This is a clean and quiet safe neighborhood with good schools, respectful neighbors, and plenty of shade. They offer spacious floor plans. The price is fairly reasonable considering the amenities. Little annoyances here and there, but mostly a wonderful experience and a great place to live.

I’ve been here for almost a year and won’t be resigning. The front gate never works, and the office doesn’t seem to really care about their residents.Management just made some new upgrades and the software just beeps none-stop and the wiring is all exposed, pretty sure my son is going to unplug it.Massive roach problem, I have had roaches crawl on me while in my sleep. They just keep coming and coming. I spray and it does nothing. I write service request and they charge you for it and it still does nothing.

They are a bit unrefined for the money we pay. Once you live here you see how they cut corners. They get cheap, undocumented laborers and lazy maintenance workers. Honestly, it’s ok if you are a college student or a new family. It’s a great start but at luxury apartment prices in Canton,ga… These are no luxury apartments. Great leasing staff. It’s not a bad place to live but it’s definitely all clout.

So far everyone has been helpful. We like that we are near the playground and close to other amenities. We Have been pleased with how clean the place is.

I moved in March 30 during the shelter in place time. I am impressed with maintenance. They have come within 24 hours on two calls I have made. The apartment community is well maintained, and quiet at night. I am a senior, and I appreciate that very much. Can’t wait for the world to go back to “normal” so I can experience the amenities like the pool and work out area.I continue to b impressed with the maintenance crew. Matt answered my request for fluorescent light replacement in the kitchen. It has been replaced a few times before. He brought a ballast and replaced it too after I told him how ma trimester the light was replaced. That was it no delay in turn on and the light is brighter! It just gets better!

We just moved in, but I have been in contact with the office staff for over a month polishing details and getting things in order. We needed something specific for our family and the staff was nothing but accommodating! The staff has been so friendly and helpful. Ive never been made to feel like a burden or an annoyance with the thousands of questions I had. We came from a rough community so this has truly been a breath of fresh air for us. We already met our neighbors and everyone is so friendly here. We feel very blessed to call this community home. The property is well maintained and is conveniently located to plenty of options for groceries and quick bites.

It is almost perfect, most of the neighbors are really friendly; some other not so much but so far it’s been great! There is always parking close to my building, areas to walk my dog everywhere, administration is always very accessible either upfront or by phone.

I have lived here for a year. Great place. Everyone is friendly and like second family. No where else I would like to live. Safe and convenient to all stores and my doctors. Very few problems and if they do arise they are taken care of promptly. Grounds are well maintained and looking nice.

I’ve lived here for three months now and so far they’ve been great. They were very accommodating when covid hit and allowed me to move in a month later than my original move in date. They always answer messages right away, and sent someone to fix a small leak in my kitchen sink the next day. Ive felt safe here and the common areas are always clean. The only things I would change are: they only current offer windstream for the Internet (though they have been working on installing fios this last month) and sometimes there’s a build up of trash at the garbage disposal site on weekends(which is thankfully not near the apartments). I am happy I chose to live here.

This place is stellar! Staff is ultra friendly! They work hard at landscaping. Provide plenty of dog stations and doggie park for your animals! I have been very pleased and just been here a week! Had one minor maintenance issue and they jumped right on it and were helpful and responded with care. Made me feel at home already!

I recently moved here and I love living here. It starts with the amazing leasing office staff whom are all very friendly, pleasant, and very professional. Michelle helped me through the whole process from day one, and she made my move very easy and pleasant.. My apartment was ready and cleaned on my move date. I will recommend this place to a friend anytime. Thank you for making my move a pleasant and stress less one.

When I moved in there was a big problem with getting a mobile signal on the property and the only provider that was set up for the internet was slow and less than effective. Because of this working from home during the pandemic was impossible; however, the property sought out a way to fix this problem and they did. They had a new company come in that could install fiberoptic lines throughout the complex and makes it so that each apartment can now get Wi-Fi and be smart apartments. I now have wifi service to where I can work from home. I also do not have to worry about purchasing a mobile signal booster to use my mobile phone. They also did this at no additional cost to the residents. The people working in the office are also very pleasant.

