Guys did a great Job on charging AC and Alignment on the 36 Dodge truck

Tried to schedule times to get alignment done on my vehicle. Both days they had sent the gentleman that was supposed to do it out on errands and he wouldnt be back for an hour or so. First day I was told to call back in 4 hours. Called back and scheduled for 8am the next morning so that I could be first in line and when I arrived at 8 the staff was dismissive as they were in a meeting. When the lady met me at the front desk she said the guy had just left to get parts and would be back in about an hour. Save yourself some wait time and call NTB first. They got me in with very little wait and the staff was much friendlier.

Had my engine replaced.Gave them two extra weeks to make it almost a month to get the job done, and yet few days later I notice two different leaks so Im stuck spending more $$$ to get all that fixed on top of $6800 I paid them to replace my engine.Owner ignores my texts and will not help/credit back. Avoid at all costs.Never again

This place is great and affordable had the wheels alignment done and the price was very reasonable Ill definitely becoming back thanks guys.

Sad, the place looked like a junkyard and the cars were not cleaned inside or out. Stunk. I never even drove it and will definitely under no circumstances be back.

I have had 3 different vehicles there. And so far i have had no problems. Great people there. Nice, honest, and everyone that is there all seem to care and want to help. I will keep bringing any vehicle problem to them.

I k how everyone at the shop personally. Theyre great guys. And theyre not gonna screw you on the work. And No shop has a warranty on the work they do but the parts they install have warranty so if something goes wrong you save money for the part. Labor is whole different charge. If you dont like that do it yourself.

They were very helpful and gave me a couple of options for repair, including installation of my own parts.

Went for an alignment and oil change. Tried to sell me $1200 worth of repairs that were not needed. And got home, oil plug was not tightened so had very large oil stain in my driveway and had to go buy more oil to replace it

I had two cars aligned they did a great job. They also did a break job that would have cost twice as much somewhere else. THEY ONLY did the repairs thay were needed and did not try to add on extra services. Their honesty is appreciated and they stand behind their work.

Dropped if my 07 Dodge Charger there before I went on vacation. They called me and let me know what the issue was. Had a bad engine. They recommended to get another vehicle instead of fixing that one. Very honest shop and was able to help me figure out best financial option for me. They didn’t sit there and just take my money like most shops do. I can guarantee you I will never take my vehicles anywhere else just due to their honesty and being straight forward they are of course backed up on vehicles, it what do you expect from a shop that conducts business professionally and affordable?!!!

The office staff here is amazing, and the mechanics nothing short of miracle workers. Prices are about average to above-average for auto repair, they can get your vehicle fixed more quickly than most other places Ive been to.

I want to start by saying I deal with the public everyday in my line of work, so my expectations for service I receive needs to be above and beyond what even most expect. Superior Auto Repair did just that. I called for a quote and Jon was courteous and helpful and they fit me right in the same day. After all work was done and I was on my way, they told me to give them a call if I need anything, even if it consist of them coming to my home to help out. Pricing was fair, service was exceptional and my overall experience was nearly perfect. I know how important it is for great reviews, people always take the time to write the bad ones, (and we cant please everyone) but rarely take the time to write the good ones. Jon, Jason and everyone here, I just want to say thank you. I will send anyone in the Burleson area to you guys from now on! Keep up the good work.

Went to Superior based on these online ratings and they were spot on! At Superior you get the same level of trained technicians as a dealership for half the price. They are all ASE certified and Toby the manager is a Master technician. They did a fantastic job on my front end and brakes and I will look no further, since I have found the Best Thanks Guys!

I like this shop! Good honest people that truly try to help. Had my car into dealership and they quoted me $1,700 to fix the front end. when they inspected it only a outer tie rod was bad. Cost less than $500 and car was perfect.

Too bad I cant give zero stars... Bought their groupon for a good deal on an oil change and it ended up almost ruining my car. Got my oil changed with them and a few weeks later found all the oil from my car on the floor of my garage. Took it to the nearest shop and found out that whoever changed my oil had forgotten to put a gasket on the oil pan. I paid for ANOTHER oil change at that shop so I could even drive my car. The technician even there offered to talk with Superior to explain what he had found. When I called Superior, Kelly told me very rudely that there was nothing she could do about my situation. When I told her she would lose my business, she said Well sir, youre gonna have to do what youre gonna do. They almost ruined my car and cant refund $26 or do ANYTHING to make up for their oversight? ... dont risk your vehicle or waste your money.

