Been going to this salon for about a yr. I have had several different ladies, each one does excellent work. I have arthritis in both my hands and wrists, they are gentle and understanding. Highly recommend Luxe Nails!

Awesome job by Amy, she is very professional and did a wonderful job. My nails were a mess, she soaked everything off and suggested I do an overlay. My nails look so natural haven’t had this level of service in quite awhile. Was thrilled with the result I booked my next appointment.Thanks Amy!

Was organized in regards to temp.checks, clear barriers between clients and staff. Floors were clean and polished and ceilings were well lit. Chairs were clean and newer. They used a new clear tub liner with every client with handwashing and mask wearing. They were polite, courteous and professional. Very pleasant experience.

My first time coming to the shop its very clean and comfortable the service was great. I followed my favorite nail tech Amy from Sexy nails. She was able to fit me in after hours for an appointment as she was completely booked. She is patient and takes her time.

I have been a client of this place for 3 years and Im always satisfied. They are courteous, professional and very clean. Very hard working people on staff and the customer is their priority.

You have to book with Chloe! She is amazing! When I come here I have to ask for Chloe! She is precise and takes her time to make sure it comes out great.

Had my nails done for my daughters wedding. Chloe did my nails for me. Shes very sweet and patient. She helped me choose the style as I was undecided. Chloe did a wonderful job and my nails look fabulous.

I have appointments with them and they took me after 1 hour. Not professional at all and my nail didn’t stay till 4 days.

My first time was great with Amy who did a wonderful job in a timely matter. I made my next appointment with Amy that the manager incorrectly scheduled, so I had to have someone else for my pedicure. Made yet another appointment with Amy (the week prior), after 15 mins. I finally get a chair for my feet soaking, being assured it would only be 10 more mins. Almost 30 mins. total, still no service. Dried my feet, went to the manager about the matter. His response revealed his complete lack of intelligence and inability to effectively run a business as well as being very rude and unapologetic. I do not recommend this place!! If it was being run by someone who had at least a small bit of knowledge in general, in addition to how to make your customers a priority, to properly schedule clients and treat clients with dignity and respect, it might be a great nail salon.

I love this place! They always do amazing work and are super clean! My most recent tech was Taylor and she did a phenomenal job!

I came in to have my nails done and requested a burgundy with a matte top and paid for my services. Day one, I saw a few little cracks and chips . Day two, three nails peeled off. I came back to get my nails fixed and they were so rude and nasty the whole time . I use to go to their sister store in Burlington but the customer service sucks over there too . So I came here for the first time and I’m once again sadly disappointed

Gel manicure lasted less than a week. I was told to sit down to wait with holes in the couches. My whole experience felt rushed, barely spent the time cleaning up my nail beds and cuticles . I would never go back here

What an amazing experience! Chloe is just absolutely great. So friendly and patient and accommodating. Pleasant, clean atmosphere. Im literally closing the place and they are still so friendly and nice. I cant say enough. Nails look great...feet look great. Wish I could give even more stars!

Great place for a quick pedicure.

They don’t know how to do the 14 day Dip nails. I’m from GA and always use the Dip Nails which have always lasted closer to 20 days. These didn’t last 5 days. They were chipping & cracking.I went back to have them redone and was told by Quinn(who had done them) that I was lucky that it lasted 5 days’ and I ‘must be too rough on my nails’. They wrapped my nails to soak and he said I’d have to pay again.Said I wasn’t paying again & wanted someone else to redo them. He said I couldn’t prove it had only been 5days. When I pulled out my receipt as proof he said someone would be me in a few minutes then proceeded to leave me sitting there for over an hour with my nails soaking in polish remover.I finally asked how much longer and Quinn said to wait as he was redoing them. I walked out at that point.

They were rushed, rude and did a terrible job, there were multiple customers complaining. They locked a customer inside the store while we were there because she said she was going to complain to their sister store. Oh and they also charge extra if you want a mix of colors $1 per nail on top of the usual cost!!!!

I’ve been here twice. First time they sat me down in a chair with cold water for 30 minutes, assuring me someone is coming. No one came after another 20 minutes so I left. Figured I would try it again. I brought my husband to get a pedicure as he’d never gotten one before and they said they Dont take care of men. So sexist. Will never set foot in there again.

They’re so racist. One of them kept asking me to pay as if I was going to run away or something. There was no one there. I should’ve known. They’re so rude. Speak in their language the whole time. They didn’t know I had a google translator on listen!!!

I went there and when I came out my acrylic nail was crooked and it wasn’t my finger also my paint came off as soon as I walked out the store very unprofessional but the inside is nice I never see them clean completely in my foot. Went in for pedicure, set me in chair, warm water and left me there 30 min...no service. Said people were coming in. Then why would you sit me in cold water for that long? Avoid this place.

