I was stranded in Seattle and after calling a few towing/lock out services, quickly realized that no one wanted to help with simply a lock-out. I called Petes and althought it is in Des Moines, they heard me out - I was stranded with two small children at Green Lake and it had just gotten dark. I am a single mom so being in a situation like this is terrifying. Petes told me they would see if they had a driver, but told me it might be really pricey. I got a call back within a few minutes from the tow-truck driver (Shane) and he told me that he would help me and be there soon. He was there within a half hour and offered me so much support and advice on my car, as well as helped me unlock my car. They also gave me a rate that wasnt bank breaking and I CANNOT SAY HOW MUCH I RECOMMEND them. Not many businesses care about people or families, but Petes does, and we are eternally grateful for them (and Shanes) generosity and care.

No one ever wants to have their car towed, but if if happens, Peters Towing is the one to use! They were excellent to work with, more than fair, and totally helped me work through a crisis. I cant thank them enough or recommend any one better.

Peters towing was incredibly helpful to our family. The service was fast and communicative, not only that the owner Larry has an amazing heart and helped with towing to our home. And because we have been put out so much due to a drunk driver, he waived the fee and that helped out family in ways I cant describe. I will always recommend Peters towing and use him for all towing needs in the future.

Illegally towed my van and they are transphobic too!! Rude as hell, wont to admit they made a mistake, misgendered me and gave me dirty looks, and charge me $275 to put up with all this! Horrible horrible company.

Truly a top-notch group of operators and I verbally recommend them to anyone and everyone who I hear needs a tow. Id give them 6 stars ... Heck, TEN if I could.

Larry is great, and I would have given 5 stars for their great customer service, but hey!....They impounded my friggin car! Yes, it WAS in fact illegally parked, but I stand on principle. Anyway, they were accomodating, sympathetic and listened to me kvetch as I handed over most of my stimulus check to get my car out of jail.

George was our tow truck driver. He was on time and very proffessional. Needing a tow isnt always the best experience, but he made it go as smooth as possible. Thank you Peters Towing for being available and affordable.

Our SUV broke down. Called Peter for a tow. SUV was towed to a repair shop. One star off for time of tow. Was told would be about 30 mins. We waited over an hr for truck to show. Driver was great, friendly and helpful. Would recommend to family and friends.

Just simple easy to talk to people

Larry is amazing. He has had to rescue me a few times. He reassures me that everything will be ok and he or one of his drivers will come get my car shortly. I was recently in a bad accident on I-5 and super stressed out and scares Larry was my second call. He even helped my mom make sure. I got everything I needed out of my car before insurance took it and made sure I was ready for them to take it. He called a few days after to see how I was feeling.

This company will go above and beyond to help you out, the owner is very friendly and respectful even in the middle of the night willing to get up and help out quick service .

They charged $325 to tow a car 6.8. That is absurd.

Peters Towing to the rescue again!!!!!!!! We are getting our parking lot seal coated this week and of course not everyone moves their vehicles so we called Peters Towing and they got all the cars moved into other spaces. I would 100% recommend Peters Towing to anyone in Skagit County. Thank you Larry and your great team.

Rude

I called and set up a tow. The manager at the time said it would the 20 to 30 minutes. After 35 minutes I called back and he said it would take another 10 to 15 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting around I called Advanced Towing out of Burlington, they ended up showing up 20 minutes after I called and Peters Towing is still nowhere to be seen. Ridiculous, me and my wife waited over an hour in the middle of the night for a toe on something that should have only taken 30 minutes originally.

They are extremely slow, rude and will never show up no matter how long you wait! I think a 1 1/2 hour wait when they told me 20 minutes was just rude. I had my kids in the car waiting on a school night .They are like a nail salon, they try and cram as many tows in as they can with out the man power..... Look else where

If you have a choice, do a diffirent towing service any other service will save you money. Petes is Way too expensive. Very nice man who can to help but, charged almost $200 for a 10 foot pull. Only reason why they came is because officer called them. I drove into a muddy place whyle trying to turn around. I should have tried harder and possibly gotten out but thought a towing service would be better than making the situation worse. Boy was I wrong

I had my truck towed so the sedro woolley police can get a warrent and search the truck and the officer in charge of the investigation called and said the truck is realeased so i went and paid $300 for the tow and AFTER i paid the tow they said they cant realease the truck cause its been seized so i call the officer and he said he cant give me any information and peters towing wouldnt refund me the money i paid for my truck to get towed and seized, i was completly taken advantage of and set up for them to get as much money as possible from me when i dont even have a job i had to borrow the money, its sad that ppl who are financially fine will do this to ppl without any job or income.

Waited for almost an hour for them to tow someone off our parking spot. In the end the person ended up moving before they got there.

To my understanding theyre bad.. my reason for this coment is my expierience i had two children and they took my kids out the car n took my vehicle....anyone that uses them is making a big mistake
