Flawless MedSpa really kills it with their facials, my skin always gets a monthly deep clean from their hydrafacials! Whenever I need a to refine and retexturize my skin I will crank it up and do a microneedling treatment. They take very good particular care of their clients and its always a great time!

I bought a package of 3 PRP treatments, my first treatment was done by a very nice lady who did not know what shes doing. This resulted in me having 2 black eyes, hole marks all over my face, AND the spa was crazy about refunding me for the 2 unused treatments. Dont waste your money. Go someplace professional where you can get quality results.

So I was excited to go and get my lips done. My best friend went and it was smooth for her. So I called yesterday and they scheduled me for today which was great. I called for an consultation/ lip injection. Long story short I come from Rhode Island and I was heading to Burlington as soon as I got into the tunnel someone got in a car accident and it pushed back my time. (My appointment was at 5) it’s now 4:15 so I called because I wanted to give them a heads up that we can cut the consultation short and just do the fillers and whoever I spoke to said that if i wasn’t there by 5 I had to reschedule so I told her my appointment should at least by 45min to an hour long since it’s a consultation and she said no Lisa is booked at 5:30 so if you’re not here by 5 you can’t do it. Like one that’s rude I literally came from another state and if people in Boston knew how to drive I’d be on time. At this point I made my sister cancel her appointment too and we’re going to find somewhere else. Never again.

The staff were all so nice and helpful with all my questions I had. They are honest with you as well, which is hard to find in places like these.. so that was extremely reassuring for me to come back. Flawless MedSpa is also very clean and comforting.

I love Flawless Med Spa! The location is so easy to get to, parking is plentiful, upon walking in you immediately see the cleanliness and there are a selection of beverages and snacks. The front desk staff are friendly, inviting and get you settled quickly. I’ve met the entire staff and owner and they are extremely knowledgeable in every treatment the spa offers. I’ve had several treatments over the last couple of years and have never been disappointed with the results. I leave there feeling refreshed and pretty 🤩. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Made me feel really comfortable from the phone call when I booked to when i walked through the door. They offered me water as soon as I signed in. They had tons of pamphlets with information on services they offer. The rooms are very clean. Lisa is awesome. She was very professional, fun and easy to talk to. She does an AMAZING job. This place is my happy place! I have been going to Flawless for almost two years, and always leave happy. You get the best service from the front desk all the way up to the owner of the MedSpa. Went today for the first time and loved it. I had Katie who was extremely nice and so professional! I had the signature facial which was 60 minutes and $75, which is a great price compared to other places. She took her time and explained everything she was using on me and what it was for. I walked out of there feeling amazing and my skin looks great. Definitely going back!

I got my lip fillers here twice with juvederm ultra plus. Let me tell you, these women are AMAZING at lip fillers! I have gotten so many compliments and they look so natural. It can be difficult to find a trust worthy place but take it from me, it’s worth coming here. And their prices are great 👍🏼

I went to MedSpa for the first time to do the laser hair removal and it was so seamless. The location is super easy to find with plenty of parking in the nearby neighborhood. The staff is always so friendly and Nancy was especially friendly (working as my laser-tech) and eased my nerves when going under the laser. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and would recommend to anyone else that would ask! Its super clean and they do a lot of other services. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful about any other spa questions you may have, as well.

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal at Flawless MedSpa and I have only had positive experiences there. Everyone Ive met has been friendly, helpful, and informative and did a great job at walking me through the procedure and checking to see if I had any questions before they began. They were also great about finding another appointment time when I got sick and had to cancel at the last minute.

I had never had any type of facial done before and I can say that Flawless MedSpa made me very comfortable. The receptionists were extremely helpful and the esthetician explained everything she was doing. She also answered my questions about other services they offered, and the owner was willing to set up a payment plan to make it more affordable. OK I did my lips with Lisa 3 or 4 weeks ago, she is really great and professional and she made me feel very very comfortable, I saw the immediate result right way after the injection but after 2 weeks my lips are not as full as they were when I first got them, I was expecting that they will been fuller for longer;Also I did a lot of laser treatment here, and it was the perfect place to be, I advise all women to go there!

