A beautiful spa with wonderful staff. This is the most relaxing place I have ever been for a manicure and pedicure. The chairs were very comfortable, and a warm neck wrap was offered. The nail techs who worked with me were very professional and friendly. Both the interior and exterior service areas are beautiful and relaxing. Very reasonable pricing for the level of quality of service received.

I cannot RAVE enough about this nail spa! Fantastic service, quality nail polish, and atmosphere. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been coming for years. If you can splurge for the deluxe experience..omg...worth every penny! Just so rejuvenating after so long.

I had been looking for a nail place for a while. And since most salons have been closed, I hadnt been able to try many out to find one I liked. After reading countless of reviews from many different salons, I found Oasis nail spa and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did!I absolutely loved my experience at Oasis Nail Spa. This was my first time getting a mani/pedi there. I called early on Friday morning and they were able to schedule me in for the afternoon. The ambiance was very relaxing and they had all of the Covid safe practices in place which made me feel very comfortable. They even have the option to get your nails done outside if you are still feeling uneasy about being indoors. My nail tech for the manicure was Jenny and for the pedicure it was Viv. They did an amazing job. I got the Spa Deluxe with a gel mani and regular pedi and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The deluxe includes a salt scrub, longer massage for legs and arms, and a shoulder massage. I havent been to the nail salon in God knows how long so this was very much needed! I will definitely be returning again!

Very average. They’re more pricey than most places in the area and offer nothing more than a fancier building. I went with my daughter and asked only for a time that we could both do a pedi at the same time. They scheduled. We both sat in our chairs. My daughter’s person came when my lady was already painting my nails.I don’t blame her, as busy as they were, it seems they were double booked. Also the lady at the front didn’t have her mask over her nose. Pretty much every seat was filled which I’m not sure was even covid approved. I didn’t have cash so I also couldn’t leave a tip while I was there. I’ll drive back to leave something but that was an inconvenience. Pre covid I remember this being a place worth a little extra. Not any more.

Update 3/9/21 and response to the owners response to my first reviewBelowToday was disappointing...I personally have come to this particular spa on Magnolia many times over the years and I was treated well and the family that I brought with me.Because of Covid I hadnt been in a while but decided to come and bring my 8 year old daughter as a way to treat her for doing so well in school.I had an appointment for 4:30pm that I had scheduled over the phone. The lady ( Anita?) that scheduled me was very kind, took down my info and gave me the price I would pay.When I arrived with daughter I was greeted they verified our names, temp checked and immediately offered to go to the back patio with my daughter. I said, no, well I already called and asked to be inside. She (manager)then looked back at the appointment slip and said, Oh yeah it does say indoor. My thought was.. why ask me to go to the back then? In todays climate it doesnt sit well with any person of color to be told go to back when it is clear they asked for something different and there is plenty of space inside.Meanwhile a lady came in after me and was immediately greeted and given service. We were told to wait. I didnt have an issue at first until 20 mins passed. No one walked up to me and said, maam we are setting up or appts. are running behind. I had to ask the manager and receptionist Is something wrong?, will it be much longer? in order to understand what was happening.At this point I stayed because I knew my daughter would cry, as she was waiting all day for this.The manager seemed rushed, short and unorganized with the staff also. She eventually came over to me to say they had some appointments that ran over but when you value people you make sure you communicate.My daughter wanted a design on her nails. I have no problem with paying but someone doing my childs nails should have said, maam. this is will be extra. Also the person that scheduled me said it would be 1 person doing my daughter so that we would finish around the same time. They had 2 people and my daughter was done really early and had to wait a while for me to finish( waiting is alot for kids with special needs) but she hung in there. Where is the communication from the one who took my appointment?This is long but I needed to say something. Im afraid after about 10 years I need to find another place to go. You need to be kind to ALL, professional, clear and communicate with people in a way that makes them want to come back. The prices are even higher and the service doesnt match. My complaint is about the way I was handled my management not the staff. My daughter loved her nails at the end. I dont know about returning. This is not the Oasis I knew.Update:First I would like to say that with Covid and the way the state has put restrictions on businesses, I believe that most people know that safety is first. While you gave me a response some things are just not truthful or fair.1. While you say I should have been told about covid restrictions when I made my appointment. I was not told about the 25% capacity. I asked is there anything I should be aware of with covid when I set my appointment and was told just wear a mask. My issue was not being told was was happening.2. Something that isnt true is that the lady that came in after me and was given service immediately did not go outside. She walked to the left and sat down in the first chair near the wall. My daughter and I were facing her as we waited on the bench.3. I dont try to find issues with businesses, I try to be fair. My issue wasnt with covid guidelines but the lack of communication to my daughter and I. Its not my responsibility to know what 25% capacity is for the business. A simple explanation at the beginning would have helped.4. People may like going to the back patio but I asked to be inside when I made the appt.5. I feel like the response had excuses and made it seem like I was against being safe instead of just saying we could have done better period with our communication.

