1/10. i will not be going back to this salon. i went on 09/10/2021, and today is 09/20/2021. i’ve had lots of nail extensions before, for many years. i’ve never had a set so crooked, and applied poorly. one nail has already been lost, and several are already lifting. i’ve had AT MOST one nail start to lift, or maybe come off. MAYBE. but i’ve never paid $90 for a set to last me a WEEK. DO NOT GO HERE! overpriced and for what?! a gel-x set to last 7 days? at $90???? artistry is one thing, but this is straight up a scam.

Tim did such an amazing job! First time coming and i couldn’t have asked for a better nail tech! Definitely recommend! Pictures don’t justify the work he did! I’m obsessed!!

I definitely found my new nail salon. Sara and her team are bomb! And honestly it looks like all the nail techs more than know what they’re doing. I’m obsessed with my nails.😊

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time, but that’s not uncommon. The $15 upgrade of pedicure and manicure is actually worth the money. They have real massages and did a very thorough job with the cuticles and paint. I would come back for sure.

My favorite nail salon no matter who sees me I always get excellent service. Tracy and Sarah are amazing when they do my acrylic full set. They have a huge selection to choose from & my pedicures are always relaxing. I recommend the option using hot stones, they make your legs and feet feel great. I will never change my salon as long as they are there. I do recommend making an appointment.

Gave this place a shot since the last place I used to go to closed down.. I got pedicure and fullset of nails. Pedicure was good just soaked my feet in cold water witch i didnt like but I just didnt want to make it a big deal everyone is different. My fullset was basically glued on nails with nail polish. No acrylic was applied just the nail glued to my finger filed down and painted over lol $60 the set just a solid color. Nail tips are smaller than my finger nails. Some nails are crooked I mentioned it to the nail tech all she said was I will fix. never did. I wont be coming back 😅

I got my acrylics removed and had a full-set of GelX extensions. I love how they turned out! And the tech did my nail art as I wanted. However, $90 is the most Ive ever spent on nails. The price breakdown was $55 for the GelX extensions set, $30 for nail art, $5 to remove acrylics. We shall see how long these nails last.

I love this place! Wonderful women doing wonderful nails. Very professional and clean, and good customer service.

This salon recently changed ownership, resulting in even better service. All staff are professional and highly qualified, and the salon is pristine clean and inviting. I have to personally commend Donna, who has been doing my mani/pedis for four plus years. I travel 37 miles to and from Eden because Donna is superb, a true professional, and excellent at her craft! I highly recommend this wonderful salon.

First time here, got a mani-pedi. I made an appt but it didn’t seem to appear in their system. No big deal! I didn’t wait long to get taken care of. The pedi was fine, but the tech cut me during the mani. I have deep nail beds and understand that this can be difficult for some techs. Nothing was done or said about it, though I was bleeding a little bit. Again, not a huge deal, but I’ve been keeping anti-biotic ointment on it for 2 days now since it was still sore and puffy. My nails are fine, but nothing I couldn’t have done myself (without the bleeding!)The thing that weirded me out the most was the manager/owner would walk around and peer over every tech’s shoulder. It looked like she was scrutinizing their work, like a grade school teacher during a pop quiz.Not a great experience, will not be returning.

I got a mani/pedi and brows cleaned up! Very economical for all 3 services done gently expertly and professionally. It feels good to have multiple services done at the same time.QUEEN treatment. Salon is modern and cleanVery Friendly! My first time I will make it regular.

First time I went my nail tech was late. The acrylics they put on were smaller than my nail, they didnt reach the sides. He rushed through it completely didnt push back my cuticles or let alone trim them. A day later my middle nail broke off right in the middle while doing the smallest bit of physical activity...picking up my little dog. How you ask? No idea. I set an appointment in advance to get it fixed.... I waited for 30 minutes. The lady that fixed it also put a small acrylic nail, shaped it horribly and the top of the nail look deformed. I was so over the place I just left. Now, a week later another nail broke 🤦‍♀️ such an inconvenience to have to keep returning days later to get something fixed that should be super glued on for at least 4 weeks. I ended up just removing all of them that not surprisingly enough came off fairly easy.

Michelle and Lily did a wonderful job taking care of my mani/pedi after bit having one for so long. Lovely people. My two daughters also got full sets of acrylic nails and they turned out beautifully.

