Do not recommend doing business with them. They were overcharging me for about 6 months. I was told a monthly premium and then month after month billed about $100 more than the price agreed upon. I recently switched insurance companies and saved over $100 a month.

Long story how we ended up having our insurance agent almost an hour away from us, but its WELL WORTH IT! Every time weve needed help with policies, they have all been very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable without being sales pushy or making us buy things we dont need. Also appreciate how theyll happily communicate through texts if youd like. Most recently we were very impressed with CAM! He helped us through buying a car, which turned into changing the insurance 3 times, and he was just so patient and light hearted about it; it made the stressful event so much easier to handle. He then called back a week later just to check in and make sure everything was going well. Forever grateful!

If I could give a negative star rating, I probably would. Had nothing but problems since my account was transferred there. Nobody would answer calls, nobody would call you back, and when I was able to talk to someone about having vehicles that I physically was not able to drive put into storage, they promised to take care of it and never did. Now Im out a bunch of money that I should never have had to pay out while Im on temporary disability. Ive complained elsewhere and have been told that there is no way to go back more than 15 days from the current date even though I called originally back sometime in December or early January. Very unprofessional service.