This place is so relaxing, they’ve thought of everything. It’s like a one hour spa for my feet and hands. There’s quiet peaceful music playing. And they block the front area where people walk in to the spa so it doesn’t disturb the ambience. Great customer service at the front desk too. I like a gel mani and regular pedi and they helped me find good coordinating colors. And they even have environmentally friendly nail polish.

This salon is excellent, starting at the front desk when u phone in a reservation with Daniella. Each technician is very good at what they do. The facility is very clean & has a peaceful Zen atmosphere. The chairs are comfy. The heated neck pillows are fabulous, & the bronze bowls are great. I highly recommend it!!

I have been coming here for a couple of years because the service was decent, pretty place too. However I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The service providers seemed in a rush, didnt even greet me, my pedicurist jammed my toe to the point where my toe swelled for days and she didnt even apologize. I also saw the clerk get rude with one of the service providers which made me feel uncomfortable as it happened right infront of me. Will not be returning.

5 Star service. I walked in off the street for a pedicure - no appointment and was quickly whisked back to a very comfortable chair. She did an excellent job and took care with my feet. Im an older woman and have arthritis and other issues with my feet. She did not hurt me once - was very gentle. The price was reasonable, the salon is clean and everyone is friendly. The woman in the reception area spoke excellent English. Im very happy to have found this 5 Star Salon. I highly recommend!

Both time I’ve been here with no appointment and have been absolutely thrilled with how fast, cheap, and good the service has been. Been getting pedicures for years at other places and have never been as happy with my entire experience as I have been here. Great ambiance as well—very soothing. Great place to go if you’re stressed and need some time to relax and unwind. —the Deluxe package is totally worth it too and not that much more expensive to be honest. Thank you guys for such a great experience!!!

They got me in same day which I do appreciate. But $65 for a full set acyrlic! Im sorry but looking at these nails they are not worth $65. Some sides are not painted and the acyrlic was not matched well with my natural fingernail. And she complained twice how she hated doing rounded square nails cause it hurt her hands. I asked if they took card and she said no cash but after their in store atm had an issue with dispensing my money I saw a card machine and asked the Im guessing manager if I could pay with cc. She said okay but if you pay with card then we dont get all the money and she (talking about my nail lady) has bills to pay. I had no idea what to say to that. After all was said and done I can say I will not be returning.

I love coming here to receive a mani & pedi but I also get my eyebrows waxed like every three months & Vicky is terrible. My eyebrows are so uneven.

We thought Oasis Nail Spa would always treat us well, but unfortunately after years of loving the service it now has disappointed us. Took my girlfriend in for a manicure spa service, but the end results were unpleasing nothing like previous perfect services. This time nails were left squared no effort to shape them, nail polish was unevenly applied, and not enough coats.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Natalie is patient and good at what she does. You should have some relaxing music or something playing, its a little too quiet.

I had this gift card and the lady charged my credit card for the full amount and after I told her why didnt she use my credit she just said I could use it the next time I come. The facial I got was nice my face felt soft and clean after it.

Pamper yourself hereIts a little pricey, but not that bad, and when you consider that youre not just running in for a polish change its well worth it.Everything about this place is peaceful and relaxing. The mani-pedi is top notch and they give you a neck and shoulder massage, too.The staff is quiet, so you dont get that constant chatter that can be so annoying. Theres no TV blaring anywhere, just peaceful music in the background.This is a great place to take yourself for your birthday, or to reward yourself.

I LOVE this place! If you are looking for a generic nail spa with ugly massage chairs that bump you around, this is not the place for you. If, however, you are looking for a relaxing mani/pedi in a comfy chair with tons of pillows and a hot pillow around your neck, this is the place for you. I go here every 3 weeks to get a gel manicure and a relaxing pedicure.I have tried places all over, even in Studio City, where all the celebs and hipsters are supposed to go. While the experience wasnt bad, there were tons of bubbles in my gel manicure and it was put on so thick it peeled in a matter of days. Not cool. I have NEVER had this problem at Oasis. In fact, the reason why I go every 3 weeks, instead of 2, is BECAUSE they do such a good job. They last forever and look amazing. I actually drive from Pasadena to go here. Thats how impressed I am by their services.Highly recommend. They are also open on Sundays, which I love.

AMAZING PLACE!

I made an appointment for me and my sister about 5 weeks ago. We were so disappointed afterwards. Specifically, my sister because she had been looking forward to try Oasis. My sister left from Oasis not relax at all. She felt like she still had the wooden chair in her back! Very overpriced pedicures in wooden chairs with pillows ! The vibe was not relax ! The pedicures were ok. The ladys that did me and my sisters predicures look tried not in the mood. They look they hadnt had a break or a lunch or something like that. The one thing we did like was the waxing, Vicki, did the waxing for both of us. She was nice, attentive, good customer service. If, we decide to go back there it would be only for waxing with Vicki.
