Once I got the right therapist and once I got through therapy my life has been so much better at first it was hard because some of the stuff in the front are rude and they’re not trained in mental health so they don’t know how to handle things right but the directors there are wonderful and they saw that I needed more than what I was getting and made sure that I got the help that I needed!!!! I love my therapist now I appreciate the meds that I am on and I’m glad that things are getting better for me!

Family Psychological center is awesome. Your Psychologist and Psychiatrist are in the same place which makes it so much easier to get the help you need, a proper diagnosis and the right medication for that diagnosis. When you need a great psychiatric team this is the place to go, everyone is so friendly, kind, helpful, understanding, patient and welcoming.

I have been coming here for years, but over time this place is going downhill. Everyone is super nice and they do very well with getting you on the correct medicine and such. My issue is that when i switched from weekly to biweekly they stopped calling to remind me, so i forgot. Then when i called back to reschedule with my therapist they took a month to get me back in, on top of that i was seeing one of their doctors for my medication and they wouldn’t let me schedule till i was in the building. I stopped taking my meds when i get a MM card, and now that i’m on probation i can’t use it. So I went and asked to schedule with my doctor and I let them know it’s kind of an emergency since i’ll be without any medication. They scheduled me to see the doctor in a month, people can’t go that long without medicine. Starting to look for a new place! I DO GET THAT NOT EVERYTHING IS TO MY SATISFACTION BUT THIS IS VERY URGENT!
