Very convenient parking and shuttle service to SFO. Prices are responsible. However, I didnt notice a covered parking area but they have a valet service.For shuttle service back to your car. After you claim your luggage, go to the 2nd level and catch it across the st in front of entrance 5.

Up until 1-2 years ago Anza was great. Lately they take for ever to pick up at airport. Maybe they are trying to profit more by not picking up as much. Tonight we waited 45 mints even though we were told the but was on its way. Calling does not help they were rude or cannot understand.Very frustrating, especially when everyone else that got there was being picked up and their buses came 2-3 times while we waited for ours to finally get there. 3rd time of frustration is enough.

Horrible facility!! We were dropped off and told that would be the pick up place when we returned, but it wasnt. Even though inside the bus it says thats the pick up spot. Not enough handicapped parking!! ADA violation. Rude driver!! Cheaper to stay at Holiday Inn by the airport and sleep, fly and park!! Live and learn!! DONT PARK HERE!!

My daughter parked at Anza SFO, but when she returned, her battery needed a jump. She didn’t have to call for roadside assistance and wait for help. The Anza team jumped her battery for her and got her safely on her way! Needless to say, we are an Anza family now!!! Wouldn’t park anywhere else!

The service was great! I was kind of cranky because I was behind schedule, luckily the valet parking guy helped me right away and I was able to catch my flight. I will sure come back again when I go to my next trip in August. I am sure I will leave my house early next time.

Anza parking is wonderful. The best feature is the free valet. You can drop off your car right at the gate and theyll have it ready for you when you get off the bus on your return. The staff is quite friendly. Their buses are quite frequent, except if it is super late in the night.

Drive by 2 times without stopping. Waiting over an hr now. Called em, they keep saying 15 mins, test waiting another half an hr. Total bs. Not worth parking with them. I’ve seen other company shuttles drove by so many times. Would’ve never parked here if I knew if will be like this!!!

Lacks in customs service. Driver was careless with my luggage and wouldn’t even get up to help with my luggages when we reached curbside.Plus side is that they’re open 24/7

These times you need to call to get picked up from the airport so we did that when we arrived. We were told to expect the shuttle within 10-15 minutes. 15 minutes passed, and a shuttle indeed showed up BUT it didnt even stop, just passed us - the driver was signaling us something so he definitely saw us.Next shuttle showed up only 20 minutes later. So not 10-15 minutes, rather 35-40. Awful service.

Been using them for every trip out of SFO. Staff at the office are very friendly, accommodated us very well when we needed a ramp on the bus for one of the trips. Always have some deal. If you sign up for their email you can book ahead when the deal comes out and save a few bucks.

Had a reservation for Burlingame Airport parking very close to Their lot and had prepaid, GPS sent Me to this address by default and after scanning the QR and entering the confirmation They asked Me to get a parking pass (Them knowing it was not a reservation for their facility) and that They would FIX IT when I returned in a week for the vehicle ... Obviously They did not and charged Me for an entire week to park at Their lot instead ... outright poor bushiness ethics and taking advantage of People that do not live in the SF bay areaFortunately the Double-Tree hotel refunded part of The charge and warned that this lot has been reported for doing this exact thing in the past

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service!!My family returned this morning after our flight was delayed several times only to wait over 35 minutes for a shuttle. Rather than the driver pulling up to the actual line of awaiting passengers he pulled up to a large puddle of water and watched everyone load their own luggage onto the shuttle and shelving areas until i the very last passenger boarded and he observed me lifting heavy suitcases.Then we get to the parking lot and are greeted by a representative who is arguing with almost every customer as they’re attempting to pay and drive out. The line grew as we waited for at least 30mins total just to pay the proper amount and head home at now almost 2:00 am.So unprofessional and rude!!!!You’re much better off using another airport parking lot as this was a sure sign of incompetence all around.

This is a very convenient and smooth running operation. It is easy to find off 101, easy to park and shuttles run every 7-10 minutes even late at night. The valet park is reliable and its super easy to park and take the shuttle to the airport. Just make sure you keep your claim tickets with you, though I have lost them and the staff were super nice and knowledgeable and I was able to retrieve my vehicle without a hassle.

Find another place to park your car! We have been using this place for 10 years or more without any problems. It has gone way downhill. We waited on the curb at SF and the driver drove by and pointed for us to move about 30 feet further to be picked up. So we started walking towards him, and he stops for a second and then leaves. 15 minutes later he comes back and points at us to go back to where we were the first time. Needless to say it was pouring down rain and we were soaked. The driver could have easily opened the door and told us the exact spot he wanted us to stand. We ended up having to get a taxi and followed the driver to the parking lot. Never ever will I use this service again!!! They are horrible!

I called them to make a reservation to make sure that have space for my car. For all travelers we all know during the holiday season, parking spaces are pretty tight.The shuttle bus is nice and clean and has enough space to put my luggage.

Great service! Self parked my car, and a shuttle was right there to pick me up to go to the airport. Shuttle back was quick as well, I saw the bus pass me so I called the number they provided, and it came back around for me. Would definitely do this for SFO parking again!

It was the most affordable option and it did work. The wait for the shuttle at the airport was a little long, and the check out process wasnt very clear, but everything worked out. If you use a coupon, make sure you remind them as they wont apply it automatically.

Anza Parking was fair! I reserve s spot online for one week, when I showed up I was told all the reserve spots were already full so they offer free VIP because of the troubles. I was happy with the solution and customer service I was provided with. The only problem is keep so your receipts because you get like 3 of them if you loose the main one then you cant leave until they verify its yoy! It is a good idea for preventing theft bit it takes a long time to be clear.