Very unprofessional!! 3 of my nails popped off in less then a week. My gel color is discoloring and bubbling up. The staff is rude and also unorganized. My nails are spaced out like I need a refill already. I paid good money and gave a nice tip. My nails and experience shouldnt have been the way it was. Gel isnt the most expensive but when you pay good money you expect great service and great results. Im really disappointed overall

This was the worse pedicure I have ever had. The guy was rushing and not professional in his duties. My feet look like I just had a polish change and not the regular way they feel after a pedicure . I won’t be back. Don’t waste your money here they’re better places around the area.

I have been a client since Utopia opened. Recently I have been dissatisfied. I visited without an appointment and wasnt told there was a wait. After 30 minutes, Utopia staff placed me in a massage chair with my feet in warm water for 1 hour. I expect a wait time to be communicated to me up front. Next visit, I made an appointment with Steven. I showed on time and was told I will wait 30 minutes. Utopia staff then worked a deal with Luxe Nails to take me right away. I hope they work this out soon as I like the staff and do not want to change nail salons.

The absolute worst nail place in Burlington. No matter what you tell them, they do things “their way”. I like my nails long and I ALWAYS get long nails. I asked her to make them a little thicker than usual because I work with my hands. She continued to tell me if I got them thick they wouldn’t “look right”. That same day at work 2 nails broke off on the same hand (mind you I wasn’t doing anything “rough”). I went back the next day to get them fixed and she blamed ME. Here we are 3 days later and another one broke off doing the simplest task. Ridiculous.

Originally on their website stating I loved it there. I now retract that statement. I am going to call the BBB later this am EST. I was told by another there that no such thing as a gel refill sick made me skeptical but I went with. I went to a different place and all my nails could literally be bent in half. They told me that they were not gel filled. Im new to this and didnt see acrylic so I assumed that this was how it was done as I only had few gel as I had what I thought what I was a feel overlay. Next think I know their doing a regular manicure and was told there isnt any kind anything that there was not a thing like that only manicures, so I went with it, my nails started cracking and it hurt like hell. I wil never go back there again. For everyone that l goes there, be careful. they are rip offs. Now Im heading to the BBB to post this exact past. Just be careful.

The place inside is gorgeous, i was greeted and told the lady I’m new customer i just moved to area. Told me where to go sit and wet! So i talk to nail tech and ask the different between gel / acrylic set. I told her i usually get and acrylic set but pay 5 dollars for just the polish she said no it be 35.. i wasn’t telling her i was asking her. The whole experience was weird usually when you telling them you are a first time customer some place make it memorable for you not. She rushed my nails polish, i don’t feel like she shape them properly! What a waste of 26 dollars first time customer and last!

This is not your typical run of the mill nail shop. This is a nail salon where you get 5 star customer service. If your use to being cattle in and out within 20 minutes and your nails look mediocre...you won’t get that here. They take their time and pay special attention to your needs. They follow OSHA and sterilize their instruments. Tub liners are used in the pedi baths and are changed with each customer. Their a little expensive but it’s worth it in the end because the service and final product is fabulous. I recommend Wendy or Steven but there are others that do good work too.

Worst experience of my life - the staff is ignorant, the place is dirty, and they do a horrendous job at very standard nail salon services. If you are looking for a clean facility with a courteous, competent staff that actually know what theyre doing, dont waste your time!

DO NOT GO HERE!I have had less than optimal experiences as a paying customer in my lifetime but have never been driven to the point of writing a review until now. I have been to this nail salon many, many times in the past when it was under the Utopia ownership and never had any complaints. This time I went in and asked for the dip manicure, as I have seen many friends of mine getting this manicure at other nails salons and it always looks great. Midway through the manicure, I noticed that my nails looked very speckled and spotted. Being that this was my first time getting the dip manicure, I didnt say anything because I wasnt sure how they were supposed to look. At the end of the manicure I asked the nail technician why my nails looked so speckled, and she explained thats just the way this particular color is. I responded by saying Im confused as to why the sample I picked out doesnt look speckled in the same way if thats really the way this color is. She argued with me and tried to act as if she didnt see what I was seeing, then referred me to another female employee to address the issue. The woman she referred me to was BEYOND nasty and gave me such an unbelievably rude attitude when I tried to show her what I was unhappy with. She dismissed me and told me my nails look fine, and if I were to ask any customer in the store if they thought my nails looked speckled then they would disagree. I actually went up to another customer to show them because I couldnt believe these women were trying to make me think I was crazy, and they also agreed my nails looked speckled and almost stone-like. I again discussed with the nail technicians that this was not at all what I asked for, and it was certainly NOT what the sample I had chosen looked like. I compared my nails to the sample side by side and it was so obvious that my nails looked completely different and horrible next to the sample. The staff then tried to convince me that the dip manicure just looks speckled like this, and that I wouldnt know since Ive never had it before. I told them I wouldve never chosen to get this if I had known they wouldve turned out this way, and that Ive never seen anyone elses dip manicures turn out like this. They ultimately said they didnt know what to else tell me and charged me $40 for this atrocity, then began speaking in another language in a very hostile tone. Not only are the nail technicians totally incompetent at giving a decent manicure, but their ignorance and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is totally unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere!

