She provided phone numbers and gave suggestions that were so appreciated. Our new apartment home is very clean and well kept. The property is neat and clean as well. My family and I are very happy we made Redwood in Canton our choice to call home.

I cant say enough about Yehmien and her attention to her residents! I am continually impressed by her prompt attention to any issue I have ever had! She is always friendly and courteous and she just handles things!! She and Kenny do a fantastic job of keeping this community up and running, all the while maintaining a friendly, neighbor-like relationship with residents. I truly appreciate their dedication!!!!

One of our smoke detecters started beeping early Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. Knew we couldn’t sleep with it beeping. We called the emergency number and, to keep it short, Kenny arrived about 15 minutes after we made the service call. Problem solved. What we have come to expect and much appreciated. This kind of service is why we love living here(now in our 4th year).

Yehmien and Kenny were always supportive and timely with any questions we had. Redwood had a very friendly feel to it and that started with them and how they treated the tenants.

My husband and I stayed here for a short period of time - less than a year - while our home was being constructed. Based on my past apartment experiences, staying at Redwood has been by far the best in terms of community atmosphere and dealing with management ! Community is very family and pet friendly, and management here is top notch! Property manager, Yehmein, and the maintenance technician, Kenny were always very pleasant to speak with. We never had issues with getting our concerns addressed promptly. & It was easy to get in contact with them as well. Yehmein and Kenny are very friendly and personable and they always checked in to make sure we were well accommodated. Very pleased with our experience here!

The application, tour, selection process was very easy and handled professionally by the property manager, Yehmien. My husband and I were especially impressed with the move in process. Yehmien provided all the information we needed to set up utilities and internet services, she answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome in our new community. We have only been here a few days but already feel comfortable and at home. The property is clean and well maintained. We highly recommend Redwood Canton.

We love our place and have been enjoying our stay for a little over a year now. Very quick response if there are any problems, even during the pandemic they fixed the garage door within 2 days. We are very happy and love all the space we have. We also have a dog and cat, they are very pet friendly too.

We moved in Redwood Canton in August 2020, When we came to look at the unit, we were just looking, Yehmien was wonderful in how she explained and showed us the apartment and grounds, I saw in my wifes eyes that we would be signing a lease. I recently renewed a 15 month lease contract here. The housing is very much like having a house more than living in an apartment, and the staff is very professional and friendly in addressing community concerns.Yehmein and all the staff have dealt with all of our emails and calls promptly. Redwood Canton is a great place to rent.

Management has made acclimating to Michigan easy and stress free. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Any issues weve had have been resolved promptly. Very happy with the Redwood community.

We have been asking for 3 1/2 years for our side yard to be fixed. They did some work in the second year we were here, but the work was very poor and a large depressed area remained, and fills up with water, leaving a mosquito infested area. the side grass by the side of the apartment has died out, in an increasing way, and has left a dirt parth in its place. We also had 3 nice evergreen trees which were not watered, and died, in the first year here, and were pulled out and only 2 evergreen trees were replaced.

Yehmien is absolutely phenomenal. Extremely professional and responsive and always looking out for us and our well being.

This has been a great place to live- we have been here for about 8 months and really like it. The layout of the apartments are great- I like having no one above us, and the garage is so nice to have.. It is a quiet community, and the staff is great! I have mostly worked with Yehmien and Kenny and they are both fantastic. Any thing I have ever needed they have been super friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend living here!

We recently moved my dad from Florida to these apartments. Loved the fact that they were more like condos with an attached garage. You have neighbors but never hear anything as the walls are double insulated. Nice large layout throughout. Management was great to work with and helpful with any issues/situations that arise. Would recommend these to anyone looking for more of a home like apartment.

Lived her for approx two years. The apartment itself is wonderful and up to date. Very clean. Maintenance is timely and pleasant with complaints. There was a lingering issue with management, quick turnover. They just could not seem to keep someone on staff. The new manager they have is excellent and friendly. I would recommend redwood canton as a great place to live with great mai tanance and management.

I have lived at Canton Redwood for a couple of years. It is a great place to live. The apartment was very nice.When Yehmien took over as Manager in August of 2018, she was right on top of things. She is always there to take care of any concerns and do a follow up afterwards.Kenny is a great service tech who always responds to any service order in a reasonable amount of time. He does good work.The apartments are easy access to all freeways and all canton shopping.Great place to live.

Had some issues upon move in but they were attended to quickly and everyone was friendly. Apartment is nice and has a lot of storage space.

We have lived at Redwood for approximately a year and have been very pleased with the location, complex and management. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage room and we love that no on lives above us. Any time we have a maintenance request, which is easy to email thru the work order system, Kenny has been very prompt as well as friendly and outgoing.Yehmein works very hard and has great communication skills in keeping you updated and addressing any concerns you may have. We would recommend you consider Redwood.

Our experience so far here at Redwood has been great! Customer service has been superb. Yehmein, is exceptional. Any issues we had during our application process, which was due to technical problems on the computer, she handled right away. Always called us back promptly to answer any questions. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. Carpet looked brand new. Even the garage was sprayed down and clean. Everything is the apartment is in working condition. We would recommend it to anyone.

