After dealing with Arrington group the worst 3 hour wait never came, calls with to voicemail.. B.C was has the best customer service, I called extremely professional, came out in 30 minutes as stated.. the tech came on time.. did a check on my battery and other parts to make sure everything is running good! I can’t recommend them enough!! Truly worth it!!

My battery had died again today, after dying yesterday. My roadside sent B&C both times and this time I let them replace my battery. Amazing service. Very quick and informative. Definitely recommend their services. Thank you!

I had a lug nut that was stripped. Showed up within 20 minutes removed lugnut, put replacement tire on. We are from out of state and GREATLY APPRECIATED the service provided.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Hit a giant pot hole on the highway that blew out a tire. Was able to get a tire, but everywhere I looked wanted an outrageous amount to mount it. B&C quickly and professionally mounted the tire in no time and for far less. Loved the small town, neighbors-helping-neighbors feel. My next review will be to NJDOT and will NOT be 5-stars.

Battery died leaving work. They came out and jumped me so I could get home. Didn’t take very long at all for them to find my car in the parking lot even with me mistakingly telling them the wrong color of vehicle. Later I called them to bring a new battery to my house and they came out within the hour. Really good service, I highly recommend.

B&C Roadside Service was Outstanding! Chris showed up, introduced himself, was professional and handled the tire change safety and efficiently. He answered all questions that I had and provided his business card after service. I would highly recommend keeping his companies phone number on speed dial whenever roadside assistance is needed. I had a wonderful conversation with my B & C representative who jumped the car when I thought it wasn’t possible. He warned me against running the car in the garage and insisted I take it out to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning even though there were no other people in the house. He was funny, kind, and humble. I had a flat tire and used my USAA ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.B&C was there quickly. The service was outstanding. And the guy was very professional. He cleaned up and made sure I was ok. I appreciate the care. I would highly recommend them Especially since USAA uses them. Although “Tyre” being misspelled is hopefully a play on words.

Chris saved the day, on a Sunday(!), when he located me and my car with its failed clutch in the depths of a NJ state forest. He was very professional with the loading and unloading of the car, and with all phone and text communications. I felt safe and extremely relieved to be in his care for the nearly 2-hr drive to Subaru service in Flemington. Highly recommend!

Very punctual and polite! Quickly changed my tire so I could get back on the road.

Called at around 6:30 am today just a flat tire didn’t have a tire iron. They still haven’t called back or reach out after a voicemail. For roadside assistance it doesn’t seem like there assisting anyone to me.

Brian got out here within 20 minutes of me requesting roadside assistance and was able to diagnose my problem quick. Battery decided it didn’t want to hold charge anymore. Luckily, Brian runs a one-stop shop, and he had a brand new battery on him. He was able to get me all sorted for a reasonable price and get me back on the road in under 30 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!
