The last few visits I’ve had were not up to par with how this salon usually operates. Lacking in the quality of their work. Will not be returning after the last pedicure and dip. Pedicure massage was a 1/10, pedicure polish chipped a couple days after getting pedicure, and my powder dip manicure was not smooth and too thick!

Theresa always does a great job on my nails! She is very friendly and easy to comversate with. I think Ive been going to her for about 2 years now.

It was obvious she was in a rush and fit me in before another appointment. My nails are uneven in a very obvious way. The Polish lines are horribly obvious and there are bumps and dings on every single one of my nails. Its completely unprofessional for someone to say they can take you as a walk-in when they know that they dont have enough time and they rush you through the process. The odds of me ever going back to this location are very slim.

Ive been going here for a few months and they are the best nail place Ive found in the South Bay! I have had my nails done by several of the artists, and each one has been equally amazing! Super friendly & top notch staff! I also love this place because it is very well ventilated and you cannot smell all of the typical nail salon odors.

The service was great, super awesome! But, when we gave them $40 to break into smaller bills so we could tip in smaller bills, she stole or hid one of the twenty’s and claimed we only gave her one $20. We know for a fact that we gave her $40 because before we even went in we went to the store to get cash for the tip. The integrity of these workers was just put on the spot and they did not measure up. Really disappointed, considering we dropped $93 for the services and then they took another $20. And on top of that, we still tipped them because we aren’t horrible people!

The nail artists are amazing. Now for management.... Lately they have been rude and made me wait more than 10 minutes with a scheduled appointment. Last weekend they let a couple sit down before me( I was there before them) and was told to wait. When I asked how long would I be waiting because they made me wait 20 minutes prior, the manager just said yeah yeah soon. I pay and tip like the next person and shouldnt be treated like that.

Wonderful! My then-fiancé, now-husband, and I visited the week before our wedding :) It was lovely to chat with Teresa, who executed my vision exactly as I was hoping! Would recommend for your nail salon needs

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Seriously I cannot recommend them enough. Not only are they affordable but their designs are beautiful and everyone is nice.They take extra precautions when dealing with COVID standards which is huge for me.I always travel to Campbell for this place, worth every mile.

Positives: Its bright, appears clean, almost all the staff is friendly/professional (especially Jenny), the music is good, and the price is only more reasonable than other places if you get a plain, boring, single color. Were it not for these overwhelming redeeming qualities, I wouldve rated a two.The four reasons I gave a 3 star: 1) Ive had two manicure/pedicures and they do both at the same time, so I cant use the massage chair and it feels rushed in and out. This may be great if youre in a rush but not if youre on a budget and want to relax and use this as a way to pamper yourself. 2) All three times Ive gone, the price quoted up front when I tell the front desk and the girl what I want before I start is different and the girls add more to the ticket for using 2 colors, a stamp, etc... which Id be fine with if agreed upon up front. My last experience with Christy was supposed to be a $3 nail repair for a tip that broke a week after my last manicure. The front desk quoted it and I showed her my Ombre nails before we started and asked her to confirm the $3 price and she nodded and said the front desk handles the pricing. When done, she wrote the ticket for $5 and had the front tell me it was for the Ombre/two tone color (which is about 66% higher for something that only took about two additional minutes). 3) Christy clearly didnt want to do my nail repair, despite my repeated patronage, rushed through it and disagreed with me when I told her the powder repair over the broken nail was lumpy until I turned my hand around so she could see it from my view. She left a sharp edge on the tip of the powder nail that I asked her to file off and she just used the gel polish to smooth over it because she rushed in putting the tool away. Now the polish has worn off and its catching on clothes. 4) I havent had a pedicure all year until I had my last two at this place (since the start of June and its now July 10th). When I removed the polish, I discovered early onset nail fungus growing near the center of both my big toes, which Ive never previously experienced in my 30+ years. I had my doctor look at it since I was in for my physical and she scraped it off, advising a topical treatment and no painting until its clear.

Kim Ten was wonderful. Gave me a new set and was very attentive. You always feel welcomed when you walk through the door.

Upsold me for something and didnt tell me it was more or the price. Talked me into a color (gel) for my nails then didnt have a matching regular color for my toes.

My 4yo daughter and I had an excellent pedicure date. Very clean procedures in place.

Took my daughters for their first mani/pedis. This place was amazing. Service was top notch, we were seen as soon as we arrived at our appointment time, and everything was so easy and relaxing. Ivy was amazing with my daughters and they are begging to go back. All tools were very clean and sanitary. Well be regulars.

I love the Valley Nail Bar. I got an amazing pedicure, what a treat for my tired feet. They look young again! And I got a French nail gel set manicure that made my farm hands look amazing. Mai and Jenny did their magic. Wesley,one of the owners runs a beautiful salon. I will refer all my friends.

Maria takes her time and it shows! Nails last longer and never cracks. As long as I’ve been going to see her she has also never burned me. HIGHLY recommend her.

I went in to get a pedicure for me and my daughter and they were very welcoming. They had a cute hello kitty pedicure chair for my daughter. They didnt soak my feet as long as I usually like but they still did a great job. 👍👍👍

Ive been going here for a while now and the service is always great. They are pretty busy so I would recommend making an appointment instead of walking in. The technicians always listen to what you want. The quality of the gel nails is also amazing. In the past my nail color would start peeling after 1 week but when I get them done here it last at-least 2 weeks! They also do amazing chrome nails. Highly recommend

It can be hit or miss with this place. Ive found someone there for a good pedicure, finally but as far as manicures, it really depends on who you get. I dont like the fact that they charge more for longer nails or what shape you want them. If you like your nails all the same length and shape and remark that its not that way, you just may get attitude. My last visit was not a happy one.

Refused to do developmentalkt disabled ladys pedicure. No medical reason for it. They just thought they were too high scale for our money. Will find a new place that will do both manis and pedis for them.

My nails are all applied at an angle. The girl added extra costs using a different polish to the one I chose and all my nails are leaning to the right so my fingers looks disformed. I spoke to the lovely guy at the front but he sent me back to the same girl who disagreed with me the whole time, muttered in her first language and told me shed make my hands look odd if thats what I want, when she applied them all at an angle. It needs redoing 100% but I gave up feeling disappointed someone new didnt help me.

Always Walked past this place but finally tried them out but for over 50$ for a pedi I would expect my feet to stay feeling soft for more than one day.....and 15$ for gel is ridiculous especially since the person I went with was educated in the products and said the gel used was cheap
