The barber is very pleasant to talk to. Does a great job. And he truly cares about his family and community.

The friendly atmosphere and young barbers make this a local community gathering spot rather then just a barber shop. The guys working are genuine people who love what they do. My only issue is laughing so hard with them that I dont want to leave. Troubling in the tome if Clovid

Great service nice atmosphere

This was my grandfathers shop. It is just like I remembered it when I was growing up. I met the owners grandson and he was extremely nice. They have kept my grandfathers tradition alive and give great haircuts, beard trims, and most importantly conversation.

Tried this place out since I work in the area. Place sits in a strip mall near center of Burlington. They have like 8 chairs and plenty of barbers. Guy I had was a chatterbox but did a pretty good job cutting and it was quick and reasonably priced. Even if the place gets busy looks like they take people pretty quick plus they shave the neck after each cut which is great!

JJ and Aaron have been my two main barbers since I moved to Burlington 5 years ago. Have never regretted getting a cut here, quality work and personable folks here - you can’t get along poorly with anybody at Ray’s.

Aaron did a great job. Didnt rush through like many other barbers in the area. He was very friendly and gave me the best haircut Ive had in awhile. I would definitely come back

Classic barber shop. Ive been going here since my first haircut, when Ray was still there. Not much has changed over the years. Still a nice group of barbers that get you in and out quickly with a good haircut.

Couple hours worth of wait for a particular barber(james) a familiar face says hell be back in a sec whered you go run a marathon food shopping? Couple hours of wait and no haircut! NO STARS IF I COULD!!

Buck is amazing took him time and the cut came out better than I wanted, all the guys over there seem to be great friends and treat everyone coming through the door the same, look forward to the next cut

My goto Barber for the last 7 years. Unfortunately it appears the owner is now concentrating on retirement and has lost focus on providing a decent service. Luckily Burlington & Woburn have plenty of good alternatives.

Deacon and Aaron are excellent! Friendly and attentive. They dont rush and they ask during the cut how the cut looks. Very patient.

Aaron does a great job with my autistic son, he is quick because he knows theres a time limit before my son will start moving around a lot.

Worst Customer Service that too for a 4 yr old !!!We go to this Salon as it is close to my house, but not anymore after the customer service we received today..I took my 4 yr old son for a hair cut..there was this guy who was already very grumpy..As my son is ticklish, he was not putting his shoulder down to wrap the apron around his shoulder..I was also trying to persuade my son to put his shoulder down..This guy was saying it in a very strict manner..did not show any tenderness, after repeating for 4-5 times, he took off the apron & told my son he cannot do his hair cut & removed him from the high chair..Just cant believe people can be so rude !!! oh by the way I would understand if there were lot of people waiting to get their hair cuts, but NO, this incident occured on a tuesday afternoon & except for one person who would have got service from the other barber, the shop was totally empty !! My 4 yr old got very upset that he did not get his hair cut..I am posting this review so people are aware & I do hope people working at Rays barber shop will also see my feedback..