I went in for laser hair removal of my under arms. I felt like the atmosphere was very comfortable, the staff was professional and personable. During the treatment the technician was sure to communicate with me about the heat of the laser and to ensure I was comfortable. Overall I had a great first experience here and can not wait to finish my treatments!

I go to Flawless Medspa for hair removal and for lashes. They have something called the chiller that make the hair removal so bearable!Emily has done my lashes and filler and she is great. She is quick but also very meticulous in her application. I went 3 weeks without needing a fill, but I think I could have gone at least another week.

Ive gone to a lot of places, but Flawless has become my one-and-only. Lisa is amazingly nice, positive, and helpful, as is everyone else Ive dealt with there. Lisa also has always been very straightforward about what she thinks will help and what wont, and how much. She never sugar coats. She has always gone the extra mile for me, spent as much time as it takes, always done just a bit more and been more accommodating than any other medspa, dermatologist or laser center Ive visited.

I have been to Flawless MedSpa in Stoneham for various things over the past few years - from facials to laser hair removal. Each time I go in, I am warmly welcomed by the staff and environment. The facials lefts my skin and back feeling amazing. Prices are reasonable for the services you receive and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible place and non-professional work. They are just looking for your money and nothing else. I did laser hair removal treatment there and the work was very unprofessional and they burned me in many areas. When I told them about burnings and brought a letter of a certified medical doctor about my burns they did not care at all and I went through a hassle to get the rest of my money back. Lisa, the owner is very rude and unprofessional person and she hung up on me several times when I called to tell them about my burns, after I went there sooner that day and handed them the letter of my doctor and they told me Lisa cant see you now because she has a client and she will call me and talk to me over phone. But as I said, she was very rude on the phone and kept hanging up on me. so I had to go there again in person and went through a horrible hassle to get rest of my money back!The only advice I have is to avoid this place and dont put your health in danger by going there. They literally just want your money and treat you like a piece of garbage.

I have had several things done at Flawless by Lisa and Carol. first of all the facial was marvelous and relaxing and made my skin look so fresh. I purchased my laser sessions through Groupon and I’m not sure if their attitude was because of this or overall this their way of caring for their customers.I have waited 3 sessions to write this review so it’d be fair. When I first went in for my laser session, they took me in a room where the machine looked slight different than the other ones(candela) I’ve seen before. When the person started applying the gel on my face I asked, if they didn’t have candela machines and she said, they recently switched all their machine to the gel ones as these give a lot better result than candela. I said okay and we proceeded with the session. During the fist session I had a little bit of grown hair on my upper lip which where I had the treatment for and the lady told me that the hair will start falling 3 weeks after the session and I should go back on the 4/5 week for the second session.So I waited 3 weeks for the hair to start falling and not even 1 single hair fell. So I went in for the second time and explained to the lady that no hair had fallen up until now and I was feeling very uncomfortable with my visibly long upper lip hair. She tells me.. upper lip takes a while to respond to the treatment, you need to wait at least 4-6 sessions to start seeing any results.. which is a complete lie. Why? Well, I had already done 6 sessions on my upper lip with candela machine somewhere else!!! So I know how the whole process works. I told her that I’m not sure if the gel method is working on my hair type. She suggest I shave my upper lip wit a ‘razor’. I said I’m not sure if I want to risk having my hair grow back thicker and she defends that it’s not true What I said about the razor, I need to go ahead and shave in order to see the result. Sure enough, I go home and do it. The worst decision of my life. I am so mad over this that I can even take legal action to have them realize the consequences of lying to someone. My upper lip hair grew back like I a man’s mustache.. it was a nightmare. I didn’t know what to do but was feeling terribly self concise about my facial look.So I call them to speak with someone about this issue. I explained them what happened and wanted to cancel my sessions. She tells me if I would be interested in trying candela machines???!!! That’s what have been asking since the day one and I was told they only had gel machines! I tell them yes that’s what I would love to do, she takes a note on the system and reschedules my next appointment with candela machine. I go in for my appointment a few weeks after my phone call. The lady takes me into the room and starts applying the gel again... I say no, stop and explain her what I had discussed with them over the phone and the answer I get back is ‘the candela machine broke down this morning and they are not sure if it can be fixed or not’. No one called me saying tha machine broke down and don’t come all the way here. They made me to go there so they could tell me in person the machine broke down?! So the lady tells me if the machine can not be fixed she will refund me and if it can be fixed she will call me the following week to reschedule. This was the fist weeks of December and still I have not heard from them. I’ll take further action in this matter. It is not about the money but principal. If you care about your customer service experience DO NOT go to this place..

