I’ve never had such a great experience with an insurance agent. Usually I never hear from them unless it’s time to pay premiums. Mr. Lowry took the time to schedule an appointment to talk to me about my coverages but he didn’t try to sell anything to me, he simply explained the coverages they offer and let me decide if I wanted them, which I did, now that I have a better understanding. The secretary even knows me by name, “like a good neighbor, State Farm is there” is truly accurate. Highly recommend this place
