The barber cut nearly an extra inch off of what was asked for. Also requested to keep the majority of the length on the back of my head and it has been practically buzzed off. Not once did the barber show me how much they were cutting off on the back of my head, and failed to understand how I wanted my haircut. Will not be coming back.

Was able to book a last minute appointment for a trim and beard cut. Worth every dollar for the professional work done especially since its my first time getting mutton chops! Will visit again.

Living in Temecula, finding a good barber has always been difficult. Larry is the best barber anyone could ever ask for. His attention to detail is amazing. This is my go to barber shop. The staff are friendly and great to talk to. Their website makes appointments very easy and I always get the cut I want.

I went to get my long hair chopped off as it was getting to be too much to deal with and I wanted something low maintenance. Booking online was a breeze and I got my hair done with Calvin, a very nice and young stylist. I have a high hairline and its beginning to creep back, but he was awesome about keeping me confident and I gladly let him handle most of the decision making because I wasnt really sure what I wanted. I came away super happy with my haircut and Im feeling much better about the hairline now in large part thanks to him! I will definitely be going there from now on!

The atmosphere here is great and the staff are very friendly. Cuts are great and love the shave and hot towel at the end. If youre in the Burlington area and looking for a traditional barber shop, this is the place.

One of the best barbershops I’ve been to. It is absolutely worth going to. Their hours are convenient. The staff is very friendly and it is very clean and well lit in there. It also is the true barbershop experience too. Well worth the price any day.

Ashley cuts my hair and does a fantastic job. She takes her time and clearly takes a lot of pride in giving a good haircut. She also does a great job of listening to me and making sure my hair is just how I want it. I always leave looking like a million bucks. I also love that you can easily book appointments online.

I would love to tell you this place sucks because it is not always easy to get an appointment and dont really need any more people going. But...it is a nice place, good haircuts, great staff with great conversation (even if Calvin hasnt seen The Breakfast Club). And you can even have a bud light while you wait/get your haircut. And beware of the friendly guard dog, she may come out to see what is going on from time to time.

I just got married and worked with Steve over the last two months to perfect the look I wanted for the big day. Steve was thoughtful and insightful with his recommendations, pointing out different perspectives and making recommendations that took the wedding into account. (ie. most photos were of the back of my head, so having a sharp lineup is more important than normal). The day before I came in for my final cut and brought all of my groomsmen. We all got fresh cuts, with the same care and consideration that Id come to expect from Steve. He was friendly, inviting and cheerful during the entire time we were there. With everything else that was going on the day before the wedding, this was one thing I didnt have to worry about. Steve was able to make the entire group look great and having just seen the photos, I know my trust was well placed. I wholeheartedly recommend Steve and his team for your next haircut.

Amazing energy! A REAL Barber Shop with modern conveniences you expect! The staff is amazingly talented with percussion skill...oh...hot shaving cream, hot towels and shaves with a straight razor...like I said a REAL Barber Shop.

Steve and I have a deal when I come into the shop, I usually wait until Im as grizzly as possible and give him free reign to do whatever he wants; Ive never been disappointed. The shop is in a great location, has all the amenities youd expect from a quality barber shop, reasonable prices, and talented barbers. Its absolutely worth stopping in for a cut.

I went to this shop to get my undercut shaped up, and as soon as I walked in I felt very welcome. Barber shops are typically known for mens hair cuts, but the times have changed and Lux barber shop is clearly all about it! Not only did I recieve a fresh cut that exceeded anyone Ive gone to in the past - the environment was neutral, the team clearly is passionate about what they do and I didnt feel weird walking in as a female asking for a shape up..... Thats what they call A1!

I spent almost a year growing a beard twice only to have it badly butchered by so called professionals both times. I then researched Steve at Lux who had a good following with us bearded folks. I expressed my concern via Facebook and much to my surprise he corresponded with me offering a visit to talk and look things over. I made the appointment and again Steve surprised me by remembering things I mentioned and he spent lots of time just listening and offering advice. Long story short, I left with the best line up and trim Ive ever had! And as an extra bonus, Steves a real nice guy with a great sense of humor. I immediately felt at ease after riding a tense hour to get to the Lux shop. Went in with nerves that were shot and a half butchered second beard and came out relaxed with a good looking well trimmed beard. Highly recommend Steve for any true beardsmen! .

My Boy friend went in to get a shape up and girl who works there messed up his hair and told him hes needy, (are you serious, very unprofessional) place, if someone pays for something they should receive what they paid for not get told their needy after messing up a HAIR CUT at that..
