The female in the HR department, Ebony has no sense to talk and misguide. She is the most unprofessional HR ever and respresenting a very bad reputation of the company. The company should know she doesnt even care about the confidential documents of the company that is asked to never share with anyone.
I was taking this shuttle service from The Hyatt near SFO airport back to the airport on Feb 25, 2021. When I arrived at the gate I realized I had left a small carry on bag on the floor of the van where I was seated. I immediately called the shuttle service and spoke to Louella. I explained that I left a bag of mine in the van. She managed to contact the driver, who was enroute to another pickup. He had to stop the van, look for my bag, and returned to the airport which was approximately an additional 20 minuter drive. I was so grateful to the driver and Louella for their assistance in returning my bag to me. The customer service and their kindness was much appreciated.
The HR director, Ebony is the most unprofessional person in the company. She is very rude, provide fake information and mistreat others.

Just wanted to take a minute to recognize an employee of yours by the name of Gary. When I called dispatch to inquire about transportation he provided memorable customer service. He was kind, thoughtful and patient with me. Truly a pleasurable experience. Being a flight attendant, I interact with a LOT of transportation companies, Gary’s customer service is truly legendary. If possible, please recognize Gary for his kindness, professionalism, and knowledge of his job.
Be extra vigilant if youre considering working for this company. Shoe string budget and top down blame game pitting employees against each other in a constant tug of war over resources has created a toxic work environment. If you really need the job, just be aware of what youre jumping into and dont stay any longer than you must. Youve been warned.
On Thursday,August 24, 2017 at 4:35pm, the driver of your van #940 was on the entrance ramp from Montague expwy to Hwy 101S. He crossed the yellow line, drove over two shoulders, crossed a solid white line because he was impatient to get on the freeway legally. Really sucks.
Please do not ride with this Van driver or your safety will be in jeopardy.This Van driver with Van Number 208 cut me on the freeway.luckily he does not have a passenger with him.He drives like a maniac on the loose!.I called their office and hopefully they do something about it.
I as a was stepping out of the car this van came so close to hitting me and the person never realize it. I saw him turn into this hotel parking space so I walked up it was a shuttle airport shuttle van. I asked the driver that did he see me getting out of the car for coming so close to hitting me, he said he never even saw me I told him The way he was driving he almost hit me and he didnt even see me . Thank God I was not hit by this van today at 6pm in SF. That belongs to this company!!!!
I was driving with the family in the city when this bus cut in with utter disregard to the fact that he had a bus full of people on board. He cut in with no turn signal and came ridiculously close to t-boning our car. Please for the safety of your customers and for other drivers on the road--please follow driving conventions and rules.Tried to call the office to report this hazard to a manager and they hung up on me.
