I got a 3-coat gel manicure that was so bad, even my husband laughed at it once he saw it. Owner is really sweet and I wanted to love this business but wow, the other customer was frustrated and left mid-service as well and it took forever. I will have to spend extra money getting this corrected, what a let down.
