Lady to forever. Took her sweet time. There was only 1 customer getting her hair cut when I got their. Waited over 30 minutes while she showed pictures to the hair cutter at check out. Wasted my lunch break for nothing. Will never go back. Will never recommend

They are closed during business hours all the time I won’t come here anymore after 5 years I don’t have time to drive across town only to find no one is here.

I rarely take the time to complain but I received the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my entire life at this place. Will never be coming back and I really encourage people to find another place to get a haircut. Robin spent very little time and attention cutting my hair and botched it pretty badly. Particularly on my sideburns and my part in my hair. Terrible haircut. She was very nice though. Just not very good at cutting hair.

The manager and Laverne (she cut my hair) were friendly. Laverne listened to my style request and did a exactly as I asked... even better. Come visit them and support this super cuts!

Im very happy with going to Supercuts. Im a picky person to start with, its hard finding a place where I feel comfortable enough to get my hair cut. I bring my family here and were all very happy with the service we get. The staff is very friendly and knows their business.I personally, only let Robin cut my hair. And my great-nephew, a 5 year old, only likes Robin to cut his. He loves coming to visit with Robin and get his hair cut.

Laverne always gives me a great haircut!

I went there back in January and one of the stylists did a great job on my hair. Three months later, I went back and got a different stylist and explained to her that I wanted it shoulder length and with layers with side swept bangs. She kept cutting if off the back up to my ears. It looked choppy on the ends and I was extremely unhappy with it. Then she said, I need to put a note on your file to cut it wet. She just kept on cutting. I went back and Robin managed to fix it and it look a lot better (not the length, but at least it had some style.) I guess I shouldnt have gone back after that, but I thought I would give it one more chance. I went back four months later, after my hair grew back. This time, the manager Robin was the only one there. Again, I told her what I wanted, the same thing. All she talked about was that she broke her wrist and had surgery and they put in pins. She also said she may have to quit because of it. She cut it really short, no layers. I went back again. Another stylist put layers in one side of my head. Yes, you read that right, just one side. Im so over this with them, Im not going back. I wound up to fix my hair myself because I didnt have the money to go somewhere else to fix it. It isnt perfect, but it will do for now. Ill wait for my hair to grow out and try again somewhere else.

I would never go back the white lady in the frist chair on the right is very rude and it not the frist time shes been like that and other ppl has told me the same some one need to say somthing to her before yall have no business thanks

When I went to get a haircut this week Robin was very rude and hateful towards myself, my grandson, and some other customers that came in after us. When the other customers came in she immediately asked who was getting the haircut (the adults or the 2 children that were with them). When they answered the children were Robin very rudely said she could not do it because she had just had wrist surgery before she even asked the adults if the children would be well behaved enough for her to give them a hair cut. Those customers just turned around and left. Then my grandson walked up to the desk and politely asked for a lollipop because he knows he gets one with every haircut. She turns to him and very rudely says, “no, you have to wait until she (points to me) gets a haircut and even then you might not one.” I decided to just leave right then. I came back later that day and spoke with Laverne and she was very nice to myself and my grandson. Laverne was great and gave me a good haircut and showed me great customer service and because of her is why I’m even leaving one star. If I based this review just on my encounter with Robin I wouldn’t even leave any stars at all. She was very rude and unprofessional towards me and other customers as well.

I never get a cut anywhere but here. My girl is Robin . I would highly recommend her next time you need a cut.You wont be disappointed.

Great service! Tabatha is an excellent hair dresser. Great at fading hair. This is my go-to haircut place in Burlington.

The staff are nice and friendly. However, it isnt the place to get a hairstyle. It works for simple haircuts but definitely not stylists

Just had a terrible experience at this place. Was told it would be an hour wait check in and came back in an hour. Was told just a few minutes more 45 minutes later still sitting there and stylist and woman getting haircut sharing life stories. Walked out after wasting an hour and 45 minutes of my Saturday afternoon!👎🏼👎🏼

I went in without an appointment for blow out .. I waited 5 minutes for her to ring up person ahead of me... 5 minutes !! then she took another 5 minutes to check me in... there was one person sweeping and 2 customers waiting ... the woman at front then told me there were 3 people ahead of me that checked In online for 11 am and it was 1045 .. the nice people waiting said I could go first and she told them they were after the online people too!! I left because i lost patience .. there are people waiting in store for 30 minutes and they have to wait when the hair dressers are there?? they need to learn their computers bc they waste time f ing around with it I could have been in and out before these mysterious online people ever came..

When I walked in I asked if they could cut my hair. One of the stylists said No we sell pizza. Right then I should have walked out. I asked the stylist who cut my hair to just cut a little off the top and she cut over an inch. Quite honestly I got the worst hair cut in my life here. Almost to the point of being funny. They would probably be a better business if they did in fact sell pizza.

Thanks to Robin and Emily for allowing me to reconnect to the world. I ran out of data having taken a trip from Wyoming to visit a friend in Burlington. They let me use their network to connect to my friend at Super Cuts, blessings to you!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in and everyone acted like I was bothering them. Then I told the blonde stylist what I wanted, It was not what I got. I wanted an inverted Bob, I got a regular Bob and not a good one. She did not smile once and when I seen my hair is was horrified. Do not go here for a hair cut.

Please please. Do not come here. My friend came here and got lice. They did not clean the brushes or anything.

I went in for a simple. Shampoo blow dry flat iron this woman gave me a flipped under bipity bbboplook she seemed like it was her first day . I then told her what I wanted she still couldnt fix it ..but she still charged me $40 for that mess I ideally tip %20 but She got nothing and theylost a customershe should have charged me for the shampoo and blow dry only ugh

What a hot mess this place turned out to be. My hair has never looked so bad. And when I attempted to contact the salon, the Store Manager (Robin) refused to contact me. When I made additional contacts and she finally left me a message, she was rude and stated that it (the day she called) would be the last day that she would offer a refund since it was past seven days. It wouldnt have been past seven days if Robin had returned calls in a timely manner! This is a franchise location, so the stylists apparently have no direction whatsoever, nor are there repercussions for terrible customer service. Save your money. A two year old could give you a better haircut with crayola scissors.

You wont find a nicer bunch of hairdressers than these girls. Prices are reasonable too.
