As I sit here in the chair, I must admit, I was looking for a complaint because these nail salon are not doing their full duty. However this experience was great and my nails are looking good. Diane is/was my tech. She worked hard to please me. The foot massage was relaxing and she didn’t rush. I will come back. I’m getting color 124 it is a beautiful blue. The salon is clean and has the appropriate barriers for this Covid-19 mess. I’m ready for a weekend with my family.

This spot is owned by a husband and wife team.They are friendly and attention to detail is always on point.The owners are Diane and Kevin.Diane is awesome and does an amazing job but if you need a gentle touch ask for Kevin.My names always look phenominal.

Considering the CA Laws for Nail Salons, I had a wonderful experience.My nails are Gel and beautiful. I will be returning.

Made appt arrived at my appt time to be told that I needed to wait 15 or 20 minutes before I could get my service done. mind you its a 120.Thats not the only problem with this nail salon they also dont know how to follow the CDC guidelines and wear a mask as well as not knowing what 6 distances is.Im very glad that I decided to leave when they told me I had to wait an additional 20 minutes they save me from getting sick. DONT USE THE SALON.Ill include photos of employees not following CDC guidelines.

I was here for the first time, I was scheduled for 7:00 pm but got taken 15-20 minutes late, but the lady who did my nails did a good job, I might go back one more time to decide if this is gonna be my usual spot or not

After a much needed mani and pedi decided to look up a place that was open. I Was previously a loyal customer of nail pavilion in Granada Hills, but after today’s visit ; will be returning to Nail Spa . The place was clean, complying with social distancing and workers did a great job. I am truly satisfied with my mani and pedi. I recommend this Place . ~ Areli

This place is lovely. Super clean, the staff is attentive and friendly. Most importantly, theyre very good at painting. I am REALLY picky about my nails in general because I do them myself very well but dont want to do gel polish at home. I always do gel manicures, so I have really high standards for cuticles/filing and polish thats absolutely perfect (because its going to be there for two weeks!). I went yesterday and honestly, the manicure polish is 9/10, which is exceptional. Really happy with it. I also got a pedicure from the lovely Vivian, and she is SO sweet! She had extra time, so she did an hours worth of massage and exfoliation. An hour! My toes are perfect, heels are smooth, and Im very happy. Great spot, competitive prices, and very nice staff.

Came accidentally, and totally happy with what was meant to be. Tried something new and they totally exceeded my expectations. My nail technician took her time and answered all my questions and fulfilled all my needs, Im totally satisfied and the price wasnt off the wall. Definitely coming back, and definitely recommend Nik, short for Nikki.

Always great. If youre going on a Saturday or Sunday, best to make a reservation. The only nail salon Ive found that truly knows how to do SNS nails well. Better than acrylic and gel. This is my go to place.

I am way overdue for a glowing review of Inails! I discovered this place after my hair dresser recommended it to me (you know, after lamenting about not knowing where to go hah). She gave me all the ins and outs and she couldnt be more right...1. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!! they are so good that they are always packed. If you try and just chance it by showing up, you may have to wait for a super long time!2. Dont do gel anymore - do SNS (dipping powder) which is better for your nails but just as strong! No more baking your fingers or harsh scratching on your nails...3. Vicky is the BEST!!! I literally love her to pieces and really enjoy chatting and talking with her.Overall, its a really great business and everyone who works there is friendly and attentive!

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and courteous. Ive only once have been unhappy with my nails in the 4 yrs that I have been with them.

My nails curved up like they were going to fly away . I went back first think when they opened to fix the two and the guy said he didnt have time to fix it until tomorrow or the next day . I asked if someone else can fix them. Then he said no its my nail bed . It wasnt worth arguing about so I said I would come back .Its messed up that for $35 I got a $5 job

The only place in the area that I found that uses SNS nail powder which is so much better than gels. I never make a reservation with a particular person because I found them all to be great.

The staff is not friendly. Its obvious that they are talking about you and every other patron there! Also, the massage they provide for a pedicure is under a minute per leg....WTH?!
