Brought my 12 year old son in for a haircut. Luz was awesome with him. She greeted us at our appointment time. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted for him and she made it happen. He even got a wash right after. I have been taking him many places since we have moved and hadnt found a place yet, until now! We will definitely be back. You cant beat the service and the price.

Usually go to the Mansfield location but my barber was booked up, because shes awesome. Came to the burleson location and Sofia was amazing. Great skills and very impressionable. Will definitely see her again

We love going to The Garage! Ashley always goes out of her way to take great care of our son! Even though he is in a wheelchair she makes room and accommodates for him perfectly. He also gets to enjoy the same shampoo and hot towel experience his dad does. This is not a service he has gotten before we found Ashley because I think it is a little intimidating with him being in the wheelchair. We LOVE THE GARAGE!

Our usual stylist is out on maternity leave, so we have now seen two others. All three are amazing. Results are always great. My ten year old has said we will be only coming here from now on. We live about 45 minutes away and have no problem making the drive!

Travel and couldnt get home in time to go to my usual stylist. Made appointment first stylist available to get shampoo and cut. No idea who stylist was but she did good for a first time cut. They actually seem to have professional stylist unlike my experiences Sport Clips and other chains.

She carried the conversations well with a range of topics that kept me engaged during the entire appointment. The price is definitely worth the service. I believe the stylist name was Mandy. She was more than helpful and I did have a bunch of questions, because I’m going from a short haircut to long hair and beard. She was able to give me information of products I need to use and gave me a tutorial on how to trim the beard myself. Laid back environment and very clean.

My five-year-old son came here today and saw Tiffany! She was very sweet and friendly. This was the first time I let my son pick out what hairstyle he wanted, he loved it!

My barber was very good at what she does. I just needed a beard trim, and Jan made me look like I belong to the human race again. I hadn’t had it trimmed in forever, because of all this covid non sense, and now it looks and feels great. I will definitely be going back to her every time my beard needs freshening up. 10 out of 10 stars, highly recommend.

Im picky about my hair and was a little apprehensive and skeptical about trying someone new out, but theyre not lying, The Garage is great. Ive had long hair for a while and decided to get my shoulder length hair chopped off, not knowing what kind of style I wanted. Maddie was my stylist; she knew what she was doing and got me squared away with her skills and expertise. I mentioned a few types of hairstyles I was considering and let her do her thing. She took into account face shape, the way my hair flows, and explained why she was doing what she did. I was not disappointed. She took her time (~45mins), did a great job, and was also fun to talk to. $30 for a cut, shampoo, and style. If you need a haircut or just want to change it up, check out The Garage. Great experience, the barber gave me a cut and a trim when I didnt really know what I wanted, I told her a short style and she knew what would look best.

Relaxed atmosphere with professional quality. Sometimes the stylists have their kids along, it’s one of my favorite parts of the experience. Happy kids and moms make for a great environment. Props to the owner for keeping this place amazing.

Where to begin? Mandi was awesome! She was bright and bubbly but not annoyingly so. She was professional and fun to have as my stylist. My husband and 8 year old son go here all the time and I can’t tell you enough how good all the girls are! My husbands schedule is crazy so he can never set an exact day so he normally gets a different girl every time. Today I had to take my son and Maddie did such an excellent job, she was so friendly and did what my son wanted to a T!! We will defiantly use her the next time he goes!!!

Very unprofessional. I made an appointment online and it was confirmed online with a confirmation number. However, when I arrived at my scheduled time, they canceled my appointment. I will never do business here again. This is not good customer service.**UPDATE to response**While I do acknowledge the owner did take the time to respond (thanks), the response itself is an indication of the unprofessional leadership of this business. Instead of tactfully offering any sympathy for a possible misunderstanding, wherein the owner still could have explained their side (and possibly regained a customer), the owner went completely on the defensive of an apparent flaw in their appointment system and insinuated the customer was incompetent. I hope this is not an indication of how all customers are treated when voicing complaints as that reflects the poor customer service stated in my original review. Hopefully in the future, management will retain sympathy for their customers even in the tactful defense of their practices.

