I love that they have really large washing machines, whose cycles finish very quickly. That being said, the Wash spot card reloading system is frustrating in that the machine only accepts cash (it wouldnt take my singles, only the 20 I inserted). This wouldnt be an issue if the on-site ATM machine werent consistently broken.Hopefully, this is resolved soon, because this facility is pretty clean overall and is open 24 hours.

The machine to put money on their proprietary card was broken. When I asked the owner, he said Cash Only. When I asked for ATM, he said “I don’t know, some gas station?” When I asked if he plans to fix the broken machine, he said “No.” So we left… This is not how you keep your business afloat - maintenance is part of owning a business…

Every time i went had to run my clothes through dryer at least 4 times just to have them not wet enough to have to take home to air dry. over priced too, and their website says they have AC and they don’t

WAY WAY WAY EXPENSIVE! You have to pay for a wash card and add money onto it and it doesnt take change or debit cards its all cash only... Even the vending machine.. I suggest this as a last minute option.... Its just way to expensive

Washer works good and place is clean. Dryers however could use some recalibrating. The pay method situation is problematic and could use some upkeep and new signage. Luckily a new patron had already broke the learning curve and had mercy on me after 20 min of me trying to figure things out.

I‘ve used this laundromat for many years. The owner at the time was honest, helpful, friendly and the place was always clean. The person there now worked for him. I was there today after a long absent due to COVID + and I must say…there’s been a DRASTIC CHANGE! You’re greeted with an entire frontage of SPIDERS of all sizes and species I’m sure. If you’re afraid of them…BEWARE! Inside…Most of the machines are out of order or only half works….it doesn’t spin the clothes upon completion. DRIP DRIP to dryers that malfunctions or simply doesn’t dry. After seeing that, I decided to do my laundry elsewhere. I have a card with money left on it, so I asked for a refund. He tells me that they don’t do refunds, he has never heard of that. I asked to speak with the owner and he says that he isn’t available and only comes around every two or three months. This is an outright lie b/c the gentleman who initially owned the place has given me a refund and had this particular guy assist me!!! But I’m not supposed to remember that! And on another occasion he’s mailed me my refund. This place has gone down the tube and this guy who now manages it, who previously worked for the original owner, doesn’t give two farts about anyone or good business practices or customer service and is rude. The place shouts that fact! I left the premises and counted my losses and I’m now advising any and all…Be Fore WARNED!! RUN!!!

If you have time, find another place. This one is clean enough. There is a bathroom. Edited to include no tp or papertowels in bathroom 🤣 and this poor man doesnt know what to do because the wash machine he is using has water running from the front. I came here because a google search said I could use a credit card here. Past experiences each machine had a card reader. Well, these all have a cash card reader. You have to first pay $1 for the card (that I will never use again) to then load card with your credit card in $10 increments. What a business model, make people pay for services they may never use. I am not from here. Wont be back so they took my $11 for one wash and dry which cost 5.50.

Great little place. Being able to do laundry beyond 10pm, midnight, is really helpful, and you can do that here. Looks a little rough around the edges cosmetically, but the machines seem to clean my gear pretty effectively. I have been back a few times. I would recommend it.

Really appreciate that theres wifi there and benches outside, but the washers and dryers I saw didnt except quarters. Also many people were not wearing masks. Im not sure if its a requirement there and customers were not abiding by it, but it made the experience not as great as it could be.

This place has gotten a lot worse over the years, often a lot of the machines are out of order or smell super weird. The driers almost always singe my clothing unless kept on low (then it takes 4 times as long). Also one of the dryers was clearly on fire at one point, picture added. You need to get a card from the machine to load money on and its often out of cards.I had a machine take my money then not work, I was unable to contact anyone even though it was only about 2pm on a weekday.Clearly nothing is being cleaned for COVID seeing as everything is very dusty.

Horrible!!! Place was disgustingly dirty. Half the machines dont work the dryers that do work burn your clothes. Shady ppl hanging out in parking lot. We had a machine take money from the card but not work. Tried to get our money back was told no refunds this is literally the last place on earth I ever want to do laundry at. Id wash it in my bathtub first...

Free wifi while waiting for laundry, and good deal if loading their laundry wash card with $20 cash (they give $24), but bring your own TP as the restroom never has any.

Always do laundry here, its the best and in 4 years have had no issues till yesterday being thank giving but nobody was there and one of the washers did not work and it took $5.50 from my card than had to move and pay for another. I am a student and full time parent so that 5.50 is a lot of money right now let alone a weeks worth of laundry and would like to have it put back on my registered card. At exact 3:25-3:30PM thank giving day can easily see me pay twice, get mad, try to fix the door which is why is wasnt starting so can easily verfiy, let alone in 4 years and being seen there all the time have never had to complain, but I would appreciate help reloading at least the lost $5.50 pack to my wash card please.

I had to go here to do laundry for a long time and Im glad I dont anymore! The only good thing is that they are open 24/7 so you can go at a quiet time. If you go at a busy time, you might not even get a machine because so many are out of order. Quite often I would get a broken machine or it would eat my money and theres nothing you can do. The machines that do work are fine, but the prices are always going up. You get your 11th wash load free on your wash card, but you better keep track yourself so you can use the free wash on a big machine, worth ten bucks, instead of a little machine worth two bucks. It wont keep track for you. I did earn quite a few washes. I would often have to help people use the card transfer machine because it was terrible and hard to understand. Probably it still is. They dont recycle, everything goes in the dumpster, which code violation for Burlington businesses. Who knows where their carwash water goes, Im assuming directly into the Winooski River. Take your chances, when it works its fine.

Came to wash my comforter in their advertised 8 load washer dryers. Once the washing cycle finished I learned that neither of their 8 load dryers worked and they just ended up taking my money giving nothing in return. After trying 7 of their smaller dryers (all of which took my money) I finally found one that worked. It still took nearly an hour and a half to get my comforter to dry, and the smell was so bad from the machine I damn near left it.

I used to frequent here last year until I figure out an hour and half to dry a load of laundry was way too long, haha.... Here Im back one year later as Google says, nothing has changed. Super expensive washers and dryers that dont exactly dry.... Just keep driving and use the laundromat on north winooski.

There was a sign daying open 9-5, signs saying that if no one was there, look back in the car detail shop, and still another suggesting I look at the propane shack. I met someone in the detail shop who seemed unhappy I asked about the wash and fold service.I later recieved my laundry, which was damp, folded poorly and often inside out, and the soap I left with them was not returned. All for a whopping $1/pound.