I went there a couple times and had no problems they were cool and okay my nails were nice though they didnt last long but that didnt bother me because I dont wear nails that long anyway. But today I went and I had the one lady and she was rude. And on top of that she made my nails look ugly their all big looking she didnt care about how I wanted it took look she just did her own.. then she charged me 5$ extra to get coffin shapes nail... I didnt tip her because I wasnt satisfied with anything now Im on the hunt for a new nail salon.

My nails look awful! I had them done by Brenda. I had gel builder full set on my natural nails (no extensions or additional length) and gel polish. The total cost of this service was over $50. I noticed during my service Brenda paid absolutely no attention to my cuticles, so I kindly informed her that my cuticles also needed attention. Brenda informed me that she would have to charge me an additional $12 because Im requesting her to give me a manicure!!! To make matters worst, my gel polish wouldnt dry to a shiny and smooth finish, my polish kept bubbling despite the intervention of another nail technician. Overall, poor service and poor quality products, I will never go back!!!

I went and got a full set and a pedicure. The guy that did my nails was nice but my toes were sloppy. When i got my full set i asked for long coffin shaped nails in the end they were complete opposite. Took an hour and 45 mins and payed $81 and left very disappointed

Place looks nice however service was awful. From the 2 minutes it took for someone to even acknowledge I entered to the woman who rushed through my mani-pedi. Im not a nail technician but after she cut my nails she didnt shape them and when i questioned it she was surprised. Definitely not going back here.

This is my 2nd time here for a pedicure. They did such an excellent job the last time I was here that Ive returned for a manicure and pedicure. Their prices are reasonable. Mai is very nice and pleasant.

Linda that was there was the only one I trusted doing my nails and never had a problem with her, of course they got rid of her. Probably because she was an American doing a better job... I came to this place when it first opened up. I loved it, I even made it my go to spot for mani, pedi, and eyebrows! NOW! I just got my eyebrows done and she jacked them up! First my nails NOW my eyebrows! I will never go there again.

I have NEVER been so furious with an establishment. I decided to try this nail salon after getting a recommendation from a coworker of mine. I arrived at 6:30PM, after I had left work and changed into some shorts that way I wouldnt have to roll up my slacks for the pedicure. When I walked it I was already put off, because I was left standing in the reception area for an awkward amount of time before I was greeted my a man sitting at a table saying, We cant do any more customers. I asked him to repeat himself, because I was sure he was joking or that I misheard him. He again repeated we cant take anymore customers, we close at 7:30 as he pointed at the women behind him all doing pedicures, as if that was at all my fault or concern. I was so shocked all I could say was umm ok. He then told me I could come back tomorrow. I answered him almost before he could finish his statement with a loud NO, I cant.I would like to say that there were only about 5 or 6 people in there when I walked in. Also the hours on their door state that they are open until 8 (even though Im aware the Google hours say until 7:30). Being that I was under the impression that they closed at 7:30 I made sure to arrive an hour before that.I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable and disrespected in a place of business (if thats what they consider themselves). I even told the girl heading in after me what was said to me and warned her not to expect any professionalism from them, and I would recommend the same to anyone else.P.S. I ended up going to another nail salon in the area that was MORE THAN HAPPY to serve me right away.

This place is really wonderful .. I dont care what the other reviews say . Took ten mins to see someone witch I didnt mind the place was packed so what do you expect.. my nail tech lady was mia and she was so great she took the time to fix my nails after getting my nails done some where els . The guy who did my nails two weeks prior (not at this place) messed them up really bad they were lumpy and un-even ... she put her sweat and tears into making them perfect and even she even shaped my nails right ... it did take a long time for her to do them but I knew she was trying to fix what that guy did to my nails now I will travel the 45 mins to get my nails done to go see Mia witch she will always be my nail tech !!!!plus they really know how to do nail art especially 3-D nail art .. the young lady that did mine was wonderful doing it, it look exactly what the picture I showed her looked liked !!! I had the worst experience, they cut my nails way too short and they took way too long I sat in that chair for 2 hours and 30 minutes, I expected after sitting there for so long I would love my nails but I hate them I spent $43 on nails that I cant even stand to look at . And the lady that was doing my nails kept pausing to check her phone ever 5 minutes and make phone calls, they will never be getting my service again .
