I went here a couple of weeks ago and got a manicure and pedicure done, the service wasn’t the best the lady that did my nails was extremely rude but i was somewhat pleased with my nails...well today i decided it was time to take my nails off and when i took my nail off i literally had a fungus on my middle finger. I will never come here again, this is beyond ridiculous.

One girl was being soo rough to my friends fingers she cut them and she left them bumpy and she’s was being a bit aggressive and then she had to go to the manager and she made them better but overall my friends fingers burn and we do not recommend this place

The manager was rude and aggressive and she also rushed through my nails. My nails look terrible yet she’s suppose to be the manager.

The man that doesnt wear glasses is the best, he takes his time and so polite.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When this spa first open I was a consistent client and really enjoyed the staff and their work but things changed along the way and I stopped going. Haven’t been in years but yesterday I decided to go because I was in the area; Biggest mistake ever! It definitely reminded me of why I stopped going in the first place. Owner was completely rude with a attitude while me and my cousin walked thru the door With our masks on she ran in our face with temperature meters first very rudely & when a big group came in after us she didn’t even budge to check theirs but I let that one slide no big deal. Long story short, She then proceeded to do my nails aggressively & absolutely too fast trying to rush and literally had each nail a different shape and size that was very noticeable and thought it was okay and it was not. It literally looked like I let a kid play on my nails and I wasn’t accepting that at all but I kept itProfessional I was willing to pay to get them soaked off because I refuse to pay full price for such a horrible job and when I told her they were overly sloppy she got mad and said go elsewhere and that’s exactly what I did! I took my hard earned money to people who actually deserved and earned it! Idk if she was having a bad day or what but you never bring negative energy into your place of business ever..I will never step foot in this place again.. it also wasn’t clean at all..supplies for full set looked very unsanitary and they didn’t care plus their attitudes suck! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

I got them done there and the lady was just so mean and my nails are not even shape right and they left my nails with bumps and the nail polish was all over my fingers I do not recommend it.

Shady pricing. $76 for pedi and acrylic nails and the lady said that they charged extra cause the acrylic powder was pink instead of clear and because I asked for only the tips to be painted. Didn’t alert me about the extra charge and gave me a couple cuts. Came here a couple times but it’s always the same thing.

If I were able to leave 0 stars I would. I walked into this place today 07/05/2020 to get my nails done for my birthday. I shouldve known I was about to receive a lackluster experience when no one spoke to me. I waited for 15 minutes and no one even bothered to acknowledge I ever walked in. I didnt get upset but I am disappointed at the lack professionalism and customer service I received or the lack there of. I spent money on an uber to get here and then had to uber to another nail salon as I dont live here. Overall terrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!

I go here often and I always make an appointment to get my fill-ins with Haibo. He doesn’t rush and my nails are always looking great. Prices are good compared to other nearby areas.

It was an awesome experience. The place is very nice and very clean, Sammie did my pedicure as well as my manicure. She was very patient and just took a lot of time and what she was doing. My granddaughter 17 months had to meet me there and they were patient with her and real friendly. I think imma get my nails done more often. Its just a nice clean not overcrowded place. They do a lot of extras like lotion gloves while they were doing my pedicure extra massages and heat on my legs this beautiful. I 100% recommend this nail spa. And I am a real person!

I don’t understand why this place gets such bad reviews. I love it! I’ve been coming here for the last two years and I’ve always gotten great service and beautiful nails. No one has ever been rude to me. I will continue using them.

I brought my mother to get her nails done for mother’s day since that’s what she wanted.I had an appointment with my nail girl at another place unfortunately I couldn’t take her to her because she was full for the day. So before I left I gave instructions to the lady of exactly how my mother wanted them because my mother doesn’t speak English, I told her she wanted short coffin nails to ask her when the time came the exact length and my mother would tell her since she understand some English.When I got my mother I look at her nails and they are bulky, long, and look oval! It was nothing compared to my shape and mind you mine were coffin as well. We couldn’t go back because we had to pick up my younger brother from school. But later that day I came back and I told her the issue and I even had her compare my nails to my mother’s the difference was ridiculous. Not only are they really rude but she kept saying I didn’t tell her anything. This is the second bad encounter I have with them and never again will I bring her, myself, or recommend it to anyone.If they don’t like what they do I don’t know why they do it.

I went in yesterday....told me 30 min wait I saw 2 employee doing nothing...so I told them I would return...went to the store next door came right back....the same 2 employees still doing nothing....so I set down and waited another customer walk right in and got service right on the spot from 1 of the employees that was doing nothing...she wanted the same service as me a full set... I just got up and left....I refuse to spend my money with unprofessional rude ppl.

