24 hour car wash will happily take your money and give you half of a car wash. The lights told us to drive forward and stop at a place where only the rear 1/4 of the car was wet and soaped. The dryers did not turn on at all. Avoid if you don’t want to waste money.

The 24 hour car here is a joke and a rip off. It does not work properly and my car is still dirty. Nobody is there to assist you to ensure the car wash itself is working properly. Waste of time and money. I want a refund. Don’t go here.

Horrible. First the machine wouldnt accept my five-dollar bills, then change is given in $1 coins. Who needs 10 $1 coins? The gentle touch wash slammed the car hard enough to move the drivers door although it was fully closed. I get back and park the car and this is what was left on it after the wash:

Don’t wash your car here. The automatic wash is the worst.. not a high pressure rinse or wash. the hose/sprayers don’t completely Cover your car with soap . And the little bit of soap it does apply doesn’t even completely rinse the car. I still have some soap on my car after the weak soap, rinse and Then drying at the end doesn’t even dry your car or remove the excess amount of soap remaining. It does remove the dirt on the top of your car but not the side or under body. Wash at your own risk the sign says 😂

Paid $10 for a soft touch carwash and as I went through, the machine stopped recognizing my car and just had me exit without cleaning. I lost my $10 and I had to go back and pay again! Would really appreciate being paid back for the money I lost. The machines need to be updated so they recognize if they are actually cleaning a car and not air and they need more signs for when to stop your car.

I used the self-serve bay which worked very well. You will need quarters, dollar bills or five dollar bills. All I had was 10$ and 20$ bills. Luckily, someone in the detailing garage next door was kind enough to make me some smaller change (it may have been the owner, not sure). Ill definitely go back!

Felt compelled to write when seeing all the bad reviews. I have been going to Newtons for years, using their automated car wash. I like to get the road salt off in the spring and during the winter when theres a warmer day. Our van and truck always look great coming out of it, and I have received many compliments and questions from neighbors as to where I go. I have seen the local police use it, too.

The machines eat your money and dont even bother to wash your car. The guy that owns this is a rip off artist.

Long line but it moved quickly. The car wash was great and very thorough. $10 to get it washed and I didnt even have to get out of the car.

Paid 15 dollars. Door opens but the machine wont even start. Exit door wont open either so I had to back all the way out. Yup! Car is still dirty and money gone. Who do I speak to for a refund? Phone call went straight to vm.

The automatic wash stopped randomly 30 seconds in and broke my passenger side tail light. I’m out $15 and I need a new tail light. I’ve called the attached number twice and no one picks up. Can someone help me get ahold of this owner? Sheesh

Just got my car cleaned and detailed here! What a great price and excellent job. They could get me right and had my car spotless in a matter of hours. Definitely would recommend to all!

The ghost of Ethan Allen would smile with pride on this, Riverside Avenues finest car wash. It has both self-service and automated wash facilities. (Its also a great spot to park and make out after business hours.)

Its a good place to get youre ride clean . Due to a 2 star review at this moment in time is due to how bad of a ruff shape the roof is looking over the bays of the self service . the roof is caving in and worst on bay 3.

Ok. Got most of the dirt off my car but didnt clean thw back good.

2 of the 4 bays had ice buildup on the drain that was too tall for my car to clear (my car is 100% stock, not lowered or anything). Another of the bays is out of order, leaving just one operational. When is the last time anyone came here for maintenance?

Horrible. The hand free wash cut out mid wash. The attendant came out and inspected the situation and I asked if I should pull around and start again. He said I would have to pay again for another wash! I was shocked.His english was very poor, so I am not sure if something was lost in translation, but the facility itself was rather poor. $15 I wish I could have back. Will NEVER return.

Owner refused 2 give me my .money back after car wash locked me in had to threaten to call cops to get him to let me out locked space. He put his hands on me and refused to give me $ back all that over $8. Never again. Disgrace.

Always clean and all the equipment always works well and if it doesnt for some reason personnel takes care you a promptly

No one is ever around to help. Saw an old guy wait 40 min for a propane refill after he checked every building and no one opened any of the doors he knocked on. Then the guy randomly walked up . Sign says attendant is in laundromat or propane refill station .Ive never seen anyone at either location. Also everything is falling apart here .

Like another review noted, the automatic carwash just sprayed my car with soap and that was it. It stopped working after that. I called the phone number they listed outside and it didnt work. Their website has no contact information on it whatsoever. I wasted $10.
