I am very grateful for the expert treatments I have received. I first went for an evaluation and made a plan of action. Then determined to followup with Jaime’s advice. I have had many years of treatments for many years as I am already in my golden years but I must say this designated process was exactly what I needed. I am potentially an expert in evaluating treatments as have received them in NY to Europe to Burlington and more. I am very grateful to have found Bare and appreciate deeply the creative capabilities of Sarah’s work. I look forward to a continuous relationship as not only are the services good but also the environment as well as the friendly congenial staff. I recently left a review about my lashes I had gotten done but want to update my review because Shelby reached out to me immediately to try and make it right! Like I said in my previous review I absolutely love this place and the fact they were so quick to contact me to resolve the problem I was having is incredible. I wish I could give them 10 stars. This place has been AMAZING! For the last few months I had been having some issues with my lash extensions at a previous establishment. I have had extensions for years and said issues came out of nowhere so I simply assumed it was the place I was going. In turn- I tried out Bare! Leigha removed my previous lashes, let my eyes rest, and gave me a brand new set. Everything was very comfortable, clean and professional! Unfortunately within a few hours I started to have a reaction to the adhesive. (They later helped me figure out I had developed an allergy to it). At this point I had just spent $200 on a beautiful set that I had gotten to enjoy for maybe 9 hours. I was very upset and by midnight that night I called and left a message saying they had to be removed. I was called first thing in the morning and scheduled in right away. Kylie was as gentle as possible removing my set and everyone was extremely caring and helpful. Without request they even sent in the on-site plastic surgeon to do a quick check of the reaction and make sure everything was okay. He even offered to prescribe an eyedrop to help with the swelling and uncomfortable reaction. On my way out, I stopped at the desk to see if I could possibly get even a $50 refund and they did me one better! After the receptionist spoke with the owner Jamie, I was credited the full $200 for anything at Bare and left with Jamie’s number in the event I needed anything as far as my reaction! Everyone was so friendly and the service was exceptional. I later that night contacted Jamie because it got to be too uncomfortable and she reached out to the on-site surgeon who even after hours got me the eye drops I needed! She made sure to check in with me the next day and today (2-3 days later) Kylie even called to make sure everything was alright and back to normal! I fully intend to go back and try out a lash tint after I’ve given my eyes a well deserved break. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience despite the bumps along the way!

I recently had an appointment for vein treatment. Sclerotherapy and laser was done. I was so impressed by the professional treatment I received. My results were amazing and will continue to improve. If anyone has unsightly spider veins and want to see them go away go to Bare Medical Spa in Burlington and see Sarah and Jamie.

I have always had really dark circles under my eyes, but was always skeptical about getting fillers. Sarah quickly put me at ease and explained in detail about the process. I had my cheeks and tear troughs done and could not be happier.

Absoloutely love this place. Liz is outstanding! She is clearly passionate about her work and helping people feel their best. Her work is very precise and I would recommend her in a heart beat! ❤️

I have never written review before so my 1st. I waited for 40 minutes past my appointment time while the front desk staff chatted with everyone else, did not acknowledge my long wait even once while I waited to let me know whats going on.After 40 minutes, i notified the person saying I am leaving. Then, they send me wrong invoice/receipt for wrong person which had a charge of $300. I called to notify of the mistake they made. One and half hour of my valuable time was wasted.

I recently had my first treatment at Bare and wanted to pass on my overall impressions. First off, the facility is wonderful. The interior aesthetics are right on the money: music, furniture, plants, seating....the owner went a long way to convey that warm feeling that makes one feel immediately at home. By referral I booked with Liz, and could not have been happier. She explained the procedure, tested my knowledge and made it clear to me that she had my best interest at heart. I was greeted by Shelby in the lobby. Again, fantastic customer service. From the initial greeting to getting me situated with Liz, and booking my next appointment, Shelby simply took over and made my visit extraordinary. I cant say enough about the staff, and how seamless everything flows. It is the exact opposite of most medical facilities, where one is greeted by an automaton seated at a desk. I cant wait for my next appointment.

Just got newtox done 2 days ago, usually they will set up an appt 2 weeks after the procedure to see the results and to see if you need a touch up. I had to mention it to them. Also she never gave me a mirror and ask what parts were concerning me the most. I dont feel too confident but this is the closest one to me and its almost an hour away. i just bought a 1000 dollar gift card. I hope I didnt waste my money on amateurs. keep you guys updated on my journey. too early to tell.

I have been going to Bare for over a year now. I purchased a few packages with them after meeting them at a bridal show 2 years ago. I just had a visit with my favorite med spa!... after a year of working with them for laser hair removal I’d highly recommend Lindsey keppler, Iv seen a handful of the staff their but she went above and beyond, was incredibly friendly and thorough. The most thorough anyone has been there. She will be my requested laser technician from here out!

FRAUDULENT BEFORE AND AFTER- Seeing as I was the person who took the photos of your supposed Scultpra patient who was actually a Profound laser treatment patient of Dr. Mark Beaty in Atlanta, Georgia- you all have a major problem! If a medical practice is willing to claim results that are not their own, from a completely different product then they shouldnt be trusted. And to think, I was looking for someone to refer Vermont patients to....
