Very professional, safe and punctual!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Towed my vehicle through AAA from a shop to my family’s home. My family member told him to put in second turnout on the right hand side of the gravel drive next to the white f350 and shop, driver told her ok yea I see it, she let him know he could turn his truck around in the neighbors big circular drive the top of the gravel road so he wouldnt have to back all the way down. The driver took my car to the top of the drive way and turned around and then proceeded to leave my car abandoned In the neighbors circular drive which is clearly marked as another address at the top of the road and not next to a white f350 and shop in the second turnout on the right, a five year old would have done better than this. He then left and said nothing to my family member who assumed he did his job and so they didn’t bother to go up and check. two days later I get a call from the sheriff asking about my abandoned car at some ones house....unbelievable....most unprofessional tow service I’ve ever had.

Awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had to encounter them through AAA. I will never use AAA cancelled membership over this////// because of them. They send me a obnoxious loud billowing black smoke truck awful condition. Driver unfamiliar with my type of car. Ended up damaging it. Took a week out of my life having to send to autobody shop and repairs. AAA lazy in dealing with this. They dont care either. Dont use if you value your vehicle. Peace

Completely unprofessional. Talked and texted on cell phone the entire tow. Was condescending and rude. Complained that he was trying to get home and now he had to do my tow. This place is a joke, go to anyone else

I am leaving this review for Advanced towing based on an experience I had on Friday July 13th 2018.I needed a tow from a mechanic shop in Sedro-Woolley, Puget Sound Automotive, towed to my house. The distance was less than 4 miles. I called Advanced Towing at 8: 30 a.m. and asked them specifically if they had time to tow my vehicle that day because PSA needed it off of their lot. They said they would have no problem doing it.At 2: 30 p.m. I called PSA and asked them if the vehicle had been towed yet and if everything has been taken care of. They told me that they had not seen Advanced Towing and my vehicle was still located in their lot. I called Advanced Towing directly after and asked them if they were still capable of towing my vehicle before PSA closes at 5 p.m. The driver told me that he got a bit busy but was sure he would be able to do it before PSA closed at 5 p.m. But just in case he was going to call the shop owner and ask him to leave the keys in the vehicle unlocked so if they close, hed still be able to tow it.At 7: 30 p.m. I arrived home from work and my vehicle was not there. I called Advanced Towing and asked them if they were still capable of towing my vehicle that night. He said he was on his way that direction.I called again at 9 p.m. to see what the status was. He told me that he was on his way once again. I would like to note that the driver was very dismissive and short with me. In my opinion I found him quite rude.At 10 p.m. I called the driver once again. I asked him if the vehicle was on the back of his truck yet. He laughed and said no. I told him that I was canceling my tow and then I would have someone else do it. He told me that they were a 24-hour company and that he would get to it when he got the chance but he had other things to do. I just told him I didnt want him to tow my vehicle any longer.Throughout this experience the driver for advanced Towing was unapologetic and had no problems blowing me off. Because of them asking the shop to leave the keys in my car unlocked so he could do it after hours, my vehicle, with personal possessions still inside, was left unlocked all evening in the middle of town.I do not know if they expected me to stay up all night waiting for them to tow my vehicle to my house, but I couldnt keep my family awake or let someone with a giant tow truck deliver a vehicle in the middle of the night while my family is sleeping.Monday morning at 8: 30 a.m. I called Budget Towing. I asked them the same thing I asked Advanced Towing, if they were capable of towing my vehicle. By noon the vehicle was at my house and the whole process was finished.In the future I would never use Advanced Towing and I would never recommend them to anybody, unless it was somebody I hated.
