Tires will never look better. Thus location seems to have an issue with their drier wind velocity... its much more violent here than Victor... often times flipping you wipers up, blowing decals/ magnets off. I like the lines on pavement to help line up, but they can you do tight you cant see them... this location is more centered in building and its harder to line up than Victor. The attendants arent as good at directing you and Ive actually been told to move in, then to stand on break to allow the device to go under my tires to get in front of them... not cool. I like physical loss of issues to work out. 3 labs was a bad idea... Ive seen busy enough they had to have a body directing traffic and its too easy to get out of order and get wrong wash... Victor setup much better with 2 lanes that merge in a way that prevents this issue. Please fix you wind speed.

Omg I just love this place... So I had a minimal monthly plan with Royal Car Wash, but my fiancé had a *major* monthly plan with them. When I asked them about combining the two plans, they made it SO simple & easy, it was amazing!!! All I did was sit in my car while they figured out all the minutiae & they made it EFFORTLESS!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them for ANY car washes, but even more so if you have a family plan!

The experience was awesome! I was greeted when I came there, he gentleman smiled! I got a free wax which rarely happens, so I was excited about that as well! The vacuums are awesome because it is that hard suction, so it really picks up whatever is on your floor! I will definitely be back!

Vaccuums are great, ours at home do not have credit tools. Very powerful. Staff helped me out too, very friendly and helpful. Place is clean!

Great local car wash with a few locations. I have a monthly unlimited wash. The wash is decent but the associate spray pre-wash is very rushed. They cant get you into the primary wash fast enough. Even if your the only car there. Slow down just a little guys...

I brought my car in. After it sat for almost 2 years!! It really needed a wash,and I usually do it myself. So I decided to bring it to the Royal car wash. The attended also noticed my car needs a little more tlc!! So he had the other attendes take special care for my wash!! The car came out nice!!!

I love that this location has vacuums, I wish that they all did. And, the other thing is that you dont leave the wash and have to go out into really busy traffic, you can fix your side mirrors that flip 😁

Bate and switch pricing. When the gals approached my car selling monthly unlimited care wash membership s, they don’t tell you the slashed through new pricing was only for a month. They cover themselves by handing you their flyer after you have joined which has printed at the bottom those new prices are to go up to regular pricing after a month.I didn’t see it so the next month the full pricing was charged to my credit card. They are still advertising those prices on their website however the flyer stated higher pricing to resume January 1, 2021. Other folks I talked to thought the pricing was good for a year and when I went went into the sales office, they stated pricing was good for 6 months. 🤔Anyways, I canceled my membership.

I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the Royal Car Wash in Canandaigua. This was my first experience driving through an automated wash. All the employees were smiling and made this time exciting and enjoyable. My car came out phenomenally clean! Thank you for being so friendly and having such wonderful customer service!

Polite, helpful knowledgeable staff(one of them used the word, atypically........) and you cant beat brand new. Great interior vacuum set up too..

This place is top notch. The customer service from every employee is incredible. If theres even the smallest setback theyre quick to correct it. I have been to every car wash in Canandaigua and this one by far cleans my car the best and it lasts the longest.

Best customer service! I went through the wash and went to the FREE vacuums, while I was vacuuming my car I noticed my car wasn’t totally clean. I’m not one to complain and I was using the vacuums.. again that are free. I drive a black explorer so the chances of the back hatch getting 100% clean when it’s filthy are slim to none. I was vacuuming and the manger I assumed (David) came up to me and asked if I had time to go through again because he wasn’t satisfied with the job that was done. I went through one more time and my car looks great! Hands down best customer service I’ve received in a while. I’ll be back for sure not only because I like the wash itself and free vacuums but the customer service!! Good job guys! And thank you again!!

Friendly and professional service. Always greeted with and dismissed with a smile! Three points of entry, so No lines and get through quickly!Workers prepping for wash do a great job ensuring bugs and other debris that is difficult to get off gets proper treatment. Equipment is new, and car come out clean each time. Never a scratch or any damage on my cars.Vacuums are awesome! Love the addition of the crevice tools that get into spots I’ve never reached before.Canandaigua Royal Car Wash is my preferred car wash

They do a wonderful job. We had tape residue on our car for a year due to a crash wrap. One of the wonderful crew got it all off for us the first day we went there . We have been going back ever since that day.

It got most of the dead bugs off my windshield . I didnt think it would. Vacuums are powerful and free for customers

Went to royal in Canandaigua because I had previously used victor location and loved the wash. After my time I noticed a scratch down to bare metal. My truck does have scuff and chips but this is right on the drivers door, anyone would have seen this. They said someone would call me in 5-7 days at the 8th day I called and they said they forgot to submit it and then the next day they say its not their fault. Do not go to this location. Auto wash across the street does just as good for same price!!!!

Great customer service. Very friendly. Car looks great. The kids loved the lights in the car wash. And while vacuuming they even gave the kids lolipops.

Cancelling my membership at the Autowash for the free months at the new Royal Car War was a HUGE mistake. Aside from the poor, unfriendly customer service and unprofessional talk about other local businesses, my car came out hardly any cleaner than when I brought it in. Very disappointed and staying loyal to the Autowash.