Very lovely place. The price to quality is equal. I don’t feel ripped off and I feel like they provide a good service. It does take around 2 hours to get a full set and pedi and that doesn’t include the wait time. Just know if you head in as soon as they open you won’t be out for at least 3-4 hours. Depending on length of nails and extras.

The only thing is that i want ot a regular manicure only but waa given something else whic i was charge little extra but overall everything good

I love getting my nails done here!!!! Service is amazing and Tracy does a phenomenal job. I definitely recommend coming here if you want quality nails that last long for a reasonable price.

Very stressful experience. Late check in, and the mani and pedi were rushed and wasnt good and the most important thing that bothered me a lot that the ladies who did the mani and pedi their hands and nails not clean which is health hazard.

Waited over 20 mins for service, not busy just understaffed, and just to be told couldnt get my eyebrows waxed due to tech doin something else. However I was able to get a gel pedicure and gel fill in for a very reasonable price. Nail tech was friendly, fast, and neat.

I have only been to Eden Nails & Spa since they came under new management, but both of my experiences have been great! I was a walk-in both times but was seen almost immediately. They were very professional and I loved the gel manicure I got! The prices are super reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

Heidi was great! Sweet and spunky, let my friend hang out in an extra massage chair while he waited for me. She was fast but not so fast she didnt give me the full pedicure. She was great, Ill be back for sure!

The person who was doing my pedicure didn’t know how to takeout ingrown toenails and just wanted to polish them and call it a day. Even though I told her that I only came here for my ingrown toenails. And I asked for her tools and did it by myself.

We walked in right when they opened and they were very gracious and accommodating and quick in getting us started on our pedicures. They are so incredibly nice and professional. I dont get pedicures very often, but I had such a relaxing experience I almost feel asleep in the chair. I think my nails look incredible and if I ever find myself in need of a pedicure in Burbank again I will definitely be coming back.

Nails came out great but the staff can be friendlier. I felt one of the ladies laughing at me for my grown out nails.

Been getting mani pedis done here for over 10 years. Taken m-in-law, mom, friends, hubby! Manicurists are all super friendly, caring, interested in how were doing. There services are priced well. Massage chairs, foot baths are all new & my favorite part of the experience! If I could make one change, suggestion it would be their ability to understand my requests when asking my choices for nail length, shape. Dont always get desired results. Hasnt stopped me from going! Music,lay out, ambiance relaxing, warm. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Bad customer service. Appt. times are not honored!Short staff. With appt your wait is between 25 to 45 minutes. No customer service.Don’t waste your time! .

Usually I do not care for quick nail salons but I make an exception here. LoAnn the manicurist upgraded my services and performed a massage so eloquently on my hands, arm and neck that I want to live with her. The pedicurist Jenny was very sweet. This is my quick go to place in Burbank

I have been a regular here for years and I love it! I get an acrylic fill every few weeks and Ooan (might be spelling it wrong) is amazing. She is accurate and does a beautiful job. I get in an out of there in less than an hour!

This is one of those nail salons where the staff talks trash about you in their own language, right in front of your face. Really bold. Little did they know, my friend understood bits and pieces of their conversation. There is one girl in particular who is especially rude and avoids eye contact with the customers, not to mention she was talking trash about the customers who were walking in. Fortunately one other manicurist appeared to not want any part in the trash talking.When I walked in, I asked for just a basic/standard mani/pedi, and the guy at the front handed me some nail colors and told me to pick a color. It seems that he was trying to trick me into getting a gel mani when I didn’t ask for one.If you try to cheat your customers, you won’t stay in business for very long.Two stars because apart from the staff, the place had a nice ambiance.

Worst experience ever! I got a basic mani-pedicure spa, the lady that did my pedicure did a great job tho, I wish I had asked her name, but the girl that did my manicure was something else! She was really rough and hurt me while cleaning my nails and cutting my cuticles. After she finished she left me in the chair and left without giving me the flip flops or helping me in any way...and I was the only one left there...after a while I started calling out for help...HELLO...EXCUSE ME...HELLO...IM STILL HERE...HELLO so eventually she walked by,looked at me and left again, then came back with the flip flops in one hand and a CORN IN THE COB in the other one...and she tried to put the flops on me with both hands while still holding the corn...yes, seriously, Im not exaggerating! She didnt spoke any english so it was useless for me to say something, she put my shoes inside my purse while biting her corn and left. Im still amused!
