Lol are these guys new? I’m glad I called before dropping my car off for service. I don’t know who I talked to, but I think it was some guy working as a service technician. I was simply asking what the differences in services that were available and what the prices of them were. After asking for clarification on price, the dude said “I’ll say it again but I don’t have a lot of time…”. Like dude, shouldn’t you be a little more polite to your customers? On the side of that, the guy was going to charge me $169 for an oil change and tire rotation at first, and then I opted to get the more detailed service option with multi spec inspection, checking filters, etc.. It turns out it was the same price of $169. Like bro, did you really try to charge me the full $169 for a tire rotation and oil change? Lol! Needless to say, a simple phone call with these guys already alerted me not to come to this place and I’m obviously glad I didn’t. Also, corporate GM employee here, so it’s really good to know our service reps are such customer focused. Maybe try to lure people in by acting like you actually care about the customer and not your profit, before they actually set foot in the door. What a shame.
Loved my experience with Putnam Cadillac! The entire team was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly; they made the process of buying a new car incredibly enjoyable. I made an appointment to stop by to test drive a Cadillac at this dealership. The sales man told me that the car I was interested is very exclusive and not for me. He had me drive a Chevy Blazer, despite my not being interested in a Chevy. I had very specific reasons for concidering the Cadillac that this salesman ignored.I ended up buying a Volvo and Im very happy with my new car. Its a shame Cadillac cared so little about my business that they wouldnt even let me test drive the car I was interested in.
