My husband messaged one of the workers via fb to see if they had openings and was told we could come in a 1pm. I arrived 15mins early and waited till 1pm and after 5-10 mins of seeing they were not open I called the number on the door I was told they would be another 20mins and that they were only working till 3 and were taking walk ins only and that he believed he was booked for the day I told him my husband messaged him and we were told to come in at, I told him I took time off work to make this time that we were told to come and if he thought I should just go somewhere else so that I wasnt wasting my time he told me he was eating and hung up on me. Very unprofessional he should have never told my husband to have us come in in the first place.

Came in on Saturday to setup appointments for me and my sons for Wednesday. Nile referred me to the Booksy app which is where I setup my appointments between 1and 4. Come Wednesday, Nile wasnt there. It was his suggestion that I come in at 1. I left at 1:15, with no sign of Nile. I cant speak for the rest of the barbers there but that was not a good first experience. I have no plans to go back. Ill change my statement if I receive any more information.

Brandon was my barber, the man turned a bad afro into a fresh razor sharp fade. Worked a miracle on my hairline. The conversations between us and the other barbers were hilarious. I’ve emailed them on several occasions to set an appointment. No response always ended up taking my 3 boys somewhere else. No available anywhere so I finally called to get in and whoever answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional and then hung the phone up on me

I called for an appointment to get my son a haircut. I was told no need we are doing walk in’s all week. I told the guy that I don’t get off till 4 and can’t get there till after that. He said no problem. I drove over 20 minutes to rush there only to be turned away @4:35. Now they close at @7. Apparently it was a slow day and that was the last cut. Wow slow day and you don’t want a new customer? Okay we won’t be back. Sheer innovations gladly took the new clientele. I guess some don’t need the extra business. It’s a shame to because I heard so much about them. But that’s an experience I care not to go through again.

VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS and would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this spot. The owner was rude and in a rush to close shop down due to wanting to attend other business elsewhere. He made the barber stop my cut mid cut so he could leave. GRANTED the barber himself was a cool dude but its a very poorly ran operation. Keep in mind this was 2 hours early to closing time. Beware he clearly has LIMITED TIME AND NOT ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS.

I got a hair cut here on 8/8 from Marlo. They shop is amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Marlo definitely took his time to ensure the hair cut was exactly what I wanted. I cant recommend this place enough.

I have always had a great experience going there. There is no reservation, so it is much better to go when it opens on week-end to avoid the crowd. Otherwise, if you can go during the week, thats the best!
