Do not bother going here. I went for a simple soak off and manicure. First the male tech barely soaked my nails. Then proceeded to rip off my nails, yes my natural nail along with the acrylic. He made one finger nail bed bleed. I asked him to not file it as it was injured. He argued that it was gentle and I was fine. He then demanded I pay before he finished. He charged me $5 over what I was quoted. I asked it to be fixed snd he said I was wrong. He then sloppily painted my nails. He bumped my hands together messing up the paint on a nail. He didnt want to fix it. Dont waste your time, money or take the health risk at this nail salon. I now have to go redo my manicure myself. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. Worse salon experience Ive ever had.

1st time there. Not too bad. May need to see what the fill looks like as well. Will return.

My daughter got her nails done here and its just okay. Nothing spectacular or anything but the prices are good. Maybe Ill give it another try but I wasnt overly impressed l.

This place used to be the best place but honestly never again will I ever get my nails done here they are fat and very lumpy, Im not a person to hate but these nails have been the worst PERIOD. wouldnt recommend this place at all unless you go with just Diane or Mary.

Rushed and not relaxing at all. They cut me twice once on my finger and once on my toe. The lady doing my nails was very aggressive and left my gel polish looking like a child painted my nails. They were lumpy, uneven, and streaky. The women who did my toes was more welcoming and nice but the polish still looked bad and she left my toe nails uneven. I asked them to file my nails and toes and they still used clippers and left my nails so short.

I used to come here when I was in high school. It was always small, but a nice friendly welcoming place. The staff has changes, but the vibe is still the same. Ill be back.

I have visited several times for manis, pedis and most recently a waxing appointment. Gorgeous decor, friendly staff, great music and super comfy chairs. Every once in a while there might be some bubbles or its not quite as perfectly done as I would like, but its by far the most relaxing salon in all of Burbank and that goes really far in my book.

So aggressive for no reason. My lady was so mean to me too. She did them so fast and at the end they looked so bad.

Unless youre a regular here you wont get the best service. I waited 5 minutes until someone asked what I needed help with. Then once they asked me to sit at a chair, i waited another 15 minutes for the lady to finish the other costumer (mind you i asked several times how long it would take). Once I was assisted I asked for a gel manicure, the nail tech. Iooked at my nails dipped my hands in water for about 5 seconds each, brushed them and then dried them. He clipped about 3 small pieces of cuticles and began the nail polish process. Did one coat of nail polish, put my hands in the UV light machine for about 2 minutes each hand and said i was done. The entire process took about 10 minutes (I KID YOU NOT) and i was then charged. I asked if that was it because clearly i have had gel manicures before that took at least 20 minutes done professionally. I paid and gave no tip, he began speaking his language and i was asked why no tip. I told them why and they began speaking in their language and then said bye. The entire time i sat there through the process i could hear other regular customers being treated differently and massaged and the whole 9 yards. Its been 2 days since my experience and my gel nails are already peeling.

I have gotten my nails done here for three years and I’m going to be honest the only reason I still come here is because it’s close to my house and today was the last day I ever come here. Usually they do a good job and charge me about $40 for a set of acrylics and today a Armenian girl about 16 came in and threw a fit so they gave her the better nail artist and me (the regular customer who they recognized)they went ahead and gave me the person they just recently trained. The women barely spoke English and couldn’t communicate with me and several times she kept trying to argue with me because she messed up my nails and made them wayyyyu too short so she had to start over and even five minutes after she randomly brought it up again. She kept filing the shavings right into my face because she decided to lift my hand up for a better view and when it came time to pay she charged me $45...I didn’t tip her because she did a terrible job and I’m legit 19 and make way less than these women do and then she had to nerve to try and ask me if I was gonna tip and I pretended not to hear her and she kept repeating it. I tip every single time but this time I was fed up because she did a terrible job and I’m very patient and when she decided to ASK for a tip that guranteed 100% that I’m not coming back here

Horrible service and highly unfriendly staff. They will make you wait as long as they need to. They do not care if you make a reservation, if they are busy you will be totally out of luck. Staff is highly unsanitary and I even had my foot coughed on multiple times while getting a pedicure. Do not recommend to anyone.

I came in and was told it would be a 20 min wait. I went off to roam around and came back waited a bit more and was seated just to be told to get up and “wait 5 minutes” so someone who had literally just walked in could be helped right away. I tried being ok about it and sat for a bit off to the side. I had somewhere to be in which I was pushing time back to sneak a manicure in and being told to wait after a half hour of waiting is straight up bs. Not the first time I have a bad experience here, have had a shard popping out of my nail and my skin filed through. Considering still trying to give this place a shot and still having something like this occur would say Nope spend your money else where.

I enjoy getting my pedicure here. Mary is outstanding!!! A+

Lovely salon and friendly staff. Place gets busy on the weekends, make an appointment for sure! Busy spot, but that should tell you it’s a local favorite !

If you want to get an infection, perfect place to go. They dont sanitize their utensils.
