I do not recommend this type of accountant I collect and I never send my taxes to the franchise tax board and they are charging me interest per month and they do not want to take charge and not return the money on those taxes !!! they are already with several companies !! the same and he never answers and everything he wants by email seems super informal and unprofessional !!!
