The best experience Ive ever had with a car service. It started with the reservations office. Super friendly and knowledgeable of the area and its traffic conditions.When it came time for my pick up the driver showed up early. Which was a great relief for me because it was raining and it gave us some extra time to get to are destination.

Called in and somehow spoke to an it guy name Gandhi. Ive never dealt with someone more rude or difficult to deal with. Ever. Your employees are a direct representation of your company and hes a horrible representative. Would give 0 stars if I could. Use literally any other company. Im sure I wouldnt get talked down to and basically hung up on and ignored

I have been using Avalon for nearly 20 years and they have ALWAYS been on time (early even!). They are the best in the Bay Area!
