This store has great staff. I needed a rental because my vehicle was totaled and they reached out to me after getting notification from my insurance company. They picked me up and took me to the office and got me in and out in a jiffy. On the way to the office the driver told me about Enterprise Car Sales and said I should check them out. In fact he passed my information over to an individual name Jamar who reached out to me and said he was there to help. Jamar was not pushy and said he would touch base with me in a few days and he did. Long story short I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue from them in great condition with some additional perks. Jamar was on vacation so I closed the deal with Aaron who was awesome as well. Aaron had the vehicle clean and ready when I arrived for a test drive and got me in and out of the office in about an hour. I was happy but it all started with the great folks at Enterprise Rentals in Burlington, NC. Im sorry I do not recall their names but they were great and I appreciate all they did to get me a rental and a new car:-)

Staff was great. Service was great as my rental was a surprise to the store that morning. The only thing I didn’t like was the car smelled like an old hotel room that was smoked in. Probably time to get rid of the car I had. My family couldn’t ride in it as it mad them gag.

People easy to deal with. Enjoyed driving a new Dodge minivan. Very nice and comfortable. When we returned it, the lady that received the van was very impressed with the condition we returned it in. She actually told us it was literally the cleanest vehicle she had gotten turned back in. From our perspective, we choose to treat others the way we want to be treated ourselves. Have rented several times. Cars are clean, well maintained, and staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. However, I returned last rental over a day early, on a Saturday afternoon. Enterprises policy is to charge for the car if you have booked it after they close. So, they closed at noon on Saturday, and I returned the car at 3pm - and was charged for using it right through until Sunday night. They certainly have GPS trackers and knew the car was on their lot. I respect their decision to close on Sundays, but making their customers pay for cars they arent using because they want to close the business is another thing. Next time Ill go to Hertz if it is a rental with a weekend return.

This Enterprise at 2550 South Mebane Street in Burlington NC 27215 off Alamance Road had vehicles, better price and more courteous than the one on Church Street in Burlington.

Wow i ordered a regular size sedan and when I went to pick it up there was none available so they upgraded me to a sports car for the same price !!! Beign a enterprise plus member really pays off. Love the drop top 👌

Little things that make a difference.I was victim of a highway crash a week ago which resulted in back injury. The insurance company of the driver at fault gave me a car that was in the same segment or category as mine. However, my car was full trim with all options both in safety and comfort. The corresponding car Allstate had in mind was far from the comfort, safety and overall feel of mine. Furthermore, the Nissan Sentra assigned to me was hurting my back.After 2 days of this, I brought the car back to this location and asked to swap it out. Always get what I want and better

We just rented a minivan from this location, and I have to say how disappointed we were in the cleanliness of this vehicle given the current pandemic going on. I wish I had taken my own cleaning supplies to wipe it down before we had to drive it home. I immediately cleaned every nook and cranny when we got it home (there were even moldy cheerios, come on...), and put an air freshener in it for our trip (it smelled like someone forgot to shower for a few days). They most certainly could have done a better job. This was by far the filthiest rental I have ever picked up, and it really should have been the cleanest given the COVID-19 world we are currently living in! The associate was really nice when we picked it up, he even acted surprised when he opened the back hatch to find how dirty it was (he even offered to have it cleaned before we left, but we needed to get on the road). We should have waited because it took me an hour to clean it before we packed it anyway. We wiped it all down and vacuumed it again before returning it; this way we can ensure the next person receives a mini van in better condition than we did.***ETA...8/7/20 I just spoke to the manager, Irvin, and he was very apologetic. He handled the situation well, and we are convinced this would not happen again. Im happy I said something, we are living in a strange time where cleanliness is very important. We are satisfied with their customer service; after speaking to Irvin, we would definitely rent from them again!

Horrible experience. Lady checking me in was rude. They did not have the car that I reserved. I reserved that car because I needed the space for my family and a special needs child plus luggage. The car they gave me was a cheaper car but they charged me the same amount. The story goes on and nothing gets better. I always rent from enterprise but after this if they do not make it right, I will never rent here again nor let anyone I know.