Michelle here is THE BEST! We have been here 2 years and just transferred to a bigger apartment and she made the whole process easy and hassle free. She also worked personally with us both times and took time to explain things. We can’t thank her enough!

My husband and I have enjoyed living at Harbor Creek for the past 18 months. The complex is well maintained and the staff is attentive and friendly. The pool area is very nice. Any issues we’ve had have been quickly resolved. We are looking forward to the completion of pressure washing / painting of older buildings. Our particular building is quiet and neighbors have been exceptional.We really enjoyed the holiday dinner prepared by the staff for the community this evening. This is only one of several events the staff hosts throughout the year for the residents.

We love, love the pool and the fact that it’s salt water. It’s quiet and well kept. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

My husband and I love it here! We moved in right after our wedding and haven’t had any complaints. The leasing office employees are amazing, especially Michelle. They are very friendly and helpful and maintenance is quick to respond if you have any issues!

Harbor Creek apartment is a good and quiet apartment complex, and I am pleased to live here, but I really hope that the gate has more security than what it is now.Could you please install the long wood arm at the front of the gate so random cars stop following residents to enter the apartment without authorization? That is what is missing for me to give you 5 stars. Thanks!

My new home. Still working out some issues but the staff is helping to resolve them. I do wish you could see your apartment before your move in date in case you need to make a switch. My apartment is completely dark other than my bedroom. I do love the quietness of the areaI just might need to up my vit D. Also...I wish I had new carpet and not carpet that has been cut up and replaced in areas. Never had an apartment complex do that. At the other place I came from all new tenants got new carpet. Oh and garbage valet would be nice. Its worth the money! Still giving it a 4 because its a great community and seems safe.

I loved this apartment complex. Ive lived in several and I wish I could move back here! The staff was friendly, the area was nice and I felt safe, the apartment was well kept and we had few (if any) issues. The only problem was parking, you could hardly get a spot close to where you lived and there wasnt a guest parking area

Going through a divorce not knowing where to begin I chose this place as my first stop to look for an apartment. Was very impressed by how welcoming the office staff was. The leasing agent was very nice.Touring the complex was nice, the unit I saw was clean & pretty big, I can definitely live there.

Today marks the end of my residency here at Harbor Creek. This has been a great experience. I have never tried Apartment living before and I must say this has been a positive one. The grounds are kept well, thd buildings are kept up. No dilapidated or trashy sites. There is lots of nature here, birds sing, little ground squirrels bustle along and more. The pool is great as well as other amenities.The staff, well, what can I say. There is always something fun going on...they strive to make the residents feel like family. They have always answered and helped with any concern or care I have had. Sorry to have to say goodbye but I truly recommend this complex to anyone looking for apt life..Harbor Creek Staff...u guys rock.

If you have to have a place to live, this place is fine, but this place has poisoned me against renting apartments. First off, the rent is way too high for the tiny apartments they have. Second, they charge you a pet rent, deposit, and a fee when you have an animal. Third, they claim part of that goes to cleaning the apartment before another renter moves in, but when I moved in to my apartment, it still smelled like dog, I vacuumed up wads of dog hair, and it was even painted into the door in the bathroom. The woman who took us to tour our apartment even tried to say the carpet was new... it certainly was not. Also, our bathtub drain was FULL of hair that we had to clean out, and there were tiny sugar ants that invaded our bedroom. The office people act very nice to you, but then anything you need to do with them happens at a snails pace. The 40-page contract they make you sign essentially says you cant get out of paying fees on your lease, even if you die. When I had to break my lease to move out-of-state for a job, they let me out with a fee of 1-months rent. Except, they didnt complete the paperwork for my move-out on time and are trying to charge me additional rent for days I didnt live on the property . Also, they didnt send me my bill for my move-out fee for 2-months, and gave me only 2 days to pay it before they send it to collections, which is incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. All-in-all, they play the game well, and theyre very nice to you when you move in, but living there is too expensive, and not worth the hassle.