Quick pick up when we dropped off our car and the guy drove that far to the airport thats what I liked. The price was pretty good I had a coupon from the web and they honored it I didnt even have to show it. They have a lot of shuttles coming and going from the SFO so we only waited like 5 minutes once we exited after we picked up our bags.I reserve the spot online 2 days before and we didnt have to pay with a credit card or anything. The parking was simple and easy I will definitely be using them again!

Parked here for one week and came back to our new car having some small scratches (looked like light key scratches) on our driver side door. Let management know and they created an incident report. But after 2 weeks we received a letter saying they did some research and found no fault on their part !!!! I was shocked... We owned this car less than 2 months and we are crazy careful about it. It had ZERO scratches, dents, etc. We could tell when we arrived at Anza that it was a bunch of young guys that didnt look too concerned about anyones vehicle. So, if you have a nice car that you take really good care of, DONT PARK HERE !!!!

Great off site long term parking for SFO travellers. $14/day free shuttle to/fro in less then 10 minutes from 6AM to Midnight. You need to call them if your flight arrives after midnight.

Great service, easy to park and go. We drove in, parked and shuttle was right there to pick us up. On the return, waited maybe 8 mins for shuttle, it picked us up at the airport and dropped us off right at our car. PERFECT! How much better can you get. The shuttle drivers were nice, helped with the bags, cashier was nice and there is even a discount coupon to use. It cant get any easier than this.

I been parking my car at anza parking for about 7-8 years and always have been satisfied with their service until now. Last Wednesday I parked my car there for 6 nights and upon my return noticed items missing from the Trunk of my car. I will never patronize them again.

Worst. Customer. Experience. Ever.I was a loyal Anza Parking customer for 17 years. Never again.Tonight, my family waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle with space. Five, countem, five, shuttles came by full, and each time the driver said to wait for the next one. An elderly couple that was already there said there had been three other shuttles that passed by. Note, the other parking services had twice the number of shuttles coming by and always had space for their customers.Finally we took a cab to the Anza lot. There were plenty of Anza employees there. Not a single one apologized. They all tried to avoid us. The cashier (Jenny) was clearly used to irate customers. She just pretended she didnt hear what she didnt want to hear. She told us we could sit there all night, she would just switch to another lane. Everyone said call the manager tomorrow.You know, if I were to go to Anza again, likely things would be alright. Theyd likely be relatively capable on any given day. But I simply dont want to put my family (including two small children) at their mercy again, waiting in the cold for a some mythical shuttle with space, driven by employees that dont care a whit.

Convenient but incredibly terrible customer service. We arrived at 430am to take the shuttle and the driver saw us and then waited without picking us up and then left without us. We asked the main kiosk employee and he said there was no room for luggage which we didnt even have - there was no remorse or apologies. He told us to catch an uber - so we did. On top of paying premium prices for parking - we now had to pay for a Lyft. Dont waste your money - we could have parked for free and caught a Lyft.

I have a luxury car (Tesla Model S) and was very skeptical to leave my car in any of the lots because of all the awful reviews I had read. Most of them had reviews about items being stolen, or (my biggest worry) scratches and dent on their cars. I read tons of reviews and went back-and-forth on deciding where to leave my car. I took a chance with Anza...Shuttle buses: As soon as we entered the lot, a shuttle bus followed us to our parking spot (we did self-park). He helped us find a good parking spot and helped us with our luggages from the car trunk. On the way back we did wait about 10/15mins but thats average for these types of parking places. We were overall extremely content with the shuttle service.Parking: Found a spot very easily! Spots are a little tight due to people not knowing how to park, but just give yourself enough time to find a spacious spot. Even if the spot is far away, a shuttle bus follows you to your spot.Location: I was not very comfortable with the idea of having my car out in an outdoor lot, but the lot is fenced with high bushes and concertina wire. This put me at ease! I was extremely satisfied with this. Made me feel like my car was safe.Overall, from a skeptical/anxious person...I highly recommend parking your car here!

Its my first time using their service, which turns out to be a bad experience. The driver refused to pick me up at the airport. He just directly drove away without a stop at the terminal (Im 100% sure that he saw me waving my hands trying to get his attention & the shuttle was quite empty). I had to waited for another 25 min for another shuttle.I will tell my friends and colleagues to avoid parking here.

I had poor experience while dropping the car and picking back up.During dropping their attendant was helping a car that came much after us. Only thing it was a Tesla and ours was Toyota.While returning I had to wait for 45 minutes before getting a shuttle to their parking lot. Very poor customer service.

This is my 2nd time left my car here. But has a bad experience:1. For no reason, the shuttle refused to pick me up at Airport when I came back even though there were still spaces left on the shuttle. The driver just asked me to catch the next shuttle. That made me wait for another 10 mins.2. When came back to my car, I found I lost about 2 gallons of gas. Since I had havent took a picture of my mileage and the gas before parking my car. I have no evidence shows to them about my loss. But I still tried to tell them this. Do not park your vehicles here. I left my car here and they had tons of scratches and scrapes. They told me they look old and thats that.. If you care about being at ease of mind when leaving your car, do not park it here. Positive reviews here are from workers.

The prices are good for parking at SFO, but the lot can be difficult to find. My wife had been there many times from the south, but got lost trying to find it from the north. To be fair, that could be because theres been a lot of construction in the area for a while.
