My family has been with John Hollock Insurance for almost a year. We have our home and vehicles covered with them. Our agent, Alex is wonderful to work with. I originally called him a week prior to closing as the quotes from other companies were all over the place and it was impossible to talk to a human regarding what coverages we preferred. Within an hour of submitting my quote request, Alex called me and walked me through what Erie could offer. We were scheduled to close on Dec 30th, and with only about a week to go Alex rearranged his schedule to assure he could complete his inspection of our property in time for closing. Our closing ended up being delayed by a week, while Alex was to be out on paternity. He made sure all of our documentation was corrected and submitted on time so that our closing was possible. We have been fortunate to have not had any claims during our year with Erie, however during the times that I had questions or needed to make changes to our policy, Alex is extremely responsive and easy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable in his understanding of his field. I feel I have gained a wealth of information in our conversations. In all of my dealings with the Hollock Agency, I feel valued. I trust that my best interests are taken into consideration in contrast to our prior insurance agency that would push unnecessary coverages rather than look for ways to match my coverages to our needs.We plan to stay with Hollock for years to come as they have set themselves apart from the competition in service, as well as price! Insurance is one of those things we hope we never have to use, but we have the peace of mind in knowing that if we should need to deal with a claim, we will be well taken care of.