Wow... I have been waiting to move in since April and the staff is incredible.. .Walked me through every step of the way. Even though all of them are the best of the best, special shout out to my new friend, Shermaine... I moved here due to some personal unforeseen issues and she was so kind. Even when she handed me my keys on move in day, we hugged and I literally cried and she did too. as she knew the struggle because throughout she always asked me how it was going... I feel so lucky being a part of this community. Been following them since April and now that I am here I look forward to being a part of all the fun. My unit was almost perfection upon move in with the exception of a slow drain in the bathroom (which happens) and a closet door off track and literally it was fixed in 15 minutes. My dog, Meme, loves it here to.. Everyday we walk to the dog park, hang out, then to the mailboxes, then back home.. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Again I could go on and on but I wont... Those that live here know what I mean and those that dont look no further... you will not be disappointed...

Please make sure before you rented an unit in this development to do a throughout unit inspection and ensured the unit is insulated,. Their apartments are NOT insulated. Therefore, you could hear your neighbors affair at all times. When you tried to address the issue with the management company they pretended to help by offering you a transfer to another unit where your market rent will be higher than what you will be paying them or they offer you to move out. What a great response from them. Management company is not very helpful when it comes to enforce lease rules.

Took a little long to get me in, but it was a great experience for apartments! They kept me up to date on what to do, what they needed, and the status of the approval. Plus I am digging my new crib.

My daughter went to Harbor Creek Apartments looking for a place to live. I fell in love with the place. I now know where to go when my lease expires. The office was inviting, very fresh, nicely decorated and Margie was very pleasant. She was very detailed with providing my daughter all the information needed. I told her to choose this place over all the ones we viewed.

Neighborhood has beautiful and quiet. Almost too quiet. Great amenities to pools a tennis court putting green place to walk your dog. I love it here

I am going on my 3rd year now living here at Harbor Creek. I recently upgraded from my 2 bedroom to now a 3 bedroom, which are HUGE and nice. I have no complaints! The entire maintenance crew all know me/are familiar with me and my daughter and my dog and have all always been so reliable, friendly and helpful. As soon as I submit a maintenance request, they’re on it right away and do a great job! The amenities are all nice and clean. Neighbors are all friendly and decent good quality people. Location is very convenient for us with work/school etc nearby. The office staff also all know me by my first name and are all friendly and helpful.Special thanks goes out to Aisha, the manager, though. Honestly, I did put in my 60 day notice to move to a house, but financially I wasn’t as ready as I thought. So, Aisha genuinely cared about my story/situation and was so graciously flexible to help me stay put another year and to just upgrade into a 3 bedroom instead. It was an easy, stress free transfer and I appreciated all her help! Thank you to you and your team.I’m happy we’re here for another year :)

I wouldnt send my worst enemy to live in this complex. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful and I have been stalked and Harassed personally by one of the members of the staff. I encourage everyone to listen to the other reviews and stay as far away as you can from this place. I would heed the good reviews, as they give residents incentives to put good reviews up, I have met many others that have lived here and not a single one had a good experience.

Im an employee of Habor Creek apartments.I was a tenant as well.I can truly say that I felt safe and comfortable living there.The amenities are amazingly clean and well kept.The pool is refreshing.The only bad thing about it was not taking advantage of the pool😁.Overall,I enjoyed living there for 2 yrs

Love living here! Its quiet and the neighbors are really nice. The people in the leasing office are always extremely pleasant. There is always a community activity coming up for kids too.

I lived here for two years, was a perfect tenant, only paid rent late one time. I feel that in the two years I was there things went seriously down hill. I was a dog owner and always picked up after my dog, but others didn’t and most of the apt complex had dog poop every where. Parking was horrible. There was no space and people routinely parked in the handicap spaces without a handicap license plate with no consequence. If you put in a maintenance request It began to take weeks to get a response or someone to look at the problem. Tried to renew my lease and it was a mess. I was told they were going to charge me two extra months rent after my original lease ended due to an issue in the office.... I would not recommend this apt complex to anyone. The only person in the office that seems to work or get things done was Michelle.