Moved into these apartments recently with my wife, daughter, and 2 dogs. Couldn’t be happier, they all have attached 2-car garages, the apartments are very new (around 3 years old since being built), very clean, well-maintained, absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The staff has been terrific, especially Yehmien.......she has been friendly, very helpful, and returns calls promptly. Nothing went according to plan with my cross-country move.........nothing EXCEPT the experience I have had here at Redwood! Recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet atmosphere, friendly neighbors and support staff.........

I have been here since July 2018, Since Yehmien has been in the office she has been available to address any and all issues in a very timely manner and communication is excellent and very easy to talk to and work with.Kenny is always on top of any issues you may have with your unit or the grounds surrounding your place. The landscaping service has improved greatly and I appreciate all the hard work that has gone into making our little community a beautiful place to call home.My 15 year old son and I love it, you can have your pets, neighbors are great and everyone waves. The (hate to call them apartments) homes are very energy efficient and my utilities are low in summer and winter. Quality of materials inside the homes is above average and I rarely if ever can hear any neighbors and I am in a mid unit.Dennis

Moved in just over a month ago and I have to say I am so pleased that I rented here. Manager is very attentive and maintenance is always available. I love my 2 car attached garage and walk in food pantry.

I am in the process of looking for a new apartment and had a great experience at Enclave at Brownstone. While I’m not sure if I will need a place in Canton due to a pending Job transfer but I know that I will be seeking out a Redwood community. The attached two car garage is a must for me.

We have been happy so far at Redwood Canton. Yehmien, the Property Manager, continues to be very helpful and responsive. Based on older reviews, it seems that this was not always the case with previous managers, but you can tell Yehmien really cares about the community. We love the two-car attached garage and pet-friendly neighborhood.

Would never recommend this place to anyone Horrible Horrible management staff never answers calls or call back. Bug spraying 3 times now an no result it’s like they’re trying to save on bug spray and spraying water instead, draines always clog, sing disposal clogs like every week, was promised 1599 for rent anhidden additional fees every month that is just a rip off, can’t believe I ignored all the bad comments outside looks nice inside is decent staff is the worst can’t keep there word with tenants, when it rains warms and bugs crawl on top on the carpet rough build wasn’t formed well enough ...

We will be going on 4 years here at Canton Redwood and have been quite happy. Kenny always takes care of any maintenance concerns promptly without issue.Prior managers, and there have been many, were not good at following up on phone calls or other issues. But now our new manager of 6 months, Yehmien, is excellent at reaching out and responding to any issues or concerns you might have. We understand she does have corporate policys that she must enforce to keep this a nice place to call home .The apartments have a nice layout and are quite comfortable. For the most part it is a quiet community.

Enclave Brwonstone is beautiful place to live in. Everybody there is so friendly. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. I really like living here.

The current tenant manager does not respond to a tenants needs, she does not return your phone calls, does not assist you with questions unless you ask many times, does not answer her phone, (I know because I called while outside the office & saw her in there.)She Is away from the office more than she is there & no she is not out assisting future tenants.Very seldom does she leave a note saying she is gone & for how long.If you can find someplace else, please do. I am very dissatisfiied with management and Im looking for a new place.On another review, the reviewer said RUN. I say ditto.

I love my apartment and have been very happy with the new office manager.

Rent is outrageous, after 1 year they raised the rates almost 200 dollars on top of the move-in rate of 1500 per month. Ended up moving out and management is severely lacking in response to returning phone calls or emails. Had to leave my keys on the counter after the manager did not seem to want to honor our arrangement to handle move-out procedures. Get a bill in the mail after 2 months of unreturned phone calls and emails, to owe substantial late rent. This property is money hungry, look else where. Quality in the apartments is Okay, but certainly not worth 1750 in rent a month for a two-bedroom with no workout facilities, pool or any other amenities. Oh, and if you have a pet, They will do their best to charge you to replace carpet under their UV light inspection. I was told the 300 dollar pet fee, along with the extra 25 a month Pet rent is simply and I quote, a privilege fee. Angers me to the core that such strict guidelines and rent increases along side poor management made this a poor experience.

When my wife and I lived here they mysteriously went through 3 different heads of the facility and far too many on-site service people in the first few months. For the price I would have expected better response time for fixing broken appliances, spraying for bugs, and even simple things like returning phone calls. It took a month to get a working dishwasher in my apartment after we found it broken with them on my move-in date! The garage barely fit my Chevy Traverse and this walls are VERY thin.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Management is HORRIBLE. They sent me my deposit back over 2 months after a moved out when I was promised it in 30 days. It took me a week to get a hold of someone. A week later when I was finally given a call back, the check randomly appeared in my mail box the next day but was $360 less than what I was told I would be getting back at my move out inspection because they charged me all at once for a monthly fee they said I was never charged for?? How is that my fault? Also, the backyards are always flooded because of terrible drainage system so if you plan on using the outdoor area youre looking in the wrong place unless you want a swamp for a backyard.