Customer service doesnt work here. I bought an oil change, tire rotation, and headlight restoration. Three hours later, my interior had grease all over, my headlights were white all over instead of the edges, and they sanded the paint as well as the headlights. I didnt notice the paint until later. The manager denied everything and told me that it was my word against theirs. He laughed and told me that I shouldve taken before pictures. Even if they give you a deal... DONT DO IT!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. One star is far too much for this place. I had moved here from Kansas and needed to get my breaks done as well as my A/C charged. I looked through reviews to find a good shop, this place had great reviews (I later went through and noticed all the goods ones were a number of years ago and all the recent reviews were warning of this place) I had to leave for a trip in Houston by 9am on Saturday. I told them numerous times I had to leave by a certain time, and in fear of not having my car back I told them I would get the work done when I came back. They promised up and down, guaranteed it would be done. (I dropped it off Thursday night and they had all Friday to work on it). Saturday morning I called to pick it up, and it wasnt done. Told me it would be another hour. Called back hour later and said they had a bunch of parts out and it was being put back together. The parts they listed were to do with the engine NOTHING to do with my breaks or charging the Freon. Called back again they went on how some things needed to be fixed immediately cause it wasnt safe to drive. Mind you I just had our trusted mechanic completely look over my car before we left. (didnt have the extra cash to get it done there thanks to moving expenses). They kept making excuses why my car wasnt ready even though I ONLY got my Freon charged and my breaks done. By 3pm we had enough and told them we were coming up there, car still wasnt ready so we talked to the manager and he was completely rude and disrespectful. I never had any issues with my car, and ever since I took it to them I have had non stop issues. Conveniently there was other customers in there complaining about the exact same thing. What was originally a $400 job turned into $1000. I will NEVER use them again and will make sure no one else will be scammed by them.

Most terrible customer service Ive ever had. No one ever answers the phone and if the day there rates are threw the roof compared to other shops near buy.

I have a truck that was miss firing. I brought it here, was told it was the number 6 fuel injector. Cost about 675.00 plus parts. Didnt work. Was called and told it was something different (losing compression) and that trying to fix it would be another 1K with no guarantee that it would work and if it didnt work, would be 2500.00 to replace the motor. So, i decided to put this project on the back burner, go pick up the truck. With 3 hours of picking it up, the fuel line pops off an injector. So, im stranded on the highway, my wife has to leave work to come get me. They haul it back to the garage, call the next day saying its fixed, hoping that part is fixed now, we shall see. I picked it up and not even an Im sorry for your inconvenience from them. Now I have a headache from smelling gas. Thanks for nothing Burlesons Best Automotive. SMH

Very, very unhappy with my experience. They replaced two injectors on my diesel truck and charged over $2,000. Drove out of town two days later and broke down because they used a bad refurbished part. Refused to warranty work or work with me in any way. Asked to speak to owner as he was the decision maker regarding this situation, and he would not return my call. I said that I would be cancelling my payment through my credit card company, and they threatened to put a mechanics lean on my truck if I were to do so.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE GUYS!I took my 1984 GMC here for inspection one day. The mechanic seemed bothered that he had to do an inspection but I figured I would give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was busy on something else. So after waiting over 45 minutes I was told that my truck failed because I had no high beam indicator and my windshield wipers did not return to the park position when turned off. I told him that I did have the high beam indicator and tried to show it to him on the dash but he could not be bothered to look again. I then asked him to show me where in the reg books it said I windshield wipers had to go to the bottom of the windshield when turned off but he said he could not show me the reg books. He made sure I knew that they could fix all my problems. Went to another shop and it was passed with flying colors. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE GUYS! THEY ARE SHAM ARTISTS THAT LOOK FOR PROBLEMS THAT DONT EXIST!

The place is under new ownership and management. All I needed was a tire rotation and no complaints, as of yet.

Marketed through valuepak but never can take your business? My advice would be not to run a marketing campaign if you can’t handle regular business day to day.

Took my vehicle to this shop for a major repair. After numerous attempts to get them to complete the work as agreed upon I could see it wasnt going to happen. More concerned about defending themselves than keeping a customer.

Went to get an alignment and they went under my hood instead and took my radiator tunes lose. I began dripping coolant and noticed that my radiator was dry. Checked all of the tubing and saw that they intentionally moved my tubing from where I originally had it. You saw the indentations where the tubing was and where they placed it to leak fluid. Never recommend them.

I sent my daughter to check on her car and get an estimate, how much fixing would cost. They said to look at car and give an estimate cost $88.00. Well, they have lost my business for sure. Very rude.

I would not have minded the nutty religious pamphlets in the lobby if they had been competent mechanics.