I was out-of-state and struggling with completing form via internet (I am not a techie person). They are all so appreciated!!! Move-in day went flawlessly and I am settling in quickly. I love being located near the office, mail hub, trash compactor, walking trail and BEAUTIFUL pool area! Very much appreciated in my apt are the generous closet spaces, large garden tub and screened porch. Being a gated community gives added sense of security although this is a beautiful area and everyone so friendly . Feels like home! Finally, the location couldnt be better for me! Across Holly Springs Highway is a Super Walmart and Post Office; this area has EVERYTHING available ...perfect! Looking forward to happy times ! Weve been here for six months and have been pretty comfortable. It would be really nice if you would powerwash the outsides of the buildings. It was scheduled to happen in the fall, but never did.

My husband and I have lived here since August 2015 and we like it. The rent is a little high compared to some places and the trash overflows quite often but other than those small things, we like it here.

When I moved in here 3 years ago there was a ban against pit bulls....I sit on my porch and see many pitbulls being walked by young men...so whats up with that? The speeding cars through the 10 mile an hour zone?

TERRIBLE. The worst management team and Maintainence team I have ever dealt with. Complaints go nowhere and are thrown in the trash. Phones are not answered and calls are not returned. I wouldnt wish for my worst enemy to live in this complex. The lead Maintainence tech, Greg, harassed my roommate and me multiple times. When mentioned to management they told me to kick rocks. Corporate doesnt answer phones or return calls.

My kids cant play in the yard due to all of the dog feces, that is rarely (if ever) cleaned up. The management is rude, unprofessional and should certainly not have a job in any type of customer service. The first time (and it will be the last) that i referred a friend was awful. She called to check price ranges and possibly appyling, the staff was rude and short as if they didnt have time to answer questions about the property thay are renting. Margie is the very worst and makes having to even go in to the dont office a nightmare. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. And i certainly will not be renewing my lease.

When we first got here it wasnt that great but once the new people got here that place really turned around. They have put a lot of money into this place and its really nice. I like it a lot!!

This is a very unfair and unprofessional business. I would not ever recommend this place. Take a look on facebook at the 83 reviews and most of them are 1 stars out of 5, they average 2 out of 5 stars overall, thats a horrible rating. I like Sonni and Michelle in the office they are fabulous and very professional. The manager there always seemed distant, uninterested, unapproachable, and impersonable. The manager delegated task to her employees but I never saw her dealing with any tenants in the year I was there. Tenants could no longer use the bathroom in the office area which made it highly inconvenient to get to the pool bathroom outside, cold in winter by the way brr. They have a grill in the pool area that was locked and chained up, they have so many requirements to reserve it I never saw any of the tenants use it. They were not even planning to turn the heat on in the pool at the beginning of the summer until upper management approved it, from tenants I spoke with the heated pool was a big reason they chose there. One day we came into the gate and saw a mattress spray painted saying $500 fine if left, highly unprofessional, they have cameras to talk one on one plus they have other professional ways to take care of that type of issue. The maintenance guy came out to our apartment to spray for bugs and he is not certified, he is dealing with chemicals that he had no business touching, he said that it was the bug mans chemicals who just quit showing up. Another maintenance guy tore our flooring as he tried to fix our ice maker but I let it go but now I am paying for the flooring. They charge $75 for someone to clean a refrigerater that was unstained and just needed a regular wipe down after a resident leaves. They also charged us $470 to replace all of the carpet which was highly unnecessary. We paid a full month and a halfs rent that we were not even there just to fulfill our contract. They are overcharging and unnecessarily charging people once they leave their apartments. We wanted to fulfill our contract responsibly and we accomplished that now they want to charge us unnecessarily and mark up and perform unnecessary work.

I still live there but I hated it because they charge us for us more than 1200 and this apartment is full of mold that even if I clean everyday it came back within a week

M going into my fifth month here and Im constantly reminded why it was a great choice to call Harbor Creek Apartments my home. I love the updated locks with smart rent, the community stays clean and the staff are always friendly and inviting. Im looking forward to attending some of the holiday events coming up.
