These guys are amazing. Called on one day and they were able to come same day or next. I chose next but wow they were fast, honest and super helpful. They answered many of my questions about better care for my septic. Would call again and again. Customer for life!!

Their website says If you need a septic tank service of any kind, odds are Rendon Septic can handle it for you. However, when I called to have the lines located and for another simple task, I was told We only pump the tanks. I can not speak for the quality of service past this, but I am rather upset at the outright lie on the website. That is not professional.

Had a plugged line between the house and aerobic tank. Tanks had not been cleaned in 14 yrs, so it was time, assumed that was the problem. Had them out to clean the tanks. They were able to come out in 2hrs. Two men spent 2 1/2 hrs and cleaned everything from all three tanks, and found a plugged line. A flush beats a full house every time. Would definitely recommend them.

Our toilets were not flushing well so we decided it was probably time to have our septic tanks emptied out. Rendon Septic arrived right on time for our appointment and thoroughly pumped our septic tanks. This is our first time having a home that required this and the guys kindly explained to us what was going on and how to keep our system working well and they answered all of our questions. We did still have a problem with flushing after they left, but Cliff was kind enough to come back later that day and he worked on it until the issue was solved. Would definitely recommend this company!

Excellent service, great guys. They came out and serviced my system in the pouring rain.

Monday I was told that a rep will arrange to look at site, but know body showed up to give us a quote or view the septic. I received no feedback or follow up.

Fast service, very friendly service personnel. They were quick, and explained everything that they were doing and how to prevent future problems.

They did a great job and are the most affordable service around.
