Don’t bother making an appointment- it’s a waste of time. The employees here don’t bother being on time or worrying about appointment times.I’ve used this place for several years and even deleted my 5 star review... this location has gone down hill fast.The haircut was good- but management needs to step it up.

I drive from Arlington just to go to this location. Well worth it! I have been going to Destiny for a while now and she is the best. She does great with my hair and she’s one of the few people I’ve found outside a barbershop that is great with beards. She is very detailed and takes time to make sure everything is perfect. The location is very clean and the people there are all friendly. All the TVs are a plus, too. Highly recommend going to see Destiny!

1st time ever to use get a haircut @ a Knockouts facility. Destiny was the lucky stylist to cut my hair, and that cutie did an outstanding job. GREAT service!

Went in for a beard trim. Needed it cleaned up without going too short. Liliana did an AMAZING job. All I had to say was Just a clean up and cut the stragglers. By far the best trim I have gotten anywhere and very affordable. I will definitely be back. Everyone there is very friendly while being very professional. Five stars all the way!

To start off Ive never been disappointed here. Ive always received top notch service. The complimentary drinks are definitely a plus.What really sets this place apart is the stylist Ive used the last few times, Brenda. She goes above and beyond to both give you an amazing cut and to feel like a beloved customer. Steady hands and a keen eye have left me beyond expectations each time. I highly recommend both this establishment and Brenda as your go to stylist.

What can I say?! I have had several different ladies in the shop and each one has been spot on with the cut. Appointment times make the wait minimal and keeps me on schedule.If I was picky Id could schedule with a certain barber, but Im not have yet to be disappointed.

Gina did an amazing job on my hair and beard. This was my first trip to get a cut since the beginning of Covid (8 months). She did exactly what I asked, and she made really helpful suggestions to further refine my look. I have a high profile business conference this following weekend and Im confident Ill show up looking the part. Definitely book yourself an appointment with this young lady.

Quality of service varies greatly with stylist. I have been many times but today was by far the best. Ms. Destiny gave me the haircut of a lifetime, absolutely perfect job done on both my hair and my beard. On top of the artistic perfection, she also had a glowing personality and kept conversation going smoothly without forcing anything. 10/10 would recommend!

Every time I come in she greets me, has a great attitude, and is welcoming to conversation. I love coming to this place everyone is so friendly and awesome. My stylist Valerie is awesome she even gave me a few pointers on how to keep my hair healthy and soft. It’s so much fun coming in and talking to her and everyone else. If anyone asks me where to go to get a great haircut this is the place I’d tell them to go.

I would like to say today was my first time at Knockouts. It was very clean, the ladies were nice and even got me in after I was late to my appointment. Brenda took care of me, cut my hair exactly how I like it. The only thing I will say needs to change would be the music, I get this is Texas but offer more genre variety over your sound system like rock or pop. First world problems but youd be surprised how something little can make a difference.

Sara did an awesome job on my haircut and beard trim. She was also really fun while she did it. If you try this location ask for her.

I decided to come here out of whim while driving by.I was greeted when I walked through the door, I grabbed a beer from the refrigerator which they have available for customers, and I watched the basketball game on the TV while I waited.I forget the girls name that did my hair, but she was great. I simply asked her to do whatever she wanted with my hair - whatever she thought would look good, and getting the haircut was as easy as that.As for the quality of the haircut. She did a great job. It looks good.I would recommend this place to any guy who would rather think less about the haircut, more about the experience, and can count on getting a good haircut.

I had never been here and decided to give them a go. Unfortunately, they were less than enthused to have a new customer. Made an appointment for 2:00 PM. Showed up 10 minutes early but didn’t get checked in immediately (even great clips has a greater/host)! The staff were not attentive and very unwelcoming. The fridge only had beer- no sodas or waters. There were empty soda cans scattered around the waiting area (unattended). After three other guys came in (long after I did) and got called back for cuts, I got up and walked out. So frustrating- especially since one of the girls told me it would only be w few more minutes (25 mins later!). So disappointing as I was wanting a heavyweight and a neck shave... just irritates me!Guess I’ll try the garage. Thanks for knocking me out to a competitor!

My haircut came out very different from what I wanted. The wait wasn’t long but the haircut took over an hour to complete. The hair stylist needed help from 2 of the other stylists to get the job done. So in total 3 stylists worked on my hair and resulted in something I did not want or liked very much. I had to do touch ups my self at home to my hair to at least make it look presentable.I would not recommend you choose this place for a haircut.