I rent vehicles almost on a weekly basis. This last time I rented a vehicle and returned it as I normally do. When I dropped the vehicle off, the rep and I did a walk around of the vehicle to make sure there were no damages (as is normal practice when returning a vehicle).An hour later, another rep, Antonio calls me and says there is paint splatter on the front bumper and he says he will have to file a claim with my insurance. Are you kidding me? Everything was fine with the vehicle literally an hour earlier when the rep and I walked around the vehicle TOGETHER. The fact that they are trying to pin this on me makes me so angry. Deceitful practices like this is completely inappropriate and I will never use enterprise again. Ridiculous.

I have always been treated with courtesy and honesty. They have a knowledgeable brunch of people. The only downside is when you are used to one person, they are transferred to another facility.

They had me a car soon as, I called, cause I needed a car, due to mines in the shop, and the gentleman was very good to me.

I received a 2020 volkswagon SUV to take my family to the beach. I had for four days. I received their insurance of just $20 a day. This way if anything did happen, I would not be liable and was able to walk away. Which it did not but, it was nice to be able to have that coverage for me. It made it easier for the ride down there. I returned the car washed, vacuum and a full tank of gas. This is the way it had came to me and I wanted to return in the same fashion. They sent my security deposit back to me within 48 hours of dropping it off. I will rent from them again for when I need another car. Thank you for everything.

I have been renting cars with Enterprise for quite sometime. However, the last experience was not that good. in the pick up day, someone from the Burlington/NC location call me to offer a different vehicle once the one i had reserved was not available anymore. I accepted and at my lunch time (schedule time) i went to pick the car up. Surprisedly i was noticed that they changed their mind and decided to get a car from another location, which would be ok until this point. But, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the car that was not there yet. When the car arrived, it was took to the back of the building for cleaning. They cleaned the car in less than 3 minutes (what does not meet the covid-19 advertised in the website) and delivery the car half-washed and dirty with lots of sand. I was pretty clear to the employee that i was not happy with it but i was going to accept it to return to work once I was already late from my lunch. After that, I had some talks to the local manager explaining my frustration with the service and i decided to return the vehicle and travel with my own car in this very long trip. What really surprised me was that i was charged for the day, even-though all the time wasted, lunch lost, and frustration in this… A have always rented cars with Enterprise, and never shop around. After this, I will definitely consider another companies for.

Have used Enterprise in Burlington, NC several times. It is close to home, no airports to deal with, they are extremely accomodating, rates are competitive, free parking, vehicles are clean. Great people to work with.

The young girl who helped me was very friendly and took the extra time to make sure the rental car was perfect for my son and I. I was happy with my experience and the car performed better than expected. I already have another reservation booked with them and would certainly recommend their location to my friends!

If I could I will leave a zero star they Is a scam I had call to reserve a car the custom service said she had book me a Nissan SUV and it will be ready at 3:30 and she will call me when the car get ready but she never call me.So I call enterprise and they said they dont have a SUV reserve for me or any cars.I call every enterprise in my town they had no cars available beware because the custom service is a scam she will book you a car and they have no cars available.

The team at Enterprise on Mebane St. in Burlington, NC is absolutely phenomenal, and are the standard for gold star customer service. There has never been a time where I’ve had a need, situation, or even last minute reservation that they haven’t accommodated in someway. Their attention to detail is amazing and their kindness is unmatched. I have a daughter with a physical handicap and they always ask/ensure the rental has enough room to accommodate us. I rent vehicles monthly and often and it is for this reason I do all of my business and personal rentals with Enterprise. The driver that picked me up was great and is always courteous. However, rather than use a separate vehicle, it would save the company money if they picked up the customer in the vehicle which he would be renting and when they returned the vehicle, to use that vehicle to return him to his desired location, It would save the cost sanitizing a separate vehicle between each customer twice. Just a though.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Throughly inspected the rental car when I returned it to Enterprise.

Car did not appear to be clean. Animal hair in the car. Glob of what looked like bird poop inside the drivers window. Enterprise employee used the tag attached to the key to remove the substance. I had to ask him to clean the window. Employee also did not clean the key after using it and the substance got ony hand.

Car was dirty on the inside, had not been cleaned, vacumed or wiped down, so much for COVID 19 safety protocols. They would not allow you to go inside the building, but an unsanitary car is ok.

Staff was very polite and professional. They even upgraded me to a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, as they had a bigger demand for their smaller cars. They were able to keep me at my insurance rental rate with an upgraded vehicle.

