you will not notice the condensation until the nights cool off. Take in an instrument that measures humidity. We bought one while living here. Humidity stayed at about 70% which is extremely high. Beware. Consider your self warned.

Lovely apartment complex! We are moving out by the end of the month, but my fiancee and I have enjoyed staying here. The management and maintenance staff are always friendly and quick to respond, and the location is beautiful and surrounded by trees. The community is age diverse, overall pretty quiet, and very pet friendly. Dont pay attention to the reviews that talk about so-called mold growth. As long as you are cleanly and wipe down your windows (management even advises you to do this before you move in) there should not be a mold issue. This is Georgia; the humidity is high, so yes, if you dont clean there will be mold. Internet options in the area are good, I recommend Windstream over Comcast. Overall, we had a great experience here!

Everything about Walden Crossing is perfect because of the location and the people at the clubhouse. The area is great because its away from the congestion of Atlanta, but still close to the grocery store and outlet malls. The amenities are wonderful as well. Theres been several updates to the gym since Ive been here, including new equipment and flooring. The pool is good with the exception that theyve had to close the pool down twice because someone put glass in there. They should hire a lifeguard to prevent this from happening, so that those of us who enjoy swimming without a problem, dont have to worry about the pool being closed for cleanup. Otherwise, youll find the pool closed for a good week or two. The parking is open and doesnt require a parking pass, yet theres still a lot available around the apartments. Tip: do not have your guests follow right behind you when trying to get through the gate. YES, the gate will hit your car if you have someone trail right behind you. I learned this quickly after my friend came in from behind me, and the gate came down on his car. Luckily, we didnt see any damage. The people at the clubhouse made me feel welcome when I first moved here. Since that time, it appears that there has been a staff change or two, but the staff in place does seem to remain consistent. When you move in they give you a checklist to write down anything you may see with the apartment, which helps ensure you dont move into something thats a disaster, as friends living in other places in Atlanta have told me happened to them. When I moved in, everything was in great condition, so nothing needed to be noted on the checklist. Tip (2): ask someone there if you can read the lease ahead of time before your move-in day. I was offered this option but opted to just review it when I got there. This wasnt a good idea because I had movers, and found out the lease is over 40 pages. So if you have movers, or are in a rush, READ IN ADVANCE, then sign when you come for your move-in day. I have been very happy here and have nothing but positive things to say about these apartments.

My girlfriend and i just moved into this beautiful place. The leasing person kendall showed me around and explained everything. I fell in love with the place right away. It was exactly what i was looking for, spacious and clean. Kemdall heloed us get the applicatiom done quickly and moved in without a problem. This is a good place to be if you want people who care about you and get things done quickly.

Great location. Management is very friendly. unfortunately the problem I see is the outside maintenance is lacking. No one is cleaning the stairwells. Trash builds up at the trash receptacle...cobwebs and garbage stains look awful on the stairs.

This place is horrible looks are decieving... they allow dope heads and illegals to live here...they really need to do some better screening

Walden Crossing apartments physically is a great place to live . It is upscale compared to most in Canton, HOWEVER.... Alicia, the lady who runs the place is the worst person to have in charge of a community. She is extremely vindictive and hateful. I worked here for a short while as a part time maintenance/grounds keeper and I found out just how horrible of a person she was. Now that I dont work there she has ignored requests that I have had and had my truck towed without one warning because it had a flat tire, which they say is against the lease agreement that happens to be at least 25 pages!! I tried to get in touch of the corporate office but it happens to be her as the connection for this property. So, Michealson Realty is just letting her run wild with no accountability. She makes this place hell to live in and there is no way I would recommend anyone to move in here until she is gone...

This apartment community has the worst customer service if you have an issue. I have had a dog that lives under me barking off and on for 3 months contacted the management people numerous times. They do not return calls!!!!! I have sent them two videos of the event taking place sitting outside the door of the aparftment I am talking about. Do not rent from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They act like they care when you lease the apartment then good luck - They have high turnover becuase I see a new person working in the office every time I go in. Please take care of my problem please.

Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this place, consider yourself forewarned!!!