I came in 3 hours before my wedding. Everyone was nice and I got a seat right away. It didnt take very long and I was very satisfied!

What a fantastic place to get a beard trim! I went there at about 7:30 pm, so the place was slow and quiet. My stylist Alex did what I needed plus a little more, helping me understand some things. I definitely will go back if I need another trim or shave.

My first time at Knockouts. I needed to fix a bad haircut from a different barber. I was a little hesitant at first but I made a great choice. Laura listened to my concerns and gave me a great hair cut. I was so satisfied,I went for the beard trim and shave as well. I have been looking for a barber for about a year now and I think I finally found one. Will definitely be back.

First time going there was amazing. Very nice people and i recommend Valerie! She did amazing job!

Took my boys here for the first and last time. Staff wasnt welcoming from the start. My youngest sons hair was obviously uneven around his ears. I asked lady to fixed but still looked the same. After the 3rd try still didnt look even but wasnt going to risk it being messed up more. My other sons stylist (who cut his hair too short I later found out after leaving...hes 17 so I let him choose own style) rang us up and told her I would tip her $5 and my youngest sons stylist $2 because I wasnt happy with his. Again, not a friendly smile nor did she even say thank you for the tip. Nobody even said thank you come again.... but its okay I wont be coming back again. Spent $45 plus $7 in tips and could have spent less at Ultra Cuts but they were already closed and we needed cuts today. Lesson learned.If you pay attention to the managers response on reviews, its all the same. Almost verbatim.

This place is awesome. Ashlee was very efficient and friendly; providing an exceptional haircut experience. There was also some 90s Alternative music playing throughout the shop--which I enjoyed. This was my first trip to the Burleson shop, but it surely wont be the last.

Where ever Brenda Cortez goes, I go, No question. She is an absolute genie when it comes to haircuts. I could describe what I want horribly & all she does is make fun of me a little then gives me the best haircut of my life every time. If you want to upgrade your look, Brenda is the way go to.

Awesome experience. Im sure there are a few places that offer a decent hair cut for 8 bucks, but that is what you have, an 8 dollar hair cut. Been going to a few different Knockouts since 2007 and the Burleson store is the best. Easy to make an appointment and the ladies are always nice. Be sure to tip them, they work hard!

My new family

I took my 16 year old son today to get his long hair cut. When I called to see if there was an appointment available, I booked for shampoo and a cut. When we got there, I spoke with the stylist while my son was In the restroom and explained he had long hair and we needed some of the weight taken out and probably an undercut so he could pull it back for work, but said he wanted to keep length. I said unless he says differently. I went to sit down during his haircut. When he was finished he walked around the corner with short hair. I was under the impression this is what he had decided and was excited for the new look. In the car he was visibly upset and said he thought he was just getting an undercut. She did not do at all what was asked of her. She cut several inches (probably 5-6) off of my son’s hair that he had grown for 2 years. Had I known he didn’t ask for all of his hair to be cut off I would have said something there. Also, he was booked for a shampoo and wasn’t shampooed. Very disappointed. My son is also very upset.

I have been coming to this place for a couple of years and I wouldnt have anyone else cut my hair... then I come in a few months ago and they tell me everyone was let go. Totally bumbed but tried giving them a chance. It is a totally different place (not for the better) and havent had a good hair cut since. Just left there today with the worst one yet - I wont be back.Wish I knew where the other girls were working - they made it what it was.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. Kee welcomes me in as if I was the first customer coming in for the day. They had 2 customers in front of me. They did not hesitate to take me as a walk in. I had my 3 year old son whom hates hair cuts. After Kee was done cutting my hair she offered to stay late and cut my sons hair. My son has never stayed still and without crying with anyone in 3 years. Kee was patient and knew how to make my son comfortable to allow her time to cut his hair. There are a few good ones but it seems like a great clips can do the same quality for less. Atleast I dont pay over 20 for my hair being cut way wrong (not the first time it was cut wrong btw)The manager reached out to me and allowed me to voice my concerns so I raised my star from 1 to 2 star for good customer service. It was fine, Wedsdays they give a beer or shot. They hair cut was one of those that was not short enough to last long, I asked for a zero fade... God like a one fade...good, not great.
