Great & Fast serviceHad to have our aerobic septic replaced before selling our house & everything was handled fast. Service was above & beyond considering we didnt know anything about septic systems & approvals from the county. This problem was made less of a headache thanks to everyone here.

We used KountyWide Septic, now Cleburne Septic, to pump out our tank in Cedar Hill. I was really surprised they drove all the way to our house but so happy that they did. It was a hassle getting the proper approvals from the City of Cedar Hill to get someone they approved out there to pump our septic. Lisa was so sweet and patient. The technician that serviced our tank was very knowledgeable and has many years or experience. He didnt try to talk us into getting an aerobic tank since ours is 35+ years. I truly believe that this company is not one who will try to empty your pockets and scam you. Lisa also sent in our reimbursement request to our homeowners warranty company and didnt complain one bit. If Cleburne Septic covers your area, I highly recommend them!

My experience wasnt that great with this company. I really wish they had just said they didnt service my area instead of promising to to be available and then after I call back they tell me they cant until the following day then after that they said it would work out better for THEM on Friday. The lady on the phone was nice but didnt seem very organized and failed to keep me in the loop. She sort of acted like I was an inconvenience to them instead of just letting me know they didnt work in my area. The only reason I found out about it was because the person I did hire to do the job told me. Anyway i ended up canceling and when i did she said good that will work out better obviously only concerned about them and not the customer. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone unless you live next door and dont mind getting treated like youre a problem.

This company cleans the tanks very well and their installs are unparalleled to any other company that does installs in this area.
