Rose the owner is very unprofessional and ungrateful, always in a bad mood and rude. If you cancel, she’ll yell and hang up the phone. I’ve referred people to her nail salon before as well. I’ve been a great customer always shown up and one time I asked if she can accommodate me to a later appointment or another day she decides to mistreat me.That’s why I believe she has 3.3 review. Worse customer service. Goodluck!

Great local place! Best nails Ive had in the area. She is very loyal to her customers. Also, look at her FB and Yahoo reviews; 4+ stars. I am always happy with my nails when I get them done at Roses. I have my nails done at more expensive places and they were NOT as good and dont even talk to you. Rose is personable and does amazing work. Dont let a few stuck up reviews stop you from giving Rose a try!

Owner is very unfriendly. If you have to cancel an appointment she whines and scolds you like you are a child. Is not considerate to her customers. I was a good customer and gave her generous tips, but when I had to cancel an appointment she turned on me.I would not recommend this place to anyone. She does not no how to run a business.

Did not like the pedicure given to me by Rose herself and... I was charged twice! I had to go over a second time to request a refund.