They were very through in making sure they had every mark; scratch and bad spot documented so i would not get charged for it. I will definitely be renting again from them soon.

We are renting a vehicle more frequently these days for various reasons. I prefer Enterprise over other companies. THere are two locations in my area. The one on S. Mebane Street is fast, courteous and thorough. They deliver as promised the type vehicle with no excuses needed or made. Their offices are clean and comfortable for your brief waiting times if numerous customers. I highly recommend them.

Consistently, the Mebane Enterprise location is the best in the Burlington area as Ive been going there for five years and received outstanding service from the staff and the company as a whole. When they say Enterprise delivers, they mean it in every way possible as a rental car company can. Again, a family emergency resulted in needing a last minute car which they provided above and beyond our expectations. Kudos to the staff, the management and their ability to always smile, always be courteous, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Spent a lot of money with Enterprise in the past few years just to have them tell me that I cannot use my Visa debit/credit card which is from a local bank. The card is the same one I have used on MANY occasions to rent a vehicle from this store. I am so disappointed and frustrated. This rental was to be for a fall vacation which we did not get to take because we had no vehicle to drive.

The branch allowed me to pick up my rental car an hour early and everything went well. We rented an SUV and when I told the salesperson that we were driving to Colorado, he suggested getting one with AWD in case we ran into snow along the way. I appreciated this. Our rental was set set up at the Church St Graham, NC location. When we arrived the car type that was reserved was not available. We went to the Mebane St Burlington, NC location to pick up the vehicle we needed. The service there was great but the vehicle was filthy. We had to leave there and go straight to a car wash before beginning our trip. The vehicle and return service were also great

Xavier is the most awesome associate to deal with!!!! I was in a car accident and was told by the insurance I could only get a standard car, but yet have a family of 6. Service at the location was excellent.... but you might want to consider using a different brand car this is the third Dodge/Chrysler car minivan that I have used .... rear wiper did not work and Only One charging port for six people in a minivan worked. Chrysler product very uncomfortable engines lacked power..Same with previous to rentals both Dodge.... But as far as location and service both excellent

Experience good but should make 200 deposit requirement better known when placing appointment online. Also mentions of insurance when your personal car does not have full coverage. Rental fees actually quite reasonable depending on which auto you plan to rent. Deposit returned in one or two business days quite quick as well.

Horrible experience, horrible customer service- rented from Cox Toyota instead- 1/2 the deposit - paid the exact same rate for a 2019 Avalon with all extra features as I had scheduled for a premium car in Burlington. Cox staff was welcoming and highly professional- so save yourself alot of headache and rent from them!! I will never rent from Enterprise again!

Being a frequent traveler and renting cars often, the staff was courteous and professional. I was renting a car because of a recall on my own, so I had the car for nearly a month. When I rented the car, even though there was a no smoking sticker in the car, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. If any of the employees were smokers, they would never have smelled it. It took me several days and quite a bit of deodorizer to make the interior even bearable. I was happy knowing that the next renter of the vehicle wouldnt have any problem.

The crew here is always professional and does its best to accommodate request. The few times a car was smoky or a bit dated they made accommodations to account for that. First Rate!

I reserved specific vehicle class, but then told it was unavailable the day before reservation, so had to downgrade to another vehicle, but still charged the same premium price...

The staff that assisted me was very nice. Chuck Taylor was pleasant and helpful. I was very disappointed when I arrived to find out that the vehicle I requested was not available. I made my reservation online the week before. Why allow someone to reserve a vehicle if you cannot provide such vehicle. Dont offer it on your online sight if you know you cannot fulfill the request. To top it off the response from staff is thats the way it is, we dont have any control over it. When I asked who I could speak to about the issue, I was told I could try the 800 number but there really wasnt anyone that would help me. Thanks Enterprise!!!!

I was going to complain about the fact that they didnt have the car that their website said they did, and that I had reserved. But I realized that the problem was with Enterprises website. Just because they say your local outfit has a car doesnt mean it is so. Actually the local guys got us an acceptable substitute. The family was happy. So 3 stars for Burlington, NC and 1 star for the website. And this is the second time something like this has happened.

The guys took great care of me here. Everyone was very accommodating and polite. Just be sure to bring a couple of pieces of identifying mail if you plan to use your debit card, as the website doesnt make that very clear.
