Decent laundry facilities. Needs to be cleaned more frequently.

Clean facility connected to a Creemie spot (forgot the name). The machines take cards if you dont have cash. They have various sizes of washers & dryers depending on your load or if you have a large bulky item. None were out of order during my visit. $3.00 base price for wash. Mine was $3.50 bc I washed in hot water. Cant remember what the dryer was but I think it started at $4. There are a few food spots nearby so you can get a bite to eat while waiting. They also have free wifi. I would do laundry here again!

Beautiful establishment. Quite notably fully functioning (quite a feat by Burlingtons standards), but both lacks large wash machines and enough machines in general to allow for the traffic at any given time. Definitely meant for college students, not families. They have both a prepaid card option and quarter coin-op for payment (quarter machine and various $1 one-use products on site). Chairs and tables plenty!

I have repeatedly used a washer that broke only 5-10 minutes into the cycle. The employee explained that to me, but didnt give me a refund or pay for my new cycle so I had to pay the whole amount over again due to no fault of my own. For at least 2 weeks three of their washers have been out of order. The last time I went there, their whole machine that dispenses laundry detergent and dryer sheets was broken although there was no sign to indicate that. Their floors have been a complete mess for weeks and theres no indication that anyone has been cleaning it at all. Id recommend going elsewhere if you have the option.

Very clean and modern! Just found it extremely annoying that the dryers were a fixed price of $3.00 with a minimum time of 34 minutes. Most laundromats do drying time on Increments of .25 cents. No reason to force you to pay 3 dollars when you don’t need the drying time. Annoying cash grab

Used their wash and fold service and couldn’t be more happy. All the laundry was washed, dried and neatly folded within 2 hours. The woman that helped me was super friendly and polite.

I was all about the central location, the quiet I always experience and lack of domestic issues and newness of machines AND that they take credit cards but $3.00 minimum for a dry cycle?? My clothes don’t even take 40 minutes on the high setting. So I’m actually losing money washing my clothes there which is frustrating. Back to north winooski laundromat with its high drama. Bummer.

I dislike that my apartment doesnt have a washer and dryer. But, since I have to take it somewhere, this place is my favorite so far. Its clean, which is important. Also right next to City market so I can put a load in, fill up my water bottles and shop instead of just sitting there. So far Ive been bringing the wet laundry home since I have radiators or can hang items, so its not that much of a time waste, you just have to plan your laundry time. Its also convenient that you can use a credit card right at the washing machines so you dont need to have a lot of quarters.

Got charged $20 for a wash that was supposed to be $7. Do not use card payment!! Also, this place has been open a while now and no contact info making it much harder to even try get the refund. Not really acceptable. This so such a shame as I really like the place apart from this.

I was the only person in there around 11:10am, besides the employee. She was in the front by the door doing stuff. I walked down and put clothing in the two large washers at the end. I went back out to my car and got 3 more bags of laundry. As I was unloading my second bag of laundry into the washers, the employee comes up to me and says she needs one of the washers I already had clothing in. She stated that she worked there. I said I had my clothing in there already and was clearly useing it. She said I was here first. I should have just put my money in and let the clothes wash, but she was so rude and insistent that I decided she did not deserve my business at all. I hope the owner sees who he has working for him. She is completely unprofessional.

Mid-price laundry with new machines and driers (as of 2018). Free WiFi and adjacent Cafe (until 2 pm) help pass the time. Energy efficient washers use a very minimal amount of water - dont pack clothes in, or youll be surprised to find that some of them come out dry, not even touched by soap or water!

In response to people saying they got overcharged: No you didnt, they have a sign up saying they will put a $20 hold on your card until the cost of the wash clears. If you check back in a few days it will show the real price. If you dont like the hold, bring cash.___________________________I dont come here often because its a bit out of my way, but whenever I have a ton of laundry this is my go-to place. Sometimes its worth paying a little more money to wash all your stuff at once rather than doing a bunch of individual loads. Plus these washers seem to do a really good job. I highly recommend it for comforters and other oversized items.Pros:-Very clean place-Well maintained machines-Helpful staff-Huge 6 load washer and dryersCons:-A little pricy

One could talk about how its small, or that the wi-fis good, or any other such things, but in a despicable move the owners have installed drying machines that require a $1.50 minimum before they even turn on; they literally wont even WORK until a full six quarters have been put into them. Save your money and go to a place that doesnt rip you off.

Summary: increasing prices and declining quality. Go elsewhere. This place was nice enough when we started washing our clothes there when we moved to BTV in June. However, prices have jumped several times since then and the place has had trash (empty soap packets, dryer sheets, etc.) all over the place the past few trips. As of 10/9/18, you’ll pay $3 for a small washer and there’s a $3 minimum on all dryers.wash and fold service is $1.5/pound.