Love it. A MANS barber shop, beautiful ladys, beer (sodas if you dont beer), and TVs. Zoe is amazing and I will keep coming back as long as shes there, but all the ladys are sweet and really take care if their customers. Great products like gels, palm aides, beard oil, and etc.

Ive been going to The Garage for about a year for haircuts and beard trims and am consistently thrilled with my experiences. All of the ladies here are professional, kind, and do a great job. Tiffany is my go to. She is thorough, pays attention to the minor details in a way Ive never seen, and provides a genuinely enjoyable experience every time. The conversations never feel forced and I always find myself leaving in a great mood with an even better look. To top it all off, she is a massage therapist! What more could you ask for? I went yesterday for the first time. I had picked this place over Founders because of all the 5 star reviews. I will say, I did like how the haircut and beard trim turned out. The only problem was the barber was RUSHING!!! It was supposed to take about an hour or so. I was out of there in about 35-40 min. And that’s ok, if I don’t have to be there longer than needs it’s ok. I think she had to go to lunch and just wanted to be finished. the hair cut was ok but the beard trim was horrible. I got 3 small cuts from her pressing the machine against my throat. And again it happens but this was brutal. I don’t know if that how she usually works or if maybe it was just a bad day but I definitely won’t be back. I guess I should stick to some of the more mentioned barbers. Maybe she was a one off and the rest do a good job.

I just moved to the area and tried this joint twice...Wanted to make sure of my review. OUTSTANDING! The place is so kool and these ladies (Stormie and Brooklyn, are really great at their job! I now have a permanent place to get my hair cut. P.S.DONT even try knockouts...so dissappointing!

Every person at the Garage is amazing. I set appointments based upon my time schedule, and I am never afraid to use someone new. The quality control is superior. I have difficult hair, and I have never had anything less than a great hair cut at The Garage! They are happy to be there, and the environment is very relaxing. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have taken my Teen to Lyndsey for a couple of years no problems until recently. He has a lot of hair and it takes a little longer than 30 minutes. The last 3 appointments have been cancelled because the schedule didn’t allow enough time to be blocked out. Why is it always his appointment that gets cancelled ? Why not the one behind him if his was scheduled first. There is a flaw in the scheduling software that has caused Lyndsey to loose a client and my teen looking for another barber he likes.Not to mention she had hours available in front of and behind his scheduled time

The audacity of the girl at the front! Never will ever give them business!The inhumanity the girl at the front desk showed was profoundly unkind. She refused us because we were 7 mins late her time, 5 mins my time.She then said that our barbers already took their 5:00 appointments. It was 435. So I asked to be their 5:00 then... the girl then recounted and said that they were busy ans that’s not allowed.She huffed, rolled her eyes, and pointed her finger like a stuck up school girl.

I always have a good hair cut from the Garage in Burleson.

The girls that work at the establishment need to be retrained in how to cut hair, how to speak to their clients, and how to not be rude. I have never been somewhere that treated me and my family so poorly acting as if they were superior. They are over priced to the quality of hair cut. Great clips, pro cuts or your local dog groomer would do a better job.

I work in sales and travel a lot to see customers in person. Being well groomed is really important for my job. My hometown barber and I weren’t ever able to line our schedules up and I let my hair get out of control. A buddy at work recommended I get my hair cut by Lyndsay because she always did such a good job cutting his hair and she had a great personality. I went in and told her I didn’t know what hairstyle I wanted, I just wanted it to look good with length and I wasn’t a fan of combovers. Lyndsay went to work and came up with the coolest/cleanest style that fit everything I was wanting. She was quick, precise, and a blast to talk to while she was working. I will be going back to The Garage for my future haircuts.

I took my son to get his hair cut here. His hair looked like a 5 year old could have done a better job. The women working here need more training, I know people fresh out of school that are doing hair at higher skill levels than this garbage. Most people I know refer to this place as The Garbage and not The Garage!
