I been rent from DeVille apartment going on two years now . I love the management they are very friendly respectful. If you have any kind of maintenance issues with your place they are on top of having the repairs done. I have rented places before they are by far the best . I would recommend anyone that looking for nice apartment and great management to rent from them . Rent very reasonable and affordable . I love it and would continue to rent from them.

Great place to live! Apartment’s are in nice shape and very comfortable size. Maintenance staff has been timely with all requests. Very easy to get a hold of the office with requests. Great location - less than 5 minutes to the Strip and Belden Village.

Ive lived here for 3 years and it is a quiet, safe place to live. The office is very accommodating and good at handling maintenance requests. The onsite laundry is efficient and convenient. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone!

They actually care. Anytime Ive had a problem, theyve helped me out as much as they could. One month I did not have transportation to pay rent and get laundry cards. Someone from the office came to me. Work orders are usually looked at and fixed within 24 business hours. Theres on-call maintenance for emergency situations. They are there when needed.

I moved out of Deville Grandeur during the summer of 2017 I paid up the rent and utilities, I heard nothing from them (even though they have my phone, email, and address) until I received a collection notice from a third party company in May of 2019 (!!!) saying that I am now in collections for over $700 and we have no clue why since it’s been two years! Makes since though since in our year there they had THREE different property managers. Do your credit score a favor and don’t move into any of their properties.

I have been here for a year. This is my first place I moved into an apartment. Overall, it really isnt a bad place to start off at! Or when you are trying to get back on your feet for any financial reasons, this would be that place! Yes, the rooms are a bit small, small kitchen, but I didnt mind it one bit! Even when something wasnt working, for example, my stove, they got someone to come and fix it immediately! For those who wants a apartment to start off at this would be that! The ONLY thing I can say that is a con, is that the neighbors can be a bit noisy.. I live ( or lived Since i am moving closer to work) on the 1st floor. The neighbor on the 2nd and bottom floor tend to make Alot of noise at night.. other than that, I would for sure come back to them!! I would try it for sure! thank you deville for helping me out!

I moved here over 6 years. Could not be happier. The service received when something is not working is wonderful. Devilles staff is curtious and always show concern. I really love my place. This is the best place I ever lived. So glad i chose Deville.Shirley campolieto

I have lived in Deville Apartment for 8 years now. If I have an issue with anything they are there to help. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner and fixed without problems. Its a great location and the rent is reasonable for what is included. Have never had any issues with management either. So overall is a great place to live.

We rented a townhouse from 2017 - 2019. We got flooded 3 times in a week and lost everything downstairs due to sewage water coming through the drain because there were roots growing in the pipes. They told us if it happen again, we would have to pay for it.Our lease is up july 31th so we paid up all the utilities and rent for the month and moved out a month earlier. We did the walkthrough and surrender the keys. A week later they sent us a letter saying that we have been charged for utilities that we already paid. I called the property manager Lindsey and was told that oh you didnt turn in the keys on the first do thats why we are charging you.Firstly theres nothing in the contract that states that you need to turn in the key on the first day that you move outHows this legal? I paid my rent and utilities for the last month.You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I would never advise anyone to rent from you. No one has ever had good experience with you, from the rude managers down to the front desk personnel.

They are fixing the outside of apartments but wont change heater filters which could lead to a house fire there black suet coming from heaters terrible paint job in apartment I constantly have to keep walls washed down havent fixed the back glass doors or any of the closet doors keep saying they will get to it and never do but their concerned about the outside more than the inside its quiet place need better management lady downstairs has a cat she doesnt keep it clean I can smell it all through out the building absolutely discussing wouldnt recommend the deville apartment s to anyone

Wouldnt recommend living at deville to anyone. management is terrible, they dont allow you to speak with anyone at the corporate office. I lived at a deville property for 1 year and they NEVER let me speak to the manager about any issues. Always took my number and said id get a call back. i feel for the money they charge, the apartments should be kept in way better condition.

Hello PSA DEVILLE apts are DEVIL APTS. they tried to steal $50 from me earlier so I signed up for direct deposit then when I was going to move out I sent my email one day too late even though they didnt tell me what day I specifically had to send it so they took out my rent for the next month.. when I told them no Im moving, instead of refunding me they just told me that theyll keep it on my file and see if I owe them anything. then they said I was going to have to pay for half my carpet. they told me a two bedroom cost them 700 so they wouldnt see why it would cost them too much for mine. I get my statement they tell me I have to pay $520 for my half of the ONE bedroom when a two bedroom is 700 when we asked for the invoice they told us they will not give us an invoice unless we take them to court how sketchy is that. then on top of it when they sent me the tiny portion thats left of what they owed me they accidentally sent it to the wrong house and told me theres nothing they can do about it and that Im going to have to wait for two more weeks for the rest of my money! DONT EVER EVER RENT THERE. I moved out a month ago and still dont have my money, the refuse to PROOVE what they paid for the carpet, when I called to tell them what was wrong with the apt they never wrote it down then tried to argue that I did it. Currently dealing with electrical issues. Asked if licensed electrician could inspect and after inspection is done to have a copy of what he inspected and proof electrician is certified by the state of ohio. CEOs responce was he is DONE dealing with me. I have two minor children in my home and am concerned about their saftey. My opinion stay away from deville do not rent from them. CEO is slum lord! Poor management as well.

This rating is for Woodlawn Village Apartments:Moved in 2 years ago. Management staff on site at that time was JUST OK. If you caught them on a good day, they were nice, but more often than not, they were very rude. Management on site has since changed (about 3 months ago), and now they are EVEN WORSE!If you want any maintenance work done, do it yourself! Calling them is a waste of time. Was doing laundry on a Sunday evening, and of course as usual, the coins got stuck in the machine (this literally happens every time someone does laundry). I called the emergency number and let them know about it (as I had wet clothes that needed drying). She called me back saying maintenance has said they cant do anything about it today, they will come on Monday morning. Umm....what exactly do you want me to do with my wet clothes????We signed our 3rd lease in June. At that time I asked to have our carpets shampooed just in the main living area of the apartment. The lady we spoke with (dont know her name as they are all new in the office now) said that because we were signing our 3rd lease, we are eligible to get our carpets shampooed, and that she would put the order in. At that time, we also asked for someone to come look at the exhaust in our guest washroom, and the shower in our master washroom. She said she was putting in orders right at that moment to get the work done. Its been 2 months, and no one has come to check our washrooms. When my husband went to the management office to talk to them about setting up a time to shampoo our carpets, we were told by the other lady that we arent eligible to get the carpets done, and they most likey wont do them.DO NOT MOVE HERE! There are other places that are newer, better, cleaner and have much nicer management staff.
