I went to Arthur T Moore Tax Preparation last year for my corporate and personal taxes after a recommendation from an associate and was blown away by the service I got.My past experience with CPAs was that the world of taxes is extremely complicated, requires tremendous work on their part and it was all very nebulous.Art gave me the opposite impression; he was fast, thorough, very clear in his communications on what was needed and then just simply worked his magic.Definitely going back to them this year - and weirdly looking forward to it!Highly recommended!

Coming to this office will put you at risk with the IRS. They are not licensed CPAs, they are not licensed anything, so they risk nothing. I was audited and he disappeared, no return phone calls, nothing, according to the IRS this office is known for having a lot of audits due to his boo boos. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I repeat AWFUL. You will have to hire a CPA and you will regret using them now, do not do it.

I am writing this on behalf of my fiancé, who has used Art Moore to file taxes for a few years. This last year he received a letter from the IRS stating that he hadnt accounted for all of his income and owed $$. Thats the first mistake Art made.My fiancé decided to give him another try this year. He drove 1.5 hours to Burbank, called to say he would be late and ask if it was okay (rush hour traffic). They said, sure, come on in. He waited an hour to meet with Art once he got there. After an hour of listening to Art BS with someone in his office, Art walked out of his office and said he was done for the day. My fiancé had to drive another 1.5 hours home, all for nothing.It is beyond rude to tell someone that its OK that they are a bit late, have them continue to drive to the appointment, then decide not to meet. He wasted 4 hours of my fiancés time.Do not waste YOUR time with this careless and inconsiderate person.
