Over all great experience & I could not be happier!Laser Hair Removal was never something I considered before. That changed after my wife started going to Nova Aesthetic and tried it. She loved it and had great results. So, I decide to get my shoulders and neck done.Khrystyna, did my treatments. She is awesome, very professional and consultative. The sessions were quick and after 6 treatments the hair is gone.

I have now gotten two treatments of laser on my underarms and lower legs. Both experiences were amazing- they do a good thorough job, the place is exceptionally clean. The laser machine wasn’t working the first day I went and I got a complimentary facial and derma-planning in replace of that. I now am hooked and am planning on getting those services added on when I go next!

I have been going to Nova Aesthetic Center since last fall and really enjoy going there. The laser for hair removal is amazing and I’ve gotten really great results. They also have really great package deals for laser treatments and VI peels. Khrystyna and Leah are very nice, helpful, and professional. Khrystyna listens well and really cares about your concerns and goals. She has recommended some great skin care that has really helped me a lot! I also really like the location because it is quiet and there is always more than enough parking.

Would not recommend this place. I had scheduled an appointment for laser hair treatment, I’m currently breastfeeding and mentioned it at the consultation and they said that it was okay. I called the same day of my appt to see if I had to shave and they said yes. Then 10 min they call back stating I can’t get the treatment done because I’m breastfeeding. Even though I had asked my ob doctor if it was fine and she said yes and even gave me a doctors note and showed it to the staff. I had just shaved my upper lip!!! Now what?! I’M going to have thicker hair grow their. I’m very angry at them. I had purchased the deal over Groupon. I believe they did this on purpose to not redeem it since it’s cheaper than their actual price. Was going to buy even a package from them after the first treatment on my upper lip to see how it went. But their loss!

I decided to try laser hair removal for the first time in my life. I was very anxious about the whole procedure. I read so much information online before I scheduled my initial appointment. I tried Nova since they have new & up-to-date equipment, they are located close to my house and Google reviews were quite convincing to me since they brought up the cleanliness which is a deal breaker in my case. It turns out to be true - the place was spotless and well-maintained.Kristina was delightful and patient with me. She guided me through the whole process. I started with my under arms. The most important things I’ve learned about laser hair removal – it’s better to shave the night before or the morning of your visit; you can use a numbing cream prior to your visit (my pain tolerance is extremely low); and it’s better not to use a deodorant after the procedure to avoid extra irritation and/or itching.That being said, my first experience with laser hair removal was positive. I will be back in 4-6 weeks for my second round.

I have a medical condition that makes me have more testosterone than estrogen so my facial hair grows thicker and quicker like a mans beard. I tried shaving but made it worse and waxing but irritated my skin and I was afraid of laser because I thought it would ruin my skin and I gave up hope until I met Kristina. I went into her office for a consolation and explained to her my situation, she was very sweet and understanding. She did a test patch on my face to see if my skin would react or not. Thankfully I had no bad reaction to the laser. When I went in for the first treatment she explained everything to me which put me at ease and made sure during the laser treatment I was doing okay. After the first two sessions my skin was smoother and my hair wasnt thick and slowed down to the point now that it doesnt grow back! Kristina hasnt only helped me with my facial hair problem but she helped me gain my confidence back and me feeling beautiful again which I havnt felt in years. She really cares about her patients and I would defiantly recommend her to anyone 😊