I have visited Flawless three times now. Mary has done Botox on me twice. Loved the results! But now my kids only know I am angry when I raise my voice as I am no longer able to give the look. But I cant go back to life without it now. Ill never go back to doing an impersonation of a Sharpei each time I am excited/angry or sad. Flawless has me for life. As I have decided to not go down without a fight.Ive also had lip filler. I used to have big juicy lips in my younger years. Maybe I was better hydrated then, but my lips have started to look like a childs shriveled balloon a week after her birthday party. So I requested a natural look, actually terrified to have the ridiculous Lisa Renna look, and thats what I got, the natural look. Mary had restored how my lips used to look perfectly. Mary says she a nurse but I swear shes an artist that uses needles instead of brushes. I also had laser hair removal ( Im in deep, send help) with, umm, I cant remember her name but she has hair the color of blue cotton candy and a decorative bull ring through her nose. She was very professional, reassuring and a nice girl. So there I am getting my lady parts getting zapped by what feels like a futuristic torture device, but with a cool tip, trying not to either scream or punch the cotton candy haired girl in the face. She must have seen the pain registering on my face and asked if I needed a break. Yes please, but then I ask for more. What is wrong with me? Not sure. But I know whats right. This place. This the place is right. I have referred several people wanting to go full out Kardashian and broads like myself who need a little professional help with up keep. So the next time you go tell them Kellie Fallon sent you. They give you points for each person that refers you and Lord knows Im going back they have a ton of upkeep potions, tricks & machines to keep you looking your best there. As a matter fact Ill probably be in the lobby waiting for my next appointment when you come in, be sure to say hi

I was very pleased with my experience here. I originally came in through groupon and was very impressed with the range of services they offer here. I have rosacea and was introduced to their laser treatment. So far I have been happy with the results, my redness has definitely gone down.

I had a very nice experience. I was not impressed with the results of my IPL treatment. I did not see any difference with my face after the treatment. I have had the IPL at other spas and have had brown spotsdisappear 2 to 3 weeks after the treatment. Nothing from this IPL.They need to increase the intensity.

Staff is great, professional and warm...and I must say I look at lot better without my moustache!I highly recommend them.

I was so excited when I learned about Cavi Lipo, I wanted to try it right away. I was a bit apprehensive going in. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about. I had Carol, She was amazing!! She explained the process, saying that the experience was like getting a relaxing massage and that results would be noticable. Carol made me feel very comfortable and explained what she was doing each step of the way.This spa is clean, the people are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Carol ! After my first visit, I bought a package of 6 sessions and will purchase another package again.

I came to flawless medspa for laser hair removal! I am now on my 4th treatment and so far have great results! It is completely painless and almost feels like a warm roller ball massage. Other places use old lasers that burn and cause a lot of discomfort, but I am in no pain during my treatments. They are so nice there and really make you feel welcome. I would recommend this medspa for anyone looking for painless hair removal options! They also have specials frequently throughout the year through groupon and other similar sites, but you can always purchase the same deal directly through them as well! I have not had anything else done here, but I can definitely say that I am happy I chose this medspa for laser hair removal!
