Excellent service. Everyone is very friendly. Been going there for about a year. Im fqithfull customer of Annie for my nails and Dianne for my pedicure. Here are some examples of their great job. And I usually dont have to come back for a refill for about 3/4 weeks and they dont peel off from top if you dont fill right away. I highly recommend then 👌

It never fails once again Michael has proven himself and how great of a job he does on my nails all the time. Because of my time constraints I have been going somewhere else but I always come back to Michael and his expert way of shaping my nails perfectly to the tee. They have a vast numerous color choices. And their spa pedicure is to die for.I have been coming here for 4 years, I love Michael he always goes beyond for people, I always leave this place with a smile and a bounce to my walk..... They have a ton of color gel selection.....

This place is cash only and you have to sit outside in 100° heat to get a manicure. They really should tell you that up front. Also, this place does not have an ATM. Please make this clear to your customers. If I had known, I would have made other arrangements, or come on a day that the weather is nicer. Very disappointed. Covid-19 has made everything challenging, I know, but clarity would help in a situation like this for future clients.

Terrible service when Michael is away. The women in this salon refused me at 6:45pm and they dont close until 8pm weekday. Said it was slow so they were closing early. Better Business Bureau here I come. You want quality people, and good tippers, but refuse to GIVE good service. I just want a good consistent nail salon that care about regular clients. This was unacceptable!

In the past I would go to Divas Nails, however Becky who owned it I found out left a year ago, so naturally I had to find a new place to go to. So I looked up Lovely Nails saw all the reviews for it and booked my appointment today. I must say that I was incredibly happy and Michael who is the only man there did a great job, very friendly and very professional. The prices were also reasonable. I would highly recommend this Nail Salon and I most definitely will be going back there to get my nails done. I rate this place a 5 star. Go and see for yourself.

I love this place ! Micheal does the best nail job ! & hes the nicest, plus the nails stay put for as long as you need them too. Ive been too many nail places but this one is defiantly my favorite ! The pedicurists here are very professional. They have great customer service, are very clean, and always do a great job. I recommend them highly!

There didnt seem to be a lot of structure within the employees - one woman started to take off my gels, but them promptly abandoned me when her appointment showed up even though she made it seem like I was her appointment. So then I sat awkwardly at one of the tables, with tin foil on my fingertips, for twenty minutes waiting for my actual manicurist.Decent quality for the price. Was able to get an appointment within an hours notice.

Today I had a bad experience one of my nails is crooked and the lady got mad because she had to fixed it and put the gel polish again. I hate it they give you attitude. The job is NOT FREE. So I want a great job. I work HARD too for my money. By the way her name is Helen. She was RUDE

The best thing about this place is how inexpensive it is. Very affordable. That said, you dont get any amenities - no vibrating spa chairs with foot baths. Its pretty old school. The staff is pleasant enough - like most nail salons nowadays they dont realize its a luxury business and they rush you along. The place is surprisingly busy.

Went in to check it out and see de acrylic nails design samples and didnt see any so I asked and a rude woman said: what do you mean samples?? So I asked again and she said very rufe,: we dont have any. So I said No and left. Is so dirty and al.ost no waiting area. I am glad I went in to check this place out before getting nails done. They raised the prices too much and now they think they are some high luxury spot it’s super Dirty and Helen did my nails so bad . I asked for her to help me choose a color and she didn’t want too. She was being so rude .

You get what you pay for. $14 for a pedi...no magic massage chair...feet in a tub, old school. Customer service does not exist...just clueless. I just take headphones and a book. I like the price. Want fancy go to Oasis on Magnolia...its like going on a relaxing vaca for an hour...just pricey for this girl.
