This is review is for the IndentoGO service. I drove with my family 2.5hrs to get here since this was the closest place that offered the print out version for fingerprints. Service was quick and I got exactly what I came for.The owner and his wife were lovely and so gently with our daughters after inviting them in when they heard I traveled with my family. They gave us ice cream of different flavors and some cinnamon rolls of various kinds for the trip back home. It was such a kind gesture of them towards complete strangers and definitely revived our beliefs that there are good people in this world.I may forget their faces and names, but I will NOT forget how they made my family and I feel. Thank you

This is a review of their IdentoGO fingerprinting location. I would leave less than 1 star if I could. Their employee working there today refused to put on a mask for 5 minutes when I asked her to. They have to stand next to you while they take your prints -- at least, she said she couldnt stay 6 feet away. I left without being fingerprinted. People like this are the reason we cant get ahead of the virus right now. Butler County is in the process of shutting down because of the prevalence of the virus. This IdentoGO/GYFF worker put me and all of the other customers in danger today.

Are these people even qualified/certified? I dont think so... where are your credentials. Taking money from kids. Priest with power tripping ego. Talking down on kids. Kids need positive uplifting not degraded by a priest... Where does the money go with the donations to? Mandatory donations... sounds more like criminal activity.

“Youth don’t really care how much you know until they know how much you really care. You very motto or mission statement I found on your site. Its very true, and very important to be implimented, which I believe you have not. You are wanting to reach out to youth and those troubled and struggling, through Gods divine intervention, yet you dismiss those whom you find to be faulty? Or who youve deemed to be not worth saving. Not only is this a civil suit waiting to happen, this is a disgrace to any ministry whom has God involved or has a selfless mission statement as youre organization does. Jesus himself came down and gave us the ultimate sacrifice to redeem us and continues to this day to give us countless chances and walk us through the prevails and struggles in this world, you should learn to be an instrument of Him so you might do the same.

Mr. Halle,I would like you to know how disappointed I am with your program. I was hoping to have attended and had an honest dialogue about my alcohol use but consistently was talked down on for my differing opinion on alcohol. Not only was I dismissed because you did not like my papers that were written to the format requested and answered the vague prompts given, but you did not allow me to re-write them. I sent them in early to be checked for completion and was instead dismissed without an explanation in person or allowed to re-write what was wrong.I hope you are proud of the hardship you have caused with my personal business as well as my ability to visit my ailing grandfather during my last month in America. I had originally wanted to plead guilty back in January so I could lose my license and not have it impact my work during the summer. I understood what I had done was wrong. Unfortunately, my desire to learn through the offered course taught me a few unfortunate lessons. I learned that this program is a way for you to exercise power in a controlled environment over kids who have no choice but to attend. I also learned, once again that my honesty will only get me in more trouble. Most importantly, I learned you struggle with an abuse of power. After speaking with people in the Butler County Court house regarding my dismissal I also learned another lesson. Your program has no oversight and although i have a valid grievance, there is nothing that can be done. This is your right as a private organization but wrong because you receive so much business from the local government. Many students did not deserve their license or a second chance. Many of the other students did other drugs, had more underage charges before they began the course, and generally did not care. I was a student who wanted to learn, was not happy with the disrespect shown by facilitators towards you, and wished to write an honest paper that could further the dialogue with my own alcohol abuse.I hope your wife will remember the student she was so impressed with who had been able join the French Foreign Legion, ran his own business, and was attending this class in between shifts with the 5 hours he usually reserved for sleeping. Had you seen me the way she had perhaps you would have thought twice before dismissing me for papers that were not yet due.Unfortunately after reading the above review, you have made a few very questionable decisions. You have threatened to sue me because you did not like what was said. After, you turned around and showed up at one of my friends houses whom had commented on the review (only my name), and then made a Facebook post naming me and my family while calling into question the sate of my mental health. This is not conduct becoming of someone in such a high position of business and in the community.