Ill never go back to this place. Everybody that works there are rude. They rush on your nails. My nails are terrible. It took 3 different nail techs to complete my gel full set with no chip. I payed through Groupon so I couldnt get a refund. The owner is VERY rude. Shes so nasty.. me and my mom heard racial slurs we stayed calm and left as soon as they was finished. They need to close this place down.

I’ve been going here for months only because I’ve been lazy on finding somewhere else but today was my last day giving them my money. The owner always tries to tell you what to do or get like she’s paying for your services! I payed with my card I’m happy I looked at the paper because she charged me a extra $6.00 & when I asked her why she said she thought I was said something about a tip. We never spoke about a tip (which I had a few dollars in cash to give the young lady who did my nails) when I asked for her to return the extra $6.00 I was charged she got mad like I was in the wrong.

This place is horrible. My first and last time going. The staff is rude and we were rushed. They made me pay before my nails were even close to done. Same with my friends i could understand some of what was said money money pay pay...she didnt even clean off my nails after filing them no lotion or the stuff that makes them shiny once i paid she had no intrest in doing anything else. I know i heard her call my friend the n word...no tip and i will never go back EVER!!!!

I was rushed out when a favorite white customer arrived I was the only patron of color so they thought, all the other patrons were of Spanish descent,my nails were still wet the owner stood over me, said something to the young lady doing my nail,she grab my shoes the owner grabbed my arm and tried to escort me to a table like I was using link to pay for services. I asked if they did designs she said yes and pulled out this horrible stencil paper that was my second and last visit to this racist shop

I called and made an appointment for my birthday after bringing my mother to them just for the lady in the first chair with that red and white apron on to be upset that I actually came and also on time just for her to not even shape my nails right all were uneven plus the White polish was clumpy and I payed for no chip and gel nails my toe nails were cut uneven and the lady did not know how to apply glitter so simple! I will never go to them again she had an attitude with me the entire time AND IM THE CUSTOMER WHOS PAYING FOR NOT EVEN SATISFACTION! only thing this place can do is massage feet! If you have a big occasion or like to look at your nails alot do not come here youll be disappointed!

The service was alright. I got a seat fast but the women doing my nails bruised my nail bed when she was filing them down. When she finally put the fake nails on she filed them so terribly. They were very crooked. I don’t have them on anymore because they were so crooked and painful. But my thumb, pinky, and pointer finger nails are still bruised. I will not be going here again and I don’t recommend that anyone else does. Terrible job done and the prices weren’t good either

I had the worst time here i asked for a ombre dip powder they charged me $58 and they are the worst asked the lady to make them thinner because they are incredibly thick and she was bothered by it the color is off the shape is off

I have been going here since they open. I was literally just there 2 days ago and the paint chipped on my feet. The owner tried to charge me to redo and not only that the lady who did them act like she didn’t remember and I tip the employees very well always give everyone who works on me $5 a piece. I had to change my nail tech because my nails were not lasting. After this incident happened today I will not be attending there any more that was her unprofessional on there behalf.

The owner was blowing her nose in the sink, And I told her. Why she do that.. and I saw the people washing the hand in the sink. I refused.Also I had fungus infection 2x in my toes both feet.. disgusting place

I got my gel noChip nails done here and 6 days later they started falling off. They did not even last longer than 1 week. The same thing happened with my no chip manicure. I am so disappointed I have been a customer for 2 years. I am not coming here anymore.

Its ok I guess

My sister and I went to this place last week. We got the spa pedi and a no-chip mani. We were there an hour before close- which I know is late. The staff rushed and didnt do a very good job at all. I kind of wish they would have just turned us away. Then, I tipped my techs in cash and paid with my card. I clearly write a zero with a line through it in the tip space on the receipt, and was charged $7 for a tip. I will NEVER go back. This is bad practice. I could have overlooked bei by rushed, but adding a tip like that is TERRIBLE practice.

The owner a lady made me pay a tip because I wanted Haibo to do my nails bc I like his work but the same week later about 4 of my nails broke and chipped badly how when I paid for a soak off and a an over lay nails were suppose to last for 2weeks but they are all cracked across never will go there ever again I was coming every 2 weeks but never again got to the shop at 10am didnt leave until 2pm..I guess the owner got mad bc I didnt want her 2 do my nails I wanted the man next 2 her very petty
