What an amazing place to go to!! Such a positive and upbeat environment. The whole staff are so friendly and welcoming! Krystal completely transformed my hair and always goes above and beyond with my expectations. She is truly amazing and so so talented at what she does!! Krystal does many different services. She also waxes my eyebrows and does henna and I’m gonna have her give me a lash lift and tint! I’ll never go anywhere else!! Super happy with everything...

Thursday March 25th 2021 I went in for appointment with my daughter I had scheduled at 3:30. When I made the appointment I told them I only needed them to wash and blow dry our hair. Although arriving to the salon 10 minutes late do to a construction detour. I was told to have a seat. The two women admittedly went to whispering mode. I could hear things like thats a lot of hair. After whispering for a couple of minutes I was approached by the two ladies. They stated that they had no idea that there would be two of us (Although I made it clear on the phone) and only had time to do one. Okay that was fine I told them to do my daughters hair and Id do my own. After washing my daughters hair everything seems to be going well until Linda starts talking (mind you in front of my daughter and another client) you know they dont teach us how to do you alls hair in school mind you all I ask her to do is wash and blow dry her hair. She also apologized to her other client stating she didnt know she had to wash and blow dry her hair. (I guess we where supposed to leave with our hair soaking wet.) The whole experience was uncomfortable and the wost part was my 16 year old daughter was made to feel bad about her beautiful natural hair. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

My stylist Linda was awesome did a great job on my hair the other stylist not professional at all but her Wal Mart liked her but a total ego manic and controlling of other stylist because she has more experience wanted to charge me 25 dollars for ever additional toner needed to take the brass out of my hair not good costumer service yuck 🤢

I got a haircut at this location today. I wanted a “LOB” or a long bob. I brought an inspiration photo. The hair landed an inch or so below the shoulders. My hair was to the middle of my back. Now I have hair to the middle of my neck/ almost to my chin that isn’t even straight. I have awful layers in it and I can’t seem to contact a manager for this location. Avoid if it at all possible.[EDIT / UPDATE]I was contacted literally about 10 minutes after this review. For Tera and Linda’s service alone, I’ll raise the star rating. My hair is still awful and unfixable 😥, but I was issued a full refund and Tera is going to fix it for me when it grows out enough to. Thank you Tera and Linda!

My four year old wavy hair was cut without being wet. I thought that seemed strange, but Im no hair stylist. After her bath I brushed it out and its horrible! it has areas that are close to 2 inches different. I am so upset.

Krystal is a supremely talented cosmetologist. I have been coming to her for years and she never lets me down. The people here are friendly and will always take care of your needs. Krystal even recommended that I NOT straighten my hair in fear of damaging or over processing the previous services I have had done by her. That is a first for me.
