Broke down side of Hwy 20 on a Sunday night. Bajio Towing was the only company that responded. Tow technician Cesar arrived with in 60 minutes with a reassuring smile and hand shake. Took over the situation with a rasonably priced tow direct to the dealership located in Mt Vernon. Thanks Bajio....well done!!

SEP 26th 2017, I had a flat rear tire about 1/2 mile north of Exit 218 on Interstate 5 southbound. State Farm roadside service responded and said they had sent this Bajio tow truck out of Burlington, WA, to change my tire. 1 and 1/2 hours later he had not shown up. I called them again and told them to hurry because I had my handicapped son in the car. An hour later, a State Patrolman stopped behind us and inquired if we had help on the way. He called Bajio towing and verified their driver was looking for us after the officer gave him the same directions as I had given him. 20 minutes later, the tow truck had not arrived. While the Officer was changing the flat tired to the temporary tire, Bajio towing driver called and said I still cant find you. I told him to shove off as wed been there for over 2 hours and to try to fight his way out of that paper sack he had on his head. The State Patrolman was very helpful. Dont bother with his idiot Bajio Towing in Burlington. Theyre not worth the wait. If theyre on your insurance companys rescue list take them off - youll sit there for days!! (UPDATE) Regardless of response from owner, the very kind Washington State Patrolman called this towing company directly to be certain they had the proper directions to our location - i.e., The WSP verified our location with Bajio Towing....and the driver never showed up.

The nissan road side assistance got my tow lost in the q. I dont know what that means but thats what i was told by the road side assistance... I guess that meant that I needed to wait like seven hours this cant be the norm or is it? The tow truck driver Cezar was most pleasant and help full once he arrived his services were greatly appreciated and I would recommend them to a friend.
