I lost a tooth while visiting Burbank called nancy lee office and she took me in right away, I moved out Burbank 7 years ago and they treated me as if I never left. And anyone who knows me, they know Im not a fan of dentists but nancy Lee changed my entire attitude toward dentists and Im telling you if you have any problem with your teeth you CANNOT find a better dentist or staff period. So from someone who had a ton of teeth problems because for years I refused to go to dentists but after one visit. I knew I could find a better dentist or her amazing staff. So go see dr. Nancy Lee you too will become a believer in her professionalism and the from her amazing staff. Dont be stubborn like I was go see her she will help you

Dr. Lee and her team are terrific. They are very accommodating and caring and take great care of my teeth. You can tell the rapport among the staff is really good--thats a good sign that they respect each other professionally, and for good reason.

I have been going to Dr. Lees office for the past twenty years now. What I could say about Dr. Lee is that this has truly been the best decision that I have ever made. This is the 4th dental office my children and I have tried over the last couple years and it’s a keeper. The staff is professional and qualified. The office is clean, and has updated technology. Dr Lee herself is a gem. Personality was a bonus to her expertise. Glad to have found a dentist to stay with long term.

Dr. Lee is an amazing dentist! Although she has a few dentists working under her, she can single handedly perform any procedure with precision and care. She performs extractions, implants, and crowns better than any specialist. She is wise, detail-oriented, and caring and frequently attends conferences to keep abreast the latest technology and procedures. She makes impeccable decisions, and I always trust her. I give Dr. Lee my highest recommendation; everyone that I refer has loved her!

Great care. Dr Lee and staff are friendly, gentle and very thorough. They have comfortable chairs in exam rooms all have flat screen TVs. Also x-rays are digital. Just put in an imaging machine. All equipment is the best and newest. I will never change dentist I know drive two hours just to see her.

This was my first time trying a new dental office after 20 something years and I’m so glad I came to media center dental. Making an appointment was easy, they have plenty of parking and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. At the end of my appointment they recapped my visit and, most importantly, explained the cost of my future visit.Overall, my family’s experience has been a 5 star!

Dr. Lee is very capable and is the best dentist. She has great bedside manner and we travel over 30 miles to see her. Shes been taking care of our family for around 10 years. My kids just adore her and loves coming to get their check-ups. She is extremely caring and always takes time to speak to my children.

I avoided the dentist for a long time because I wasn’t making the best decision, so when I was long overdue and didn’t know where to go, somehow I found this place.Upon the first visit I was already in awe. She’s gentle, she’s kind.When doctor Lee isn’t available (because she’s a busy lady!!) I started seeing Dr. Stephen Serino. I want to be this guys friend. He’s a fun person to talk to (which is ironic being you can’t talk when you’re at the dentist.) and he always make me feel cared for. He has done my fillings now and they are the best I have ever had.I have sent my Father here. I have sent my husband here. I will send anyone who ever asks here.Thanks guys for the great work! I had my cleaning there two weeks ago and I realized that I have been a patient with Dr. Lee for nearly 10 years. Over this period of time, not only has she and her team consistently provided exceptional service and professionalism, but it is undeniable how much she cares about all her patients.Ive had multiple fillings done here and also had issues with grinding my teeth at night. She recommended a night guard and was incredibly thorough in educating me and providing insights that only someone with years of experience and diligence would possess. Dr. Nancy Lee approaches every aspect of dentistry as a craftsman (woman), not just a technician.Her team is incredibly proactive about answering questions and responding to my calls in the last 10 years.Im currently looking into Invisalign, and although there are others places that cost less, I will most likely go with her.Even though, I only see Dr. Lee twice a year, it is always refreshing to know that I will never be treated as just another number here.Cheers!

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Lee and Dr Nova. I had various procedures done at their office from root canals, crowns and an implant. I am very happy with the outcome of every visit. They are honest dentists that will advice you on what the best approach for your dental care is, they saved me from prior poor judgement from other dentist. I moved to Santa Monica and given my poor experience with other dentist now I rather drive to The Valley to receive my dental care from this office.
