I generally like this place and the fact that it opens automatically at 6 in the morning without someone needing a key to open the place. Its clean. I havent used their restrooms, so I cant speak on that. They have plenty of various size washing machines and arent too costly. The smallest one takes 8 quarters. Using the dryers isnt free, but 75 cents to a dollar per load and your clothes should be dry. There is free Wi-Fi available also. The one negative thing is the fact that they still have a row of old non-working washing machines that should removed and replaced.

Super clean and well stocked. All units working! We gad all of our blankets and sheets needing washed after family being in town and camping. This was perfect!

Very spacious and clean laundromat. Our clothes were taking a long time to dry and ended up going past closing. The owner was very nice and let us finish.

Mr Lee is the best service for drop off wash. But I do my own and I love it because there is a clean restroom and the machines are big with best prices in burlington

Very good prices and spotless. The mega washers are huge and only cost you $4.00 it is the largest washers there. Dryers are good and hot and your clothes dont take long to dry. I love going to West end laundromat to do my laundry.

Decent size laundromat. Washers were cheap. Had to tell the manager to turn on the fans tho and he could have swept or been cleaning instead of half asleep in the office.

Ive been coming here for more than a year.Once I put my clothes in a dryer after an hour when I was back, realized it was broke, when spoke to the guy here. All he said was really and returned me 4 quarters!Other than this experience, everything was good.

Clean and peaceful....

I used the laundromat while awaiting delivery of a washer and dryer to my new house. The manger appears to not like Black people. I say that because he abruptly turned off the TVs which we were all watching, once the white customers left. He didnt acknowledge us at all, just turned off the sets, then proceeded into the back. A VERY RUDE little man. Ill never patronize this laundromat again.

May be the cleanest laundromat Ive been to. Lots of space, varys available. Seemingly positive interactions between customers and staff. Very pleasant experience.

Very clean. Lots of machines. Crazy hot inside though, almost like they don’t turn on the air conditioning. Fyi- they don’t permit animal or industrial products. I had hoped to use oversized machines for pet beds but unfortunately had to find new location.

Clean, every machine & dryer was in service & worked GREAT. plenty of rolling carts available. Only downside I seen was very few folding tables. The day I went was pretty busy. Also the price was fantastic. Will continue to come here!

The manager and/or owner there is extremely rude. I went to bring in 2 clean mats to dry and she came running towards me waving her arms back and forth, didnt even have the common courtesy to speak to me or politely say no. Will definitely not be returning.

Im disappointed I had one load to dry and he closes 45 minutes early. Guess Ill have wet work clothes tomorrow
